Complaint: I Filed a complaint # XXXX on BRIDGECREST ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION on XX/XX/XXXX, my complaint was with how they are closing the account. BRIDGECREST ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION responded on XX/XX/XXXX and the complaint was closed, however XXXX still did not file the GAP insurrance. They claim that the total amount was not received, the amount was short by {$4.00} and the GAP could not be filed until the total amount was paid. They received the amount on XX/XX/XXXX, then on XX/XX/XXXX the differance of {$4.00} was posted to my account and still waiting for the GAP to close. XXXX lack of attention with my account is due to me no longer wanting to use thier company financing. thier interst rates is too high and they was not truthful in how interest was accumulated. this was not a simple interest loan. they will receive 3 times the amout of the vehicles worth. My vehicle was involve in an accident on XX/XX/XXXX and as of XX/XX/XXXX i am still without a vehicle.

Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX and I purchased a XXXX XXXX from XXXX. The car was a defective car from the beginning. I continued to pay my car payments and also I paid for REPAIRS to the car. The car was under a RECALL/ CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and I was told to bring the car in, this is after I had paid for repairs to be done on the car. I had the first part of my repairs completed and was told to drive the car for 1,000 miles then come back. upon returning to get the other part of the repairs done I was told that I was over the limit of miles! XXXX was refusing to fix the car, foot costs for repairs. The internet was becoming OVERWHELMED with situations dealing with the XXXX XXXX. I VOLUNTARILY gave this car back to XXXX because in XXXX there is NO WAY I could continue to drive a car that didn't pick up speed, that would stall in the middle of 6 lane high speed traffic. It was a death trap. I am apart of the class action lawsuit against XXXX and I would like this account to be REMOVED from my credit report. For this car to be causing creditors to second guess my ability or willingness to pay is NOT FAIR! This car was found to be defective. MANY people have filed suits. I would like this account on my credit reports ( ALL THREE BUREAUS ) to be REMOVED! I have paid over {$3000.00} in repairs in which I am pursuing the courts to get reimbursed.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX I purchased a vehicle from XXXX a XXXX XXXX XXXX which turned out to be a lemon they didn't tell me that there was transmission issues and the company was in class action for that vehicle so at that time my credit score was very very very low I had no choice but to go to a buy here pay here they approved me I paid on my car for a year my credit score went up dramatically probably from XXXX all the way up to over 600 well due to the fact that the transmission was faulty in my XXXX XXXX I got the recalls fixed a day after I got back from the XXXX dealership the car accelerated and jolted resulting in a car accident which total my vehicle I paid XXXX a month for a year plus the {$1200.00} down payment the gap insurance and my insurance ended up paying 17,000 something something dollars plus my Years payments am a down payment I got nothing so they said they would put me in a new car no charge to pick out a new car for {$15000.00} no down payment but when they set everything up they gave me the same interest rate that they had gave me a year prior with my low score instead of running it with my new score a year later after I got better so I'm still paying high interest rate at 18 % interest from a score from the year prior when my credit was bad after I had already been paying them for a year and establish better credit but had no choice because I had no down payment because I got no money from the first vehicle accident so I'm wondering why am I paying high interest rate when my credit was better and they never ran my credit again they just use that your prior score and why did I pay so much for a car that wasn't worth it because after I purchased my XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX I had it appraise for the value and it was only valued at {$4000.00} even the insurance company valued it at XXXX so why did I pay XXXX XXXX in total XXXX for a car that was not worth it and that was the lemon they had issues to the car dealership knew about

Complaint: I have an auto loan and the Lender does not provide paper statements. When I go online I am able to see the payments/fees that I have made or been assessed. However the Lender does not have how the payments are being applied ( what goes to principal and what goes to interest ). I know they are doing this on purpose to avoid questions from other consumers who are experiencing the same thing. I have to submit a request ( which can take 2-3 days ) to show how may payments are broken down in principle and interest. Why? All other loans/credit cards I have show this information right on the screen/billing statement and it is readily available ... this lender doesn't. I feel like this is a violation of Reg Z.

Complaint: I pulled my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX and noticed that a company Bridgecrest were reporting XXXX days late. I don't recall this to be the case so I sent them a certified return receipt letter on XX/XX/XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX asking for verification of the late payments with my signature. They sent me a copy of my contract. I am not disputing the debt as this account is paid off. I'm disputing the error in my payment history that are being reported. I sent certified letters to all 3 credit bureaus and did not get anything resolve with them either. I did not get anything back from any of them showing this reporting is correct. I don't believe it is fair to report this error without giving me proof of such. I am requesting that they provide my proof of these late payments or delete this error right away. This is gravely affecting my credit scores and needs to be removed immediately. I am sending a letter today to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and the XXXX XXXX XXXX as I want this to be taken care of right away.

Complaint: I was financing an auto loan with Bridgecrest and on XX/XX/2017 I was struck from behind while sitting at a stop light. The vehicle was total and XXXX sent a Vehicle Value Report with a settlement value and is waiting for the letter of commitment to finalize the contract. I called several times to close the contract so I can find another vehicle. It's been several weeks, Bridgecrest never contact my Gap insurance, is collecting payments, charging interest and stalling to secure another auto loan.

Complaint: Complaint against XXXX Credit Reporting Agency. They show loan ending XXXX in my name active in Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy. This information is destroying my credit score and report. I have contacted XXXX and have had no success in getting this error removed. The Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX name. The court will provide proof that I am not in bankruptcy in anyway whatsoever. This error has been reported since XX/XX/2013. Ironically XXXX and XXXX are not showing any derogatory information on this account.

Complaint: I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX through XXXX XXXX in XXXX, TX on XX/XX/XXXX. The amount to paid off is {$18.00}, XXXX on the vehicle. I voluntarily gave the vehicle back on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX is now known as Bridgecrest. Non of may payments were ever reported to any of the 3 major credit bureau indicating that I had an existing car loan. Additionally, when I fell behind three payments in XX/XX/XXXX harassed me and threaten to repossess the vehicle unless I sign document s to put payments on the back-end and I would still be charged the interest on it daily. I feel that I was taken advantage of through predatory lending. Also, the language in the contract was one-sided. It stated that The arbitration agreement itself contains a clause that states, in relevant part, Unless you reject this Agreement, this Agreement provides that upon your or our election, all disputes between you and us will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. If you or we elect arbitration, you will be GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under the Contract ( except for individual claims that may be taken to small claims court ). Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR AND NOT by a JUDGE OR JURY

On XX/XX/XXXX my wife had to go back in for emergency XXXX. I contacted them agsin askung for help again was denied. Then the phone calls started 20 times in a 10 minute period. I keep in contact with them begging for help and denied denied denied. They keep saying ee dont have to help you just pay more i had to pay to save my wifes life i only make so much money. Im a good customer.

Complaint: I have such a problem right now. I have been with this company for over 3 years, I fell late due to job loss. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and was put on payment arrangements. I was told XX/XX/XXXX that everything was good. I continued to make my payments, I logged on XX/XX/XXXX to make my regular payment and the automated system says they ca n't find my account. I reached out the customer service department and was told that my account had been charged off, due to non payment. The last payment I made was XX/XX/XXXX. I want to make payments on this and had advised that many times. The company has offered me no help at this point, I never once got a letter or a phone call saying this was happening to me. The last phone conversation was with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, advising me that the charge off would not happen and then it did. I do n't feel like this company has done me fair at all. If you are going to charge off someone 's account then at least tell them, no email, no phone calls and no letters, the customer service person advised she thought someone tried to reach out to me on XX/XX/XXXX. But said there a lot of calls in XX/XX/XXXX, yes I know I made most of them while filing a BBB report.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX my unit was picked up from my place of employment. I contacted the lender and they advised I was 54 days past due and because of a previous cease and desist - they could not contact me, and since I didn't call them they moved forward with an involuntary repossession. I questioned the cease and desist and why nothing would be sent in writing ... I was advised there is a full and a partial cease and desist and they have me as requesting a full. I requested the email request for cease and desist that I sent as well as the verbal request be pulled for review. I questioned there policy and procedure and how it relates to cease and desist and is there a required script. I was advised that while they are not permitted to make contact with a full cease and desist they do have to follow all state and federal laws so if a RTC is required by the state regardless of the cease and desist they have to send a RTC letter. So I am asking the CFBP to look into not only my concerns but take a closer look at bridgecrest and there repossession policy. I am asking that all calls made to me be pulled and a determination made if FDCPA was violated with the amount of calls generated to me in the months of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I am asking that the CFPB specifically look into bridgcrest Cease and Desist policy and how it relates specifically to my account and not receiving a RTC letter. I would like the CFPB to look into how me speaking to them on XXXX in regards to warranty information on my unit, relates to no communication within 30 days and a repossession at XXXX dd. I also spoke to a rep on XXXX who advised the locks on my unit were ordered to be changed by the tow yard and this would be an additional fee if done. When I arrived to the yard to pick up my items the manager advised bridgecrest would never change the locks on the unit because it is foreign in addition he showed me his computer screen, which showed all communication with bridgecrest and never was the locks being changed a conversation or request. This is fraudulent behavior by bridgecrest representatives and only adds insult to injury. I have made a verbal complaint with bridgecrest, I have filed 2 complaints as of today with the BBB. I will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney's office and will continue to reach for assistance until someone can explain to me how my rights as a consumer were not violated and or my vehicle is returned.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I got behind in my payments, but was never put up for repossession. In fact I have had the car for 2 years making my payments and I was never up for repossession. I early XX/XX/XXXX I went online to make the payments to get back on track and discovered I no longer had an account. I contacted the company and they informed me that my account had been charged off on XX/XX/XXXX. No being a business guy I only assume they did this because the company had changed names and they wanted to get rid of " bad debt '' under the old company name. This is a nationwide company I am speaking of. The company is Bridgecrest formerly XXXX. I received no correspondence from them regarding the charge off. No a letter, email, or phone call. So here were the terms of what they offered me. I could pay the past due amount and then make monthly payments and keep the car till it was paid off. Yet, on my credit report it would show as an account closed and a charge off. Which in turn no shows up as a repo and a past due balance of almost {$7000.00} which is not the case! I have made every payment on the vehicle and still have it in my possession. They also refused to provide me with any paperwork about the new agreement. They have refused to budge on the credit report issue and stated that even when the car is paid off they will not change it and it will still be listed as a charge off.
