Complaint: This response to Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation 2nd response. From day one, all I wanted Bridgecrest to do, is to call all 3 credit bureaus to fix this so called split file problem, that never existed. Now from my first complaint I told Consumer Financial Protection Bureau that " Bridgecrest have not called not one credit bureau and they actually admitted they did not call the credit bureaus that they are required by law to do for there customers. I have a recorded conversations from both XXXX and XXXX admitting that Bridgecrest never called them, like XXXX XXXX say they did in the 2nd response, Bridgecrest still do not appear on my credit report and that this split file do not exists and have never existed. It 's all lies, there making it up! Why? CFPB want do an investigation, It 's obvious that they 're not telling the truth, just read there response. So if Bridgecrest all of a sudden call all 3 credit bureaus in reference to my complaint, so why Bridgecrest did not call all 3 bureaus months ago, when I called and ask them to do so, which they 're required by law to do, report and update customers data financial history. Why CFPB allowing Bridgecrest to commit law violations against there customers. Ask yourself this question, I been paying on a automobile from Bridgecrest/XXXX for 15 months, never missed a payment, the money coming directly from my account, so my interest still 22.792 %. Since XXXX XXXX, XXXX, the day I entered into there Interest Retail Installment contract. Every contract I sign goes into XXXX XXXX XXXX. Also I am the secured party ( File # XXXX XXXX for the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have Power of Attorney ( Registered # XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX Recorded in the Clerk 's Office of XXXX, Virginia also Authenticated ( # XXXX ) by XXXX XXXX, XXXX of XXXX of Virginia. Bill of Conveyance ( Registered # XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) as the GRANTEE of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Vin # XXXX. XXXX # XXXX. Bridgecrest several times, refuse to give me documentation of all records of accounting to show that the money that was loaned to me for the XXXX XXXX XXXX, where did the money come from? Can I see some documentation to proved if there was really a real loan. Now I 've been studying all types of laws for 10 years, I know that the United States is a federal corporation ( Title 28 Sec. 3002 ( 15 ), it 's been going through what is called Chapter 11, reorganization since XXXX, I know XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX destruction the XXXX XXXX XXXX and replaced it with a XXXX XXXX XXXX, to say this " there is no money '' that is why in XXXX Congress passed the Federal Tax Lien Act and placed the entire taxing and monetary systems of the United States under the Uniform Commercial Code. Now there 's no lawful money only legal tender, and there are four types of legal tender " Cashier 's checks, Money Orders, Certificates of Deposit and Promissory Notes '' That is why I went to my bank, which was XXXX XXXX got them to Notarize my " Promissory Note '' also to stamp it with a " Medallion Signature Guarantee Stamp '' along with her signature, making it legal tender. I mail my promissory note to Bridgecrest 3 times along with a notarized Affidavit of Discharge and Tender Acknowledgement and Authenticated ( # XXXX ) by XXXX XXXX, XXXX of XXXX of Virginia XXXX Bridgecrest refuse to accept my documents and never rebutted my affidavit. " an unrebutted affidavit stands as truth '' Ten Maxims of Law. Here 's another thing Bridgecrest, I never missed a payment, the money comes directly from my account, for 15 months, never late, so why have n't my interest rate went down, my interest rate should not still be 22.792 %, I have a credit score of XXXX with out Bridgecrest reporting my financial data to the credit, I do n't understand why it 's still 22.792 %. Bridgecrest hindering my way of life. XXXX XXXX is not accepted by any means.

Complaint: In XXXX I received a charge from XXXX XXXX on my XXXX XXXX credit card. I do now have an account with XXXX XXXX or their finance company BridgeCrest. I called numerous times and was not able to get anywhere until I made a complaint with the CFPB. I was contacted by XXXX ( no last name ever provided ) and was asked to send a copy of my credit card bill and a police report. They opened a log XXXX. XXXX called me back saying they 've completed their investigation and refused to provide me the resolution. She will not provide me an answer to 1. How did this happen ( phone, online etc ), 2. What kind of transaction this was, and 3. How will they prevent it from happening in the future. I have already contacted XXXX XXXX and the charge has been reversed but XXXX XXXXBridge Crest has refused to provide a resolution on their end.

Went ahead and filled a police report for insurance purposes. Once I spoke to my adjuster he decided to just keep one claim since the damage was primarily in the was same position. But with the second hit it made the car non-drivable. So Friday we went and got the rental car our insurance company provided. However once I revived the insurance check, I had to mail it to my finance company XXXX XXXX. When I first reached out to them they provided me an address to mail it to them ; took it to USPS and they told me they couldnt find the address so I finally got A address that was real. So over nighted the check to them on XX/XX/XXXX, it was revived on XX/XX/XXXX. However the address that was given to them was a XXXX XXXX of a bridgecrest represtive. Now its 10 days later and theyve yet to receive the check. And they cant tell me where its at. And my rental car time is running out. My XXXX son is having XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. And I have XXXX other small children. And they cant tell me where at XXXX dollar check is at and have no interest in finding it.

Complaint: My family and I were impacted by Hurricane Irma in the month of XX/XX/XXXX which brought on unexpected and undue stress. Until Tuesday, I 'd never been so humiliated by a company in all of my life. I called the company the day before ( XX/XX/XXXX ) my payment was due to find out if there was anyway to defer the existing payment because I was struggling to make ends meet after having to unexpectedly be away from home for 8 days. When I contacted the company, I was advised by the rep that there was a program in place that could defer the payment until my next due date. I was then asked by the rep if I would be able to make the payment by my next due date and I advised him at that time that I would need until XX/XX/XXXX because that 's when my husband receives his XXXX from the government and he would need to make the payment for me because I 'm not currently working. The rep said ok and he 'd submit the documentation for the deferment. I continued to receive calls daily ... sometimes twice per day from XX/XX/XXXX almost through the end of the month. One of the representatives told me that the deferment had been submitted and approved and I should n't be receiving any additional calls. That was before the end of the month. I ca n't recall the exact date. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, I received an email from a rep by the name of XXXX stating that " we '' tried to get my account resolved. First of all, I do n't recall ever speaking with her and could n't understand why I was receiving an email about my account instead of a call ... since there was a so called " issue '' with a previous arrangement. I immediately responded to the rep by calling the telephone number she provided in the email. Once XXXX answered, I was rudely advised at that time that my account was 31 days past due and the deferment that was promised was declined on XX/XX/XXXX with NO notifications, NO correspondence via mail, NO emails, and NO phone calls. When I asked why my account was showing past due for 31 days, I was told the company was hit with so many request for hurricane deferments that they ran out of money and many of the deferments had to be declined. Lacking empathy for the fact that my family had to be uprooted for over a week, I was then given the option to make two payments to bring the account current. I was completely taken back by everything that was going on and baffled at the fact that the promise this same company made to ensure my account would be secured. I reminded XXXX of my conversation with the initial rep from XX/XX/XXXX ... stating that my husband has been making my payments for the past 4-5 months on the first of every month and funds would n't be available until XX/XX/XXXX for my regular payment. I also told her that I was due to start a new position within the next couple of weeks and I would work towards bringing the account current ... even though it 's their fault why it 's past due for 2 payments. XXXX then offered me the option to postdate a payment for the XX/XX/XXXX for a regular payment and she would at that point submit a request for a deferment based on me making a payment on that date. She advised me to call my bank to find out if the payment would withdraw by the XX/XX/XXXX to ensure I do n't incur any overdraft fees. I told her that I was n't comfortable with that and it was unlawful and poor business practices to tell me to use funds that are clearly unavailable. She then began to ask, how was I able to make payments before the XX/XX/XXXX in prior months. I explained to her, if my husbands deposit is made early ... I make the payments early to ensure my commitment to them is fulfilled. I did n't realized me being responsible would be detrimental. I offered to postdate a payment for XX/XX/XXXX for a regular payment and XXXX declined. She told me to make the payment on XX/XX/XXXX on their website and she would continue to look for ways to assist me with my account. She also said hopefully additional hurricane assistance would be available at that time. That call lasted for 1hr. I continued to receive calls from that day until now. Today I received a call from XXXX at XXXX. She acted as if she did n't remember anything we previously discussed or if none of the information I requested to have documented in its entirety was before her. She proceeded to ask for a payment equivalent to 2 monthly payments. I declined ... reminded her that my husband gets paid on the XX/XX/XXXX and I 'd be willing to make a single payment at time and that their inability to process my deferment was due to their negligence. She continued to ask for the payment ( s ) and I continued to state what should 've already been documented based on our previous 1hr conversation. I could n't take anymore and requested to speak with a manager because I needed to get this issue resolve and was hoping to speak with someone willing to fix their error. I get a manager named XXXX. XXXX had to be the epitome of rude, belligerent, and obnoxious. He began by asking me when I could make a payment. Since he failed to read the notes and/or review my account ... I decided to educate him on what was going on with my account and why even receiving the call. XXXX NEVER acknowledged that the company " dropped the ball ''. XXXX NEVER apologized for the added frustration this company was causing. XXXX chose to mock me, be extremely rude, vindictive and dismissive of the fact that my credit and credibility is being ruined because his company did n't fulfill their promise. He continued to place the responsibility of making the payments on me. He continued to give me ultimatums ... '' If you do n't let me talk. I wo n't process your deferment. '' " If you do n't postdate the payment by XX/XX/XXXX, we wo n't submit the request for the deferment today and we ca n't help you. '' Appalled by all that was being said, I decided to ask for clarity on why the deferment was ever declined. He started by saying that it was n't because the company ran out of money and literally ended by saying the following " Due to the size of our market and based on the timeframe of your request ( XX/XX/XXXX ) we were unable to process the request before the end of the month. When the hurricanes occurred in Florida and Texas we had a variety of requests and deferments. Since the request was n't completed by the end of the month, it was declined by the XX/XX/XXXX. '' Without notice ( no calls or written correspondence regarding the hurricane deferment )!! So basically, because someone was unable to process my request by month end ... they decided to decline. NOT because a payment was n't made. NOT because I needed to submit paperwork and did n't, but because THEY did n't get to in time. I asked XXXX to fix my account and he continued to ask for PAYMENTS ( XX/XX/XXXX ... that should 've been deferred and XX/XX/XXXX that I 've said on numerous occasions would be paid by XX/XX/XXXX ). When XXXX looked at my payment history he said ( mocking ) " Well you made payments by the due date XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX ... then on the XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX of the following months, so why ca n't you do it now? '' I reiterated that if my husband gets paid from the government for his military XXXX early I pay it early. Realizing I was getting nowhere fast and my XXXX XXXX numbers were ... I decided to reach out this way.

Complaint: I have had this ongoing issue for over a year now they have a tracking device on the vehicle and they keep shooting the battery to disable the car when I 'm driving it when I leave the house I do n't know if I 'm gon na get home. They even did this to me one time when I was at a red light, also on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX they were attempting to do it while I was on the highway. I have asked to be put on monthly payments instead of every 2 weeks because I only get my sons social security check but they wo n't do it they know my situation yet they continue to call me XXXX to 4 times a day even after I attempt to make payments I was called today and a message was left your running out of time but I just paid 2 payments a week ago I 'm behind because they keep giving me extensions that they already know I ca n't do. This company is affiliated with XXXX which is my previous employer that I have a year long hair-raising workers comp case through which should be over soon and they know this they just want to further ruin my credit and my daughter who is my cosigner she also just went back to work from being out and have her own bills and ca n't pay mine. We are doing the best we can it is at the end and I do n't understand why they ca n't work with me. It 's bad enough I have other issues to deal with not having an income, health issues and XXXX and then I have to worry about them toying with the car calling me all day everyday and attempting to stall the car while I 'm driving they just do n't care they have no value for humanity If your office could assist in just trying to bring some justice to this situation I would greatly appreciate I know it all sounds dramatic and made up but trust with all that I 've been through I wish it was. They are going say we 'll we have been working with her yes to their advantage not mine the battery is so bad from them XXXX it everyday that acid builds up around it and we have to clean it or it wo n't start I have n't invested in a new one because they are just gon na ruin it anyway. This company is bridgecrest and my account number is XXXX and the vehicle is XXXX jeep liberty. They are also probably gon na deny XXXX the vehicle but I was told this when we purchased it and it is also in the contract that they could do this if payments are not received yet to the customer they say we are here to help but they did n't say they would harass or even try to kill by attempting to disable a vehicle while I 'm driving it and not allow you to pay monthly when they know your situation what does it look like to you? I have never had an experience with an auto loan like this I have 2 more months and my case should be ending hopefully I get enough money so that I can pay off the car and be done with them for good if they do n't try to take it first! First of all, in the past 16 months, I have called and spoke with XXXX directly and they have never mentioned to me anything about my account having a fraud dispute and is being blocked, never not one, that 's false information given by XXXX XXXX and Bridgecrest, I just received a copy of my credit report from XXXX a XXXX 2017. " XXXX XXXX and other phone representatives of Bridgecrest admitted over our phone conversation that that they never called XXXX because there 's a block on my XXXX account, that 's the primary reason they ca n't report my financial data history. Well answer this question, if Bridgecrest never reported my information to XXXX because of a blocked file do to a fraud dispute, how did Bridgecrest get on my XXXX credit report, not only that, why would the XXXX phone representative mention to me that Bridgecrest just called this month ( XXXX XXXX to update my file. I spell a rat. Second, XXXX and XXXX never advise me to need to contact the credit bureaus directly and request to speak with a member of their management to resolve the split credit file, if that was true, the times that called XXXX and XXXX in last 16 months, they would have mentioned to me about a split credit file. I have gotten two credit reports from both XXXX and XXXX, disputed inaccurate information on my credit report with XXXX with CFPB XXXX Consumer Financial Protection Bureau XXXX " check your computer system, it 's there '' they have never told me anything about a split credit file. Do n't you think the times that I called XXXX and XXXX that a phone representative would have recognized that I had a split credit file and put a manager on the phone to fix the problem by now. Think about it? One of the phone representative from XXXX told me over the phone that she do n't know what a spit is and that she never heard of such a thing. XXXX XXXX XXXX has been in a irrevocable trust " XXXX XXXX XXXX, TIN # XXXX '', a pure common law trust, a unincorporated business trust since XXXX XXXX, XXXX, the day XXXX entered into there Interest Retail Installment contract.

Complaint: In regards to the Bridgecrest auto loan that was paid in full, there were two 30 day marks added on XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX. I was in an auto accident and the car was totaled at the end of XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, my insurance agency XXXX sent a check to pay the account off out on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received another notification from XXXX that a new check was resissued to Bridgecrest as the original check dated XX/XX/XXXX was never received by Bridgecrest due to XXXX sending the check to the wrong address. This in no part is my fault and the two late marks received should not be on my credit. I have asked Brdgecrest to correct the reporting and they state that they have no capabilities to make the corrections which I know is not true. I am a Veteran trying to purchase my family a new home and these two false late marks are keeping me from doing this. Please help!

I have sent letter and emails to the debt agency as well as the credit bureaus asking for them to fully verify this account being mine with original documentations and signatures in a timely manner. I have n't received a proper response. I have been disputing and asking for validation since XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I as a customer have the right to know who and is attempting to collect alleged debt and why. I have been ignored, and have n't been reviving no response and its shameful.
