Under law, a credit reporting agency must take action to verify information submitted as inaccurate. And verification must be submitted to me and I have NOT received any verification. I believe the following information to be inaccurate. 1.CREDITOR N AME - Bridgecrest. - Account type- automobile. **i am disputing this account for inaccurate information. The last report date of the account was XXXX XXXX so there 's no excuse as to why this accounts displaying inaccurate information. I am attaching proof that this account has received some form of payment after the date reported for last payment received. They are aware of my financial problems and how I lost my job and agreed to work with me.The monthly payment is also reported WRONGLY. My payments are ( twice a month ) for {$220.00} totaling {$440.00} NOT {$480.00} as Bridgecrest falsifies. The above listed creditor reported different dates for each Bureau, which all are INACCURATE. So this creditor has reported incorrect information to all XXXX bureaus, which is damaging my score with each. I can provide ANY proof that all XXXX reports have different information on the areas that I have pointed out. When seeing such inaccuracies, I am to believe the creditor does n't care how this affects my credit and my future success. I am in the process of fixing all and any mistakes. PLEASE I 'm requesting REMOVAL of this account, as it is actually in fact in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I want a full removal/deletion as it is harming my credit. Military proof was provided before my departure but apparently the account was still turned to collections. I have provided documentation of military proof. FEDERAL LAW allows Termination of any lease. Federal law, 50 U.S.C. App. section 535, known as Servicemember Civil Relief Act ( SCRA ). I 'm requesting FULL DELETION OF THIS ACCOUNT. The original creditor also went against federal law because I am military personnel so I should n't be held accountable if I was o n orders. XXXX I trust that you will resolve this issue. Again no verification has been sent to me about the status. I just do n't understand why they would try to be so sneaky, as a member of the XXXX I did n't expect this at all. Please help me as I am trying to redeem myself and work on my credit. And fix anything that should be fixed. Complaint: I purchased a vehicle from XXXX and was Financed by BridgecrestXXXX, I traded vehicle in and the loan was paid off. I also purchased extended warranty and GAP insurance thru them and are due a refund of those monies ( prorated ) as I only had the vehicle for 8 1/2 months. I have been attempting to get a Letter of payoff from them and they keep transfering me to different departments The letter of payoff is required by their extended warranty company ( XXXX ) for me to get my refund, at this point after two weeks of attempting to get the letter sent I have had no luck in receiving it. First was told to wait 10 days before making the attempt to request the letter, and after doing so have gotten a run around in contacting someone to send to me. I have followed all their rules and policies to get this situation resolved and has been to no avail.

Complaint: I was XXXX and very desperate for a vehicle since my previous vehicle had just broke down. So I heard of XXXX on a commercial about them accepting everyone and since I had no credit I went by alone one day to purchase a vehicle from them. I got there they had pick out a vehicle they gave me a few choices since I only had XXXX down I qualified for only a few select vehicles. I chose a vehicle they showed me an XXXX which said it had no accidents months later I found out it did on XXXX. Anyway they just showed me a monthly payment for the vehicle they never showed me the break down until I did the paperwork for the vehicle. They did n't negotiate the price of the vehicle and I found out in finance there was a lot more I was paying for than just the vehicle and interest. They told me all the products on the vehicle had to be purchased as well since it came with it like GAP, extended warranty, and GPS tracking they said it was a perk of buying the vehicle from XXXX and I found all this out while doing the paperwork online. Was not able to properly read over documents since it was done on the computer and they only gave a brief summary of what the document was. So I end up financing over {$16000.00} for a XXXX with around XXXX miles on it. A few months later I began selling cars and got my vehicle appraised and it was worth {$4500.00} at best. So now my first auto loan I am beyond upside down on because they took advantage of me being alone and not knowledgeable about buying a vehicle or credit or anything like that.

Complaint: It was a lot of different things that happened over the years. The first thing was I made a payment on XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX. Received a notice that I was behind. I advised XXXX XXXX that I made the payment gave them the confirmation number and sent my bank statement as well as the receipt that the payment was made with the confirmation on it. Was told that they still could not find it and they wanted me to make that payment. I talked to different reps over the time that could not assist me with finding the payment. They said that the payment was n't made and my bank had it, which was so confusing. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was speaking to a XXXX XXXX rep that help assist to find the payment because she wanted to know why I was behind. She researched the account and found the payment and stated that it was applied to someone else account. I 'm not sure why the other reps did n't take time to find the payment after I called several times to get the payment researched. I faxed the information to them several times and they still could n't find the information. The next incident was I walked outside Thursday XX/XX/XXXXand my car was gone. I was thinking it was stolen. I called XXXX to report it and was told that my car was repossessed. I was n't sure why. I was current status on my loan through my credit report. I called XXXX XXXX which is not XXXX XXXX and was told that I was XXXX payment behind. I told them that I was going to make my payment Fri at the end of the month like every month and they said that I would have to redeem my car by payment the total amount for the repossession and the car payment in the amount of XXXX. They told me that the reason that my car was repossessed was because I had a cease and desist on the account that came from my attorney and they could n't talk to me. I told them that I did n't have an attorney and I did n't have a cease and desist on my account. I advised them that they had me mixed up with someone and they told me that they do not place false information on people account and that they could n't get in touch with me was the reason to repossess my car. I asked them to send me a letter stating that they was going to repossess my car and they told me that they did n't have a letter to send but if I was a day late that the repossession process can occur at anytime. I told them that repossession is a process and that they have to send out something to me to make me aware that they are coming to get the car/ give me a timeframe to come up with the funds and the still said that they did n't have anything to give me. I spoke to several reps as well as manager that was n't helpful on Thursday and Friday. They would n't give me information about the cease and desist to see if I sent it in with any signatures or anything. They were rude and not assisting me or trying to research to help me find out what was going on. They stop giving me information because they say I had an attorney. I could n't get the attorney information that they said that placed on the account, just the name. They then found out hours later after I got the attorney to call Bridgecrest that they had my account mixed up with someone else account and had repossessed my car by mistake. My complaint is about the misapplied payment that took almost 2 years to find and the wrongful repossession

Complaint: I have an auto loan with XXXX XXXX ( now Bridgecrest ) that I opened XXXX XXXX, 2014. I am current on my loan. I will soon be unable to keep up with my loan due to my current financial circumstances. I do not want to fall behind, or have my car repossessed. I have asked Bridgecrest if they would refinance my loan so I could have a lower payment, but was told they do n't refinance. Selling, or trading-in, my vehicle for a better loan is not even an option. After paying for 2 years, I still owe twice the value of the car. I ca n't " give the car back '' or " walk away '' without owing the difference, and/or having a terrible impact on my credit. Now, I am stuck with a car loan I am going to soon be unable to pay, and I ca n't be without a vehicle. How can I get Bridgecrest to help me?

Complaint: History of account : I am a co-signer on XXXX XXXX XXXX auto loan for my husband, XXXX who is an immigrant from XXXX trying to establish his credit. We have had this loan for over 4 years and NEVER had a reported late. In appx XXXX XXXX actually had a corporate wide credit reporting issue and for 7 months had to pull ALL their reporting from the bureau while fixing it. This resulted in us losing an established credit account from our files ; significantly dropping our credit scores during that time and forcing us into sub prime lending. The histories were added back to the bureau, it increased our score but no renumeration was given for the higher rates of interest we had to pay on new accounts established during that time. We had been using their only auto pay option though XXXX XXXX. Current issue : In XXXX, XXXX XXXX sent me an alert that a company called Bridgecrest ( whom at this stage I had never heard of ) placed a XXXX late on our credit file. I called to find out who the company was and was told they bought out XXXX earlier in the year. I escalated to a team supervisor named XXXX who pulled my file and it was determined that XXXX XXXX was " likely '' at fault for not transferring the auto draft. He gave me the number to call XXXX. I escalated to their supervisor who informed me that the issue lay solely with Bridgecrest and refused issue an email stating that XXXX had acted in error. I was only directed back to Bridgecrest who continue to this day to disavow any responsibility with their XXXX party provider ( they now provide their own auto pay internally ). We immediately caught up the late pay plus the current bill and set a new auto pay with Bridgecrest themselves. After a great deal of being pushed back and forth, I gave up for awhile. That is until the XXXX credit report came out and I saw it dropped our scores by XXXX points. We are closing a new home on XXXX XXXX and this has put us into a much higher interest rate for the new home we are currently buying. It will cost us an added {$270.00} a month! I called Bridgecrest back again to plea bargain for a courtesy removal of the late reporting under the justification that it was a shared responsibility. Same scripted response. I politely told the rep that I would be forced to involve the CFPB. It was ignored. She claimed there had been XXXX calls made. I told her it never happened and asked to have a recording of any calls they supposedly tried to make to me or any letters showing that XXXX or Bridgecrest had ever sent us a letter of introduction to Bridgecrest. At this stage she became politely frustrated and transferred me to a supervisor named XXXX. XXXX listened sympathetically, looked at the phone log and informed me that one of the numbers they had been calling was a bad number. The other number they had was mine. She said they have no ability to pull a record only to see a call log. I asked if they would have identified who they were when calling. She said they would likely only say : '' This is Bridgecrest and we would like to speak to XXXX XXXX ''. I have no recollection of ever receiving a call nor did they call from any of the XXXX XXXX numbers saved in my phone. However, they are still working numbers that go directly to Bridgecrest. My point being it was an unrecognizable company and phone number. If I did n't know who Bridgecrest was, I would have assumed they were sales people and blocked them. She also did n't seem to know who CFPB was. She gave me her extension and suggested I call XXXX XXXX again and try to get them to send an email stating it was their fault ... which brings me XXXX degrees back to where I started.

Complaint: I have had a loan with Bridgecrest formerly XXXX XXXX Since XXXX, and a lease prior to that. I got behind in my payments due to my husband being hospitalized. I was reached out to by Bridgecrest by XXXX XXXX ( I have emails attached ) stating that she could help me get back on track, and I needed to make a payment by the XXXX of XXXX. I emailed her back stating that would be wonderful and made the payment as directed. I received another email from XXXX at Bridgecrest saying they had not heard from me and I owed a past due balance. I called Bridgecrest a total of 8x now for XXXX XXXX who said she would have the agreement finalized by today XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I reached out to her again a hour ago and was told she would call me back within ten minutes. I have done what was requested of me and now am getting the run around. I just wish that Bridgecrest would tell the same story twice and be accessible. This is the not the first time I have had issues with this company.

Complaint: I have been back and fourth with this company now for almost a year about removing his fraudulent account from my credit. I asked them to VERIFY this account with proof of my signature SEVERAL times and this final time I was asked by Bridgecrest for me to mail in copies of my license, social security card, and a Notarized Theft Affidavit which I did only to receive a letter a week letter requesting the SAME EXACT information ... I called Bridgecrest on today XX/XX/2017 and spoke to a rep that said that XXXX ( another rep ) at this company " verified '' my signatures matched on everything. This is the SAME information have been requesting for almost a year in writing which I KNOW is COMPLETE XXXX. Because this is a fraudulent account. I have done my part as far as disputes, Theft Affidavit 's, and reporting to CFPB. Bridgecrest can wash their hands with getting paid for this XXXX. account because it will NEVER happen. You should investigate better when something is being brought to your attention as well as hire people at your locations to do better jobs at verifying peoples identity " WE ALL DO N'T LOOK ALIKE ''.
