Complaint: I 'm having a serious problem with Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX, AZ XXXX. In XXXX XXXX I purchased a automobile from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, VA XXXX in XXXX XXXX, my car payments come directly out of my bank account, I never been late nor missed a payment. Now there 's a problem. I called all three credit bureaus, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, to find out have Bridgecrest called the credit bureaus to update my credit history, Bridgecrest have not called the credit bureaus. I have been paying on a automobile from XXXX for 14 months and have not to update my credit history. I called XXXX several times, same results, Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation does not show on your report. I called XXXX several times, same results, Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation does not show on your credit report. Now I called XXXX several times, different results but very alarming. Bridgecrest show up in my XXXX credit report. Now I called Bridgecrest a dozen times, to let them know that they 're not showing up in my credit report and that they have not been calling the credit bureaus to update my credit history, they keep telling me that they have been calling, well I let them know that I have talked with all three credit bureaus and they do not show up in my credit report, so a Bridgecrest representative and the manager of the credit department kept telling me to just call the credit bureaus back and ask for the supervisor, for XXXX and XXXX, not only that for some odd reason a Bridgecrest representative kept asking me to mail them my credit that I recently received in the mail. Now for XXXX, I was told by Bridgecrest credit department and more than one customer service representative, that they have not been reporting and up dating my credit history to XXXX, the reason being because XXXX have a block or lock protecting my credit report, I have to call XXXX to ask them to remove that block or lock, that 's the reason why they have not been calling XXXX to update my credit history.? So if Bridgecrest admitted that they never called XXXX to update my credit history, so how 's Bridgecrest showing up on my credit report if they never called XXXX and how XXXX getting these monthly updates? For some odd reason Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation are avoiding and evading to call XXXX, XXXX and XXXX to update my credit history. They refuse to call the credit bureaus, why? There in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Thanks XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Virginia XXXX ( XXXXXXXX ). XXXX

Complaint: XXXX/XXXX/XXXX payment sent in the amount of {$5600.00} to bridgecrest XXXX/XXXX/XXXX payment was reversed in the amount of {$5500.00} from bridgcrest XXXX/XXXX/XXXX payment sent in the amount of {$310.00} to bridgecrest XXXX/XXXX/XXXX payment reversed in the amount of {$290.00} i spoke with a CSR i was told they were unable to locate the account, i asked for an audit of transaction history for factual proof that my account was unable to be located because red flags were risen when the actual payment amount was not showing back on my account with bridgecrest if account was unable to be located, bridgecrest sent me an email with a legal document showing account history of the payments per my request after several attempts of me trying to get them to do so that did not adhere to the proper payment amount that was submitted by me.I told bridgecrest that i was aware of this being a situation that needed to be investigated at this point, i asked bridgecrest to tell me what the payment amount was for the dates XXXX/XXXX/XXXX made out by me and they CSR stated she sees in the system a payment of $ XXXX well as a reversal on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX in the amount of XXXX but in the legal document and on my account from bridgecrest it states the dollar amount of {$5500.00} just as the same for the payment on the XXXX for the amount of {$310.00} so at this point i told them i had no choice but to file a complaint because they are telling me that it just that no acount was found but if that was in fact true the audit of tranasaction history would reflect the actual dollar amount submitted for payment not another dollar amount.

Complaint: I went to XXXX in a time of need searching for a car. I was sold a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with a selling price of XXXX which is was over the value but doable. After a year of constant on-time payments I figured it was time for me to refinance, wrong! I was told by numerous banks that they were unable to lower my payments due to the value and age of the vehicle vs. the amount owed on it. I was confused. Somehow I ended up being financed more than needed and owed a total of XXXX after a year which apparently came down from XXXX. I was in a shock. I feel like I was taken advantage of being a young kid in need of a car. I even asked the lender if I was able to trade in my vehicle for something with lower miles due to being affected by hurricane Harvey I am now back and forth between XXXX and XXXX they replied, " If your balance is XXXX or lower. '' I asked was a able to re-negotiate my contract that was a no. I tried every way possible to remedy this situation it is impossible, especially with no help from the lender or dealership. I do not recommend doing business with them, they are not for the customer.

When I have answered the call the company reps never identify themselves or state the debt collection statement that informs me they are collecting a debt. This leads me to doubt their identity and/or believe they are violating my safety and rights as a consumer

Complaint: Beginning in XX/XX/XXXX, I pulled my report to find ways to improve my credit score. As listed on my credit report, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had issued a repossession with an open date of XX/XX/XXXX, first report date of XX/XX/XXXXand a status date forXX/XX/XXXX. I was a co-signer on the contract with my mother, XXXX XXXX. The original amount of the loan was for 65 months for XXXX . A new balance was reported as ofXX/XX/XXXX of XXXX $ .The car was originally totaled back in late XX/XX/XXXX. There were phone calls made to XXXX at the time of the accident to voluntarily repossess the vehicle, as early as XX/XX/XXXX. The car continued to sit in my parking lot wrecked until late XX/XX/XXXX, early XX/XX/XXXX. There was no correspondence from the company regarding any derogatory balances or communication confirming the repossession/towing of the vehicle. It was as if the car had disappeared from our lives, until just as recently as XX/XX/XXXX, where XXXX has been harassing my mother regarding payment ( although the car is totaled ) and has not sent any formal mailing obligating her or myself to this debt. After sending my first dispute at the end of XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter back from Bridgecrest, XX/XX/XXXX stating that they could not process my dispute because they did not have an updated/current address for me. After another letter was sent, ( still listing a current address ) I received a response dated for XX/XX/XXXX. It had my mother 's name listed this time, with the complete wrong address. ( The city and state did n't match the street address. The KY post office had to write the proper address info outside of the envelope to ensure it would be received. ) I then sent a 3rd letter regarding my request to show proof and validity of debt dated for XX/XX/XXXX to the credit bureaus directly, asking for proof of this debt. I only received respsonses from all 3 bureaus with statuses left unchanged and refusal to dispute further. I have since contacted my local law enforcement to determine if there was a formal repossession report filed with my county by law, and of course, there was no record indicating this event. Please refer to the article you all had published, concerning XXXX and their debt collection practices. Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2017, I took a loan from Bridgecrest Acceptance Corp for a initial loan amount of XXXX for 65 months at 23.835 % with monthly payments of {$460.00} due on the XXXX of each month. The loan is simple interest. I have made two payments on X/X/2017 and X/X/2017, though the no portion of the payments are being applied to the principal. My account account with Bridgecrest still reports the original balance owed as well as my credit report though reports two payments made, but also reports the original balance of XXXX after two payments and based on simple interest amortization with payments being made before the due date, the balance should be reduce by at least {$200.00} but it not reduced and lender states that I owe the full amount with explanation or responding for further inquiries.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2017 I made an online payment of XXXX for my car loan for Bridgecrest ( formerly XXXX ). When that payment posted to my bank account on XX/XX/XXXX Bridgecrest had taken those funds twice. I then called my bank and they reversed one of those payments due to Bridgecrests error. On XX/XX/XXXX, I checked my Bridgecrest account and noticed that they had reversed my payment on their end and charged an NSF fee. I then called Bridgecrest where they continually told me that the payment was stopped. I explained that the payment was reversed by my bank due to them pulling it twice. They said the only thing I could do was send a bank statement as proof the payment came out twice and was reversed once. I asked if there was another means of providing proof since my bank statement wouldnt generate for 2-3 more weeks. They then said that it must be my bank because other banks will provide it and I could only resolve it with a bank statement. Once I received my bank statement on XX/XX/XXXX, I emailed it to them. After a week of no notifications, I called and verified that the statement was in fact received. The manager said that it would be sent over to the treasury department to be fixed and she saw that there were 2 payments made and one reversal. She also assured me that the collection calls would stop while they fixed it and it should only take 48-72 hours for the error to be resolved. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I had to call them because I have continued to get collection calls and the issue still hasnt been resolved. When I called the manager told me that after research they never received the payment and it wouldnt be fixed. I then spoke with XXXX who was extremely rude and after not taking no for an answer she asked that I emailed her my statement again for research. I asked how long before she got back to me and she couldnt answer my question. Bridgecrest is essentially stealing my money and do not want to fix an error that was made by them. I am having to call and email information over and over with no resolution. Also, during this time I have only received automated collection calls. No calls from a live person or a letter to inform me of what is going on.

Complaint: My loan payments were initially " bi-weekly '' for auto loan. Some time ago I have been on XXXX where I am only receiving income once per month. I 've talked to the company SEVERAL times to switch my payments to monthly. No one seems to know what happened to the initial request. Maybe it vanished ... I do n't know. I receive several phonecalls a day from the lender bombarding me to make a payment with out discussing the request that I 've put in. Th e Lender also does not show how payments are being applied to your loan. They have all other documentation on their website with the exception of this feature ( red flag to me ). I would like my payments to be switched to monthly instead of biweekly ( which the len der said is possible but my request is completely not noted ).

Complaint: On or about XX/XX/XXXX , my brother paid my car payment out of his XXXX XXXX XXXX Account in the amount of {$230.00}. The payment cleared his account on XX/XX/XXXX payable to XXXX . Shortly after that I checked my XXXX XXXX Account to discover that on XX/XX/XXXX , Bridgecrest debited my account in the amount of {$220.00}. I contacted Bridgecrest and they informed me that they had no record of the XXXX XXXX Payment and that they did not automatically debit my account because I was no longer set up for automatic debit. I called XXXX XXXX and was told that Bridgecrest did do an automatic debt. They informed me that the transaction was a ACH transaction which means that the payment was automatically debited. Bridgecrest still insist that they did not debit my account. I was told to fax the bank statements to them, in which I did, and that someone would look into it and contact me. To date, that has not happened. They have called me every other day about making a payment but no one has contacted me about resolving this issue. In one conversation I have with a rep who called me about my payment, she said that she did see both payments but because I was behind one of the payments were applied to the previous cycle. I informed her that I was not behind on my payment, therefore I should have an extra payment

I faxed the a form for them to send my title to XXXX the end of XXXX . I called them the beginning of XXXX to see if they sent my title to XXXX . They said they did n't get the form. I faxed it again the beginning of XXXX and called them to see if they got it. They said they did get it and it would take abou t 3 to 5 days to get my title and send it to XXXX . I have been calling them at least once a week to see if they sent my title. They keep telling me they have to get the title and send it. They keep telling me it will t ake 3 to 5 days. Now I have been out of work for 5 days and still ca n't get my tags because they are refusing to send it. Complaint: XXXX XXXX Bridgecrest received a certified payment from me in the amount of {$300.00} attached to the payment was a contract written and highlighted that stated : Accepting and applying this payment your company agree to remove ALL LATE PAYMENT REPORTED TO THE XXXX CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES T XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The payment was applied and accepted I also received and email confirmation thanking me for the payment as well. Since applying the payment under the term noted on the money order payment BridgeCrest has yet to honor the terms of applying the payment. I am requesting that ALL ( 7 ) LATE PAYMENT REPORTING BE REMOVED FROM MY REPORTS.

Complaint: I obtained a lease thru XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Was told payments were monthly when they were actually bi-weekly. I called XXXX and they advised that could n't be changed. After purchase, advised the salesman of numerous problems with vehicle. I was advised lease as is and nothing will be done about them. I went to a manager and requested a review or lower price due to problems. Manager said would only address XXXX problem ( rubbing noise in front right tire area ). Issue was looked at twice and never repaired. Made payments on time. Numerours times I requested a balance and/or statement, was told they do n't have ability to pull up?? Lost job XXXX XXXX due to company closing. Called XXXX, they advised there is no assistance on leases and have to pick up vehicle. Struggled to make payments. Made payments on time until XXXX XXXX. Called XXXX XXXX, XXXX and advised need assistance. Was told loan is now with Bridgecrest ( no communication on this until tried to make a payment ) They just requested job and phone and again said could n't help. Made payments XXXX a month. XXXX XXXX, XXXX car was repossessed. I called to ask why as I was never called, emailed or sent mail to advise of possibility of repo. Rep advised have n't received payment in 2 months when last payment received was XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I asked to speak with a manager several times XXXX XXXX, XXXX and was denied.
