Complaint: I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I trade in my XXXX XXXX XXXX but, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX never included the trade in car in my contract, it is nowhere to be found, so basically they scammed me out of my car. And when I was purchasing the trunk I was advised that the trunk was {$10000.00} but after having my daughter look over the contract the day after she realized that XXXX put the trunk down for XXXX. So after they scammed me with that deal I went to XXXX XXXX and requested my car back as well as my down deposit and advised them that I no longer want the trunk, XXXX disagreed and did not want to let me return the car, the owner XXXX was there and told me to get the XXXX out of his office.they then made me pay them an additional {$1500.00} but I had already made a XXXX complaint for them in reference to the matter so the owner was upset about the complaint and told me that they are going to charge me a fee off XXXX because I made a complaint for their business so I told them I was not paying XXXX just because I made a complaint about their inability to do business and I requested my plate that they were holding for reasons behind my understanding but XXXX did not provide me the plate, so I had my daughter contact him about the plate for me and XXXX ( the manager ) informed her that my plate was going to be mailed out to my home ( which is my plate that was on the previous vehicle that i trade in that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX never included on my contract ). After dealing with all of this hassle from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I thought Everything was done and the only thing left was for them to mail me my license plate which I requested from XXXX XXXX since the day of purchased because, i did not comprehend why XXXX XXXX gave me a paper tag when I already had a tag, because most dealership I know, transfer your tag electronically and provide it to you the same day you leave the lot but unlike any legitimate business XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is a scam based business to extort money from their consumers, and the reason why I say this is because, after I was advised by XXXX that my tag was going to be mailed out to my home a month ago, I never received it so I called to check on the status and thats when XXXX informed me that I have to pay him {$110.00} in order to get my tag back that he Informed me a month ago That i was going to received by mail. Unlike a legitimate place of business XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX did not even take the initiative to even contact me in reference to the matter. So after having to call them two times and XXXX prentending like he didn't know what I was calling in reference to, or who I was, then finally he informed me that I have to pay a total of {$110.00} and some change in order to get my tag that I was advised a month ago will be mailed out to my home, further more, the temporary tag that XXXX XXXX XXXX put on my car expired which made it impossible for me to go to work or pick up my child from school, so I had to go pay them the XXXX in order to have a tag on my vehicle, so I can function with my everyday life, I did contact the dmv but they were not able to assist because XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX put a line on my tag saying I owe them money which including to my contract ( which I will upload on here ) does not show any proof of such thing. Not to mention when I called to try to resolve the issue over the phone with XXXX, his exact words were do whatever you want to do and do not call here anymore. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and as well as the manager XXXX and the owner XXXX needs to honor the contract that I signed with them which states a balance of XXXX for plate and registration. I will have the areas highlighted. To sum it up XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX should not be in business due to their malpractice and inability to do business. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX needs to stop lying to their customers as a way to make money. I will like a full refund of the XXXX that I payed in order to get a tag that my contract state was a balance of XXXX and which I contact the dmv about and was informed cost XXXX not XXXX so just to prove once again how XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is scamming. If I dont not get a full refund of my money I will continue to take further action to let other people know that this business is a scam.

Hard inquire heav impact to credit. {$9600.00} account was opened XX/XX/XXXX closed out XX/XX/XXXX. Car was repo in XX/XX/XXXX after a {$1000.00} was made to bring account current and cancellation off repossession fees. Payment arrangements were in process three days after making {$1000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX car was repossessed and car wasnt released to me. On XX/XX/XXXX was told account was closed car had been sold and charged off will appear on credit. Yet lender still wonted me to pay {$3000.00} for seven months of car payment and additional {$2000.00} for storage repossession fee costs. Request several times by phone and hand written to see paperwork. When the car was sold and after paying to stop repo and bring account current was my car still repossessed. Lender told me that they didnt have to release or inform of the car being sold nor guaranteed to stop the repossession after payment was made. Its been 6years 11mos disrupted with credit bureaus yet nothing has been done. WESTLAKE is still able to report remarks as charge off each month. HAVING A HARD IMPACT TO ME TRYING TO REBUILD MY CREDIT AND APPLY FOR CREDIT. HEAVY REMARKS. Yet only show 4 installments payments being made out 43 months term. Within a year as stating account was first delinquent in XX/XX/XXXX. I was notified of DATA BREACH and some or all personal information may have been compromised. Nothing was done about it

Complaint: I was traveling to my home country and set up autopay on their website. I left for months came back and my car was repossessed. I was in awe because I had set up autopay to avoid this problem. I called the company and had to pay them extra for the car and the rep on the phone apologized and said it wouldn't show up on my credit but the late payments did show up. I called them and they said they can't do anything about it. This is not fair because I haven't missed a single payment since this incident happened in XX/XX/2017 and they are not willing to work something out when their system was at fault.
