Complaint: I went to the branch in Minnesota because my daughter is going to college in that state. I reside in Hawaii and is needing a teen checking account so that my daughter has an account with Wells Fargo because her dad also banks there. The banker force us to opening another account with just my name on there without disclosing fees. I was informed that it would be a free account but later on found out that there's a monthly fee on the account and overdraft fee that they are refusing to be returned. I would like to have the fee refunded and close the account but I can't do that unless the fee is refunded. I would like to complaint because they illegally opened this account by forcing me into it and charge me fees.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I drew an advance of {$2900.00} from my HELOC that I have with Wells Fargo. I have auto pay with Wells Fargo and a scheduled payment of {$100.00} was taken from my XXXX checking act on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I entered the XXXX XXXX, CA branch and paid {$2800.00} to pay off the advance. Since that time, various transactions have been posted to this account. On XX/XX/XXXX there is a principal adj debit in the amount of {$170.00} followed by a principal reversal in the amount of {$91.00} ; on XX/XX/XXXX an interest reversal in the amount of XXXX ; on XX/XX/XXXX there is an interest adj debit for {$0.00} ; a principal reversal of {$100.00} ; an interest payment that they automatically took from my XXXX checking account in the amount of {$8.00} ; an interest adjustment XXXX credit ) of {$0.00} ; and a principal payment in the amount of {$91.00} from my XXXX checking account. On XX/XX/XXXX they took additional payments from XXXX checking account totaling {$100.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX there are two more adjustments ( credit ) in the amount of {$1.00}, which makes no sense. I have requested my money to be returned to no avail. They have continued to take payments from my checking account despite the fact that this loan was repaid in full.

Complaint: On my Wells Fargo Credit card ending in XXXX I had a credit balance of {$200.00}. I requested the {$200.00} balance be refunded to me either by check or transfer to my wells checking account. Wells fargo processed the refund of the amount owed to me to my checking account, but then charged me {$10.00} to refund the balance due to me. This was not a cash advance, this was a refund. I requested the {$10.00} fee they charged me to be credited, they stated they would credit the fee, then never did. I missed two payments due to the hacking and have given WFDS the bank letter MANY times to no avail. Due to that WFDS has my account showing TWENTY SIX TIMES!!! According to my recent credit report request. All ask is send me proof from the creditor that I authorize these credit pulls on my file. There are several inaccurate accounts on my report that I demand removal as they are in violation of the following applicable credit reporting laws : 15 USC 1681623 ( a ) of FCRA/FACTA I am exercising my right to audit your records that claim you have verified to the credit bureaus this debt. 15 USC 168123 ( a ) 7 requires early warning notice ONLY after they have notified said person before it is placed on the credit report ( See Attached ) Note : There is a {$1000.00} fine if this request is not completed in 30 days as stated in FACTA. Complaint: I reported XX/XX/2019 Identity Theft / Fraud where someone opened up a credit card with my personal information at WELLS FARGO. Wells Fargo approved this card. It was opened XX/XX/2019 while I was outside the country. Amount {$17000.00} is the balance owed on this card. Whoever opened the card paid 3 months which were XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/2019 then defaulted in payments. That was how I found out when it showed up on my credit report and my entire credit was destroyed. I have been back and forth with Wells Fargo for 3 months now and my last call I was refused an update and told to go to a Wells Fargo branch to find out new information, if any. I want this dispute resolved and removed from my credit report so that my credit returns to excellent. Please help, thank you.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I wrote out a check ( # XXXX ) in the amound of {$2900.00} to a remodeling contractor. The contractor then proceeded to the XXXX XXXX, PA branch of Wells Fargo to cash the check. The cashier attempted to cash the check, which was declined because funds needed to be transferred into the account. The cashier then authorized transfer of funds from another account ( overdraft protection ) and proceeded to cash the check, but for {$500.00} less than the check was written out for ( the cashier cashed it for {$2400.00} ). The entire transaction history showed this on the evening of XX/XX/2019 as " pending transaction '' and the Wells Fargo customer service representative could not explain what had happened, so the matter was assigned to an " investigation ''. The contractor 's transaction receipt clearly showed that the check was cashed for {$2400.00} ( not {$2900.00} ) and the contractor swears that he received {$2400.00}. Less than 12 hours later on the morning of XX/XX/2019 the entire transaction history showing the mistake had disappeared from my account and the record indicated that the bank had cashed the check for the full amount of {$2900.00}. I called Wells Fargo again on XX/XX/2019 and they indicated they considered the matter closed despite what the contractor 's receipt said. At this point I accused the bank of attempted fraud and the matter was supposedly escalated to an " executive complaint ''. It is now XX/XX/2019. I have called Wells Fargo executive investigations three times and have been repeatedly told that they have not assigned the matter to a case manager and can not tell me when it will be assigned to a case manager. It has become clear that Wells Fargo has no intention of resolving the matter and is now just stalling me in the hopes that I will let the matter drop. They continue to defraud me out of {$500.00} because of their teller 's mistake and subsequent cover up.
