Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is refusing to report my account accurately to the credit bureaus. I have called nearly 20 times, email and faxed this servicer and they continue to lie and give me the run around. I sold my property and paid the loan off in full. My payoff was {$600000.00} and I sold the property for {$630000.00}. I also received an escrow refund credit for {$1500.00} due to paying off earlier than payoff deadline. XXXX is refusing to report as a paid in full account. They are reporting the account was a settlement, clearly a lie, false, not true, fraudulent and damaging. This was not a short sale or less than full balance account, XXXX received every dime owed. When I call they even state the loan is paid in full and don't know why its being reported incorrectly. XXXX was paid off on XX/XX/2019 and they still have not reported the loan status correctly. They report it " legally paid in full for less than the full balance '' this statement is incorrect and fraudulent. Its also causing me harm and injury. I want this mortgage account status to report Paid In Full XXXX balance!

Complaint: I finished the auto loan payment for a new car I bought in XX/XX/XXXX by paying off the car loan back in XXXX, XXXX. The Wells Fargo Dealer Financing company was overpaid by one additional installment payment of {$460.00} from my bank 's bill pay service after the remaining balance on the loan was paid off at that time. As a result I incurred {$210.00} in insufficient fund fee in my Wells Fargo bank Checking account. It took me over two weeks to get that over payment back into my account but have been unable to recover the wrongly charged fee totaling {$210.00} Since XX/XX/XXXX, after the car was paid off with the over payment there in, I'm still without a clear title and unable to change my car 's registration from XXXX to XXXX. Both States operate with Electronic Title System, and both States have not yet electronically received the release of lien on the title from the lien holder, Wells Fargo Dealer Financing company.

Complaint: After I made two mobile deposits to cover my rent, Wells Fargo deemed both checks counterfeit, without even processing either, and only eighteen hours later. The next day, WF informed me my account would soon be closed because of this event. After numerous calls by me, WF back-pedaled and held one for processing ( both checks were nearly identical payroll checks from same source and dated a week apart ). That held check eventually cleared, proving they were guilty of hastily declaring a check ( s ) bogus. As a result of all this drama, WF charged me with numerous {$35.00} insufficient fund surcharges, and my landlord nearly evicted me.

They reply with a letter with total mockery reversing the question I ask them instead of sending me prove or documents or the removal of such, at this point they are still reporting that negative mark on all 3 credit bureaus reports. All im asking are my rights under the FCRA

Complaint: I opened a new Wells Fargo CC with promotional 0 % interest rate for 18 months. Part of the package I received was a check that could be used to do a balance transfer, which was also at the rate of 0 %, however, after using the check, Wells Fargo is charging me {$150.00} fee for making a balance transfer. While i was explained that they apparently charge a fee for balance transfers, that FEE was NOWHERE disclosed around the check that used. Had I known there was a FEE to transfer balance, I would have NEVER used that check. When I called the customer service, they told me the letters and verbiage that spells out the fee is in the same location where the check is and in the SAME letter size as the other stuff. This is a total LIE. Typical bait and switch practices. Please stay away from Well Fargo and watch out if you HAVE to go with them. Their UNFAIR business practices should be looked into.

Complaint: My wife loss her job a year ago XXXX of 2018 and it caused a hardship. During this time I reached out to Wells Fargo to request a loan modification I was told that I couldnt apply until XXXX of this year due to the previous loan modification I had a few years ago. So XXXX finally came and I went ahead and applied. The Representative that was assigned to me spoke with me once before the application was submitted then I never heard from him again. I got the notice in the mail stating that the loan modification was denied due to the fact that I was in bankruptcy and they couldnt raise the payment. I have been trying to understand their decision because I could have taken the home out of bankruptcy or they could have lowered the interest rate. I sent in appeal but I was told the appeal was denied and they couldnt give me a reason why it was denied. I have been trying to reach the Representative assigned to my case but He hasnt returned any of my calls. I have also tried to reach his manager and still no response! I feel that Wells Fargo see an opportunity to take the house so therefore, they are ignoring me.

Complaint: Wells fargo educational services is servicing my account and I just realized that it is a variable rate loan. Wells fargo has charged me late fees and reported to the credit agencies as delinquent. My problem is that there has been no communication sent to me in regards to the change in rate and they just send out statements with new amounts. I have been lazy to look into this but It would be surprising to me to know that they are not required to sent out notices of rate changes? If so, they are charging late fees and reporting me as late even though I have on time payments for years. I am frustrated to learn that Wells Fargo due to no notifications that they may be making a large sum of money from late fees over a simple letter that would notify the consumer of this change. Is a notification required? If so, I would consider my contract null and void with them. We will never get out of these loans if they continue to pry on the consumer and take advantage of us day in and day out. I have paid into the loan since 2011 and on a {$21000.00} loan I still owe Wells {$19000.00}. Wells However, has made {$16000.00} on my loan, that is criminal, I should be close to paid off at this point. Please help!!
