Complaint: Wells Fargo is reporting inaccurate information to the credit bureaus on a monthly basis. Wells Fargo is reporting that a balance is owed on the account that is inaccurate, inaccurate payment dates, and account status. The account has been paid monthly on time and should not have been reported as late. The account was paid and should be updated as such. Wells Fargo is violating the FCRA with its practices. Additionally, Wells Fargo is refusing to provide receipts or any form of documentation for the payments made to their company. These practices are affecting my lifestyle and liberty by preventing me from obtaining a home loan.

Complaint: After reviewing my credit report ongoing .. There's a collection Agency.. WF/XXXX.. A Balance of {$1300.00} ... Opening date XXXX XXXX. That's continuing to appear on my credit Report ... It was once remove due to Fraud.. And it has now appeared back.. And it's showing as if the collection is new.. And it's a severely old account ... Police Reports has been sent in to them and all of the Credit Bureuas to have it remove.. And all have done so except XXXX ... This is Really starting to be a pain.. Because what they are reporting is not accurate and it's Fraudualant..

Complaint: Wells Fargo is a horrible bank they mailed paperwork that was compromised via the USPS machine reader so when I got the somewhat requested documents which did not cover all accounts to include closed and linked accounts to the closed accounts. The requested paperwork was accessible to all. The envelope was torn wide open and USPS had to place the papers in a bag and put it into my PO BOX . That was ridiculous, unprofessional and made my private business available for all to see. I am not even sure that what was requested is all there. I have uploaded a picture to how I received my supposed to be private banking information and request that all years for XXXX and XXXX be sent to me and in respect to my privacy and sent to USPS properly which would not allow this to thick of a package to be sent through the USPS reader machine ripping the envelope wide open for all to see. The requested documentation should be sorted out organized by year XXXX and XXXX and envelopes should be sealed displaying not broken closings. I can not ensure that all pages are here and hope my proprietary information was not enclosed such as Social Security Number, Date of Birth, etc.

Fee problem
Complaint: When I opened the account I was new in the Main Land and I opened an account at Wells Fargo. Initially I only wanted to open one account for my daughter which was a Teen account so that when I'm in Hawaii her father can make transfer into her account. Then I was also force to opening another account just for myself even though I only wanted to go there for my daughter 's account. I notice I started getting charge monthly service fee and overdraft fees which I was not informed during the time when I opened the account. I spoke to a representative and I expressed that I wasn't told about the fee and they reverse it. Now it made it complicated for me since my daughter child has my account information not the teen account so it's preventing me from closing the account I didn't want in the first place. I want my overdraft and monthly service fee refunded but they are refusing to reverse it. I want to file a complaint because I shouldn't be charge for something I didn't want in the first placed.

Complaint: We had this loan since XXXX and never missed a payment until 2 years ago they repossessed it. We paid all the fees and got it back. we were good until this past year when I lost my job. I did get another job and tried to make payments and the bank has already charged off the vehicle and never told us. They have been calling us and trying to work a deal out as the lowest they would go was $ XXXX. They wanted 4 payments of {$1600.00} each, something like that and there is no way we could do that. They are now going to repossess the vehicle and give both me and my daughter because I was a co-signer a 1099-C. I understand the concept as credit cards do that, but how can they give us both a 1099-C? That is over {$16000.00} between the both of us. We owe {$8300.00} and we have tried everything, sell it, auction it, trade with dealer. No one will give us not even {$2000.00}. The dealer will only give us {$1500.00} and that was 3 dealers. I can not get the car inspected, it needs so much work and I am afraid to put the money into it and then they take it. All these months I could have been making payments I could have afforded which was $ XXXX/month. could not because it is charged off already back in XX/XX/XXXX or sooner. Not sure exactly when. The interest rate is 16.99 % and they have made their money 10 times over. What can I do? I want it fair and legal. We do not get statements anymore for a long time so I do not have full account number.

I am requesting for a typed document which stated the amounts owed and the also the account number associated with the overdraft amount. I am requesting for the account to be deleted from XXXX, The XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX and any other reporting system. For an agreement or exchange to pay this balance on my reports from years ago. The derogatory information you have provided in reference to this account is visible on my consumer report/file with the agencys listed above. Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Complaint: In XX/XX/2015, I had a vehicle I had traded into a dealership. The vehicle was paid off and the loan is reporting as a charge off on all my credit reports. I have disputed this information multiple times. Not only is this not accurate, the amount they are saying that was still owed when I traded the vehicle in, is inaccurate as well. Ive requested information from Wells Fargo multiple times asking them to show me proof that this was not paid off. They have never provided proof. Instead, continuing to report as a charge off on my credit which is causing a great deal of harm to my credit. I don't understand how these companies can report whatever they want to these credit bureaus without ever providing proof or validation. I want this inaccurate account removed from all 3 of my reports.

Complaint: Wells Fargo continues to inaccurately report my HELOC account XXXX. My unit was sold, and the only amount owed was the small Wells Fargo HELOC, which closed out XX/XX/XXXX. Today is XX/XX/2018, and Wells Fargo still shows an account open in my name and social security number, with a balance of {$17000.00}. Please note, Wells Fargo 's egregious errors with this account have led to damage of my credit, delayed sale of my property and undue burden and Hardship for me, a XXXX individual.
