Complaint: My Wells Fargo credit cards was closed on XX/XX/22 due to a delinquent mark. I received a letter which stated this. I've investigated the mark with XXXX XXXX XXXX and it's since been solved. All credit bureau 's have been notified and the mark has been removed. I've opened a case with Wells Fargo on the XXXX of XXXX and have been calling back weekly to get an update. I have not been assigned a case manager in the two weeks. Yesterday a woman had told me the card was closed due to inactivity. The card was last used 4 months ago. I submitted a complaint via XXXX and today I was finally able to be transferred to the " Wells Fargo Executive Credit '' department. XXXX from this department said this was a business decision and the card will not be re-opened. I stated I never received ANY sort of warning, especially if it was for inactivity. My rewards points were stripped and I would not be receiving them. XXXX stated there is nothing more I can do. I've had this credit card for 10 years and had ZERO marks in my entire credit history. I believe I'm being unfairly treated and entitled to a case manager to actually investigate.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX my Wells Fargo checking account was hacked and somebody paid XXXX dollars bill to another bank. The problem is that On my checking account I just had XXXX dollars and WF allowed overdraft from my Wells Fargo credit card that was XXXX dollars. I went to a bank branch and opened a claim ( XXXX ). In 10 days Wells Fargo denied my claim and said that I did that myself. I went to a branch again and opened another claim ( XXXX ) on XXXX XXXX Now I am waiting for the Wells Fargo response . However, Wells Fargo sent me a credit account t statement and want me to pay fees and interest. I am not guilty that somebody stole my money and that Wells Fargo allowed such a huge overdraft. Could you please help me. I want to report this incident to press and give an interview about how Wells Fargo treats its customers. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Complaint: On or around XX/XX/19 I designed two personalized debit cards from Wells Fargo, Today is XX/XX/19 and I never have received them. I have called numerous times asking about the delivery and have been given a ton of misinformation regarding the cards. And then was threatened by the agent ( XXXX ) that I spoke with on XX/XX/19 to shut down both my cards against my will, because it was a new " policy '' that she never stated until after being on the phone with her for over an hour. I have requested proof that the cards were sent, I have detailed pictures of my mail that is delivered to my house daily and have received numerous correspondents from Wells Fargo none of which are these debit cards. Every other time I have ordered a new card I have received an email saying the card is on the way, this one time I have not received any notification and it has been over 2 months since the initial order of the cards and the images being accepted by Wells. I have called and called and been given incorrect information and been told that I MUST change my card numbers. Mind you it took 3 additional weeks to receive these card numbers after being told in the branch that my cards had been requested numerous times and in fact they had not. MY CARDS ARE NOT LOST OR STOLEN THEY MEERLY WERE NEVER MAILED BY WELLS FARGO.

Complaint: Wells Fargo Bank : Loan XXXX We paid this loan off IN FULL on XX/XX/19. However WF, on the same day, charged us {$1400.00} in foreclosure legal fees. In other words, WF did not process our paid-in-full payment timely.This is also illegal because WF did not formally notify us that we were in foreclosure before initiating the foreclosure legal fees. I sent a written complaint about the above to the Wells Fargo Legal Department on XX/XX/19. I mailed the complaint by certified mail, return receipt requested. I have never received any response.
