Complaint: on the XX/XX/2019 I went to the wells fargo XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX florida XXXX and requested to withdraw {$250.00} from the ATM, which I never received, next I call the customer service and put the claim number XXXX, I told them to revise the footage because I never received the money, they gave me a provisional credit, then on the XX/XX/2019 they denied the claim and debit the money from my account saying that there was not a misdispense on the ATM, that I took the money after 29 seconds, I never took the money and that's why I insisted to check the footage, I don't know if It took longer that normally does and when the money came out the car behind me took it. I'm a very honest person and I have never had any ATM claims with them in the past

Complaint: I deposited two checks into my Wells Fargo checking account on XX/XX/2019. It is now 7 days later and the funds are not yet available in my account. One of the checks was certified and drawn from XXXX. I contacted the branch manager at Wells Fargo and spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX. She told me the funds are available at Wells Fargo however, that she will not be releasing the funds into my account. I then spoke with XXXX XXXX, the district manager. XXXX said he has no idea where the funds are at this time and also, that the funds may be rescinded by the issuer of the checks, despite the fact that one of the checks was certified. I am deeply concerned as I am now confused and terrified by what these managers at Wells Fargo are telling me and would like to know where the funds are, at this time, and when I may expect to receive these funds in my account.

Complaint: My complaint is against Wells Fargo Dealer Services account # XXXX. I used to have my payments in auto payments until XXXX 2019. When I was in the process of making the change of payment methods the mentioned company marked me as late in my credit reports for XX/XX/2019. They never called me or warn me that they were going to proceed to report the late to credit bureaus, a clear violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Im aware that years back in XXXX I incurred in to late payments and I take responsibility for those late payments. Since then I have been working very hard in my credit so this type of scenarios dont ever happen to me again. Im not requesting no remove all the late payments of the account only this last late from XXXX 2019 because this was not my fault this time it was Wells Fargo error. This is negligence, unfair business practice and unreasonable with a costumer that has been loyal to Wells Fargo from years back. Im requesting through Consumer Financial Protection Bureau a deletion letter stating that the late payment from XXXX 2019 is going to be corrected in all 3 credit bureaus. I have tried every way possible way disputing this issue with Wells Fargo and always kept running through a wall. Im telling you, this was not my mistake therefore correct this. Im not going to stop until I get justice and if that means that have to hire an attorney and take this case to court believe me, I will. So please Wells Fargo make a real investigation on this matter and lets try to resolve this the best way possible. I even authorize Wells Fargo to check my reports and there they will see that is what not a money factor or less that I did not wanted to pay you. Thank you!

Complaint: XXXX I received mail from Wells Fargo ( WF ) indicating someone ( XXXX XXXX ) was attempting to borrow money ( obtain a mortgage loan using my home address ) from Wells Fargo using my home address as the property being borrowed against XXXX I called Wells Fargo and spoke to ( 2 ) people XXXX and XXXX ; neither of which could assist me. They refused to put me into contact with WF Security and Fraud and informed me that their Mortgage Dept. was closed until Monday I am a current WF customer for 35.5 years. I went on-line and attempted to contact their security department and the only option I was provided was to schedule an in-bank appointment with a personal banker XXXX @ XXXX I met with XXXX XXXX and her supervisor XXXX XXXX. XXXX called the Mortgage Dept., left a message, made copies of the letters I received and I have heard nothing from her since then. They did put a credit alert on our accounts. Case # XXXX o XXXX informed me that an XXXX XXXX XXXX would contact me ; never have heard from this person XXXX I got a Federal Express envelope with WF Loan application and documents. I proceed to call the WF Mortgage Dept. in XXXX attempting to reach the loan person XXXX XXXX, XXXX, # XXXX. I left message on XXXX and XXXX and have heard nothing in return XXXX I called again and spoke with another person XXXX XXXX, who called the incident compromised data ; never heard further from her XXXX called WF spoke with XXXX XXXX ( WF Mortgage Dept. ) @ XXXX # XXXX, who took a report, case # XXXX and I have since emailed him and he told me he has nothing to report XXXX called Corporate Exec Offices, I called XXXX XXXX, WF : XXXX, who told me to call Mortgage Dept., no return call from Mortgage Dept. XXXX called Corporate Exec Offices spoke with XXXX ( refused to give me her last name ) at WF XXXX, she took information and I heard nothing in return XXXX call XXXX XXXX again, XXXXX and no response

Complaint: Wells Fargo Asset Management ( WFAM ) recently changed their login procedure to add additional security ; in doing so they have created a problem for the actual owner of the account. I spent an hour on the phone with a customer service representative changing my password and user ID and we could not get me access to my investment account. I requested to be transferred to a technical support tech but was told she had to put in a trouble ticket and someone would call me. I have not received a call from WFAM to resolve this issue. I have tried to two different browsers ( XXXX, XXXX ) and nothing works. Everything I try to login I get an error message that says the system is not available at this time and we are sorry for the inconvenience. This is the third day with this issue. I have investments with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX and their three step login process works fine.I want access to my funds so I can move them to another brokerage because of this unresolved issue. No notice was given to clients in writing or email that they were changing how we login.

Complaint: I obtained A Wells Fargo secured credit card at a young age at a time I was not financial literate or responsible thus resulting in me over spending and allowing the account to go to collections. On XX/XX/XXXX I went into a branch and spoke with a woman who stated that if I paid it off in full it would not only close but it would also be removed from my credit. As I apply for new credit cards in almost XXXX with the credit score of XXXX I am frequently denied for this account even though it was paid in full and closed. I have reached out and spoke to them directly and they are stating they will not remove the account.

Complaint: I have a loan with XXXX XXXX. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason, I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both the credit bureaus and XXXX XXXX with no successful resolution. The credit bureaus only reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never late.
