Complaint: XXXX / XXXX / XXXX filed claim with Wells Fargo re ference to payment to HOA made XXXX XXXX throug h Bill Pay and the Management company on behalf of HOA claims payment was not received. I have contacted WF b ank several times through online inquiry and via telephone as of this writing. The payment was submitted via electronic transmission. I have already retrieved proof of payment via the Bank website ; however, this information is of no use to the HOA management company as it doe s not indicate whom is in the possession of these funds and as of what date. Therefore, I have requested of Wells Fargo evidence of payment such as tracer and other associated transmittal information for proof to where the funds were transmitted and received. They have indicated that there is no error on their part ; however, continually refuse to provide proof as to when, where and who is in receipt of these funds . Representatives name s on today 's call was XXXX and XXXX XXXX . Additionally, XXXX was urging to waist my valuable time in placing a pointless and useless conference call after business hours. The HOA management requires that I provide this necessary information so that we may locate where the funds were delivered. I seek your help for expeditious resolve.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX I received a letter from Wells Fargo informi ng me that my PMI was cancelled as of XXXX the amount that was taken out for the PMI was $ XXXX each m onth, they continued to take the money for XXXX , XXXX , XXXX . The new loan amount was $ XXXX they continued to take out {$1100.00} until XXXX , I have called them at least four tim es concerning this matter each person has a different explanation of where the mon ey is one sa y it in the escrow account, the other say they can send me {$80.00} my escrow account is up to date I just sent {$200.00} in XXXX to make up the shortage so I think that the money is ours and should be sent to us.im not sure if they can just take our money and as they please, I thank you f or any help you can assist me with, The mortgage is taken out of our Wells Fargo checking account the XXXX of ev ery mounth

Complaint: My stepmom has a savings and checking account. Before leaving for a prolonged trip in XXXX XXXX , 2016, she had in saving accounts at t Wells Fargo {$5300.00}. In checking account, as of XXXX XXXX , had {$9500.00}. Through an XXXX XXXX account of unknown origin, a total of {$14000.00} was removed from checking account and {$2700.00} was removed from saving account. Wells Fargo gave back {$6500.00} from checking account and {$1700.00} for saving. When asked about the rest of the m oney, Wells Fargo manager sa ys that they are not responsible for it because we did not enquire about missing money until past the 60 days. My stepmom was out of town for 8 mo.s and did not internet access established. There is still over {$8600.00} missing from her account for wh ich Wellsfargo does not take responsibility for, stating that it was past60 days that we notifie d them.

Complaint: On XXXX / XXXX / XXXX I sought information online from my current bank ( Wells Fargo ) regarding terms of a personal loan. The information on their website offered a screen to enter the amount of loan and term ( years ) of the loan to identify an interest rate based upon my input. The rate provided for a my {$10000.00} 48 month loan returned 7.992 %. It displayed a caveat that it was subject to " excellent credit history and ability to repay the loan. ". I then applied online for the loan. Within a hour I received an email response saying the loan was approved ; however the interest rate for the loan was 12.004 %. I then called Wells Fargo at XXXX ( number on the loan application response ), to talk with a service agent as to why there was a 33 % increase regarding in the interest rate when I have an excellent credit rating ( based upon all XXXX major credit bureaus [ in fact, I have never defaulted on any payment in 52 years ] ), there is absolutely no indication on any of my credit reports showing past due, late, or any other credit issues. I have had two authorized inquiries in 4 yea rs ( to pu rchase a used car, and refi my home for a lower interest rate - which is good financial practice ). I also asked if my ability to repay the loan appeared to be an issue. The service agent stated that she could not provide any information other than that the interest rate is computer generated. I asked to speak with someone else that could tell how the interest was calculated and increased 33 % since obviously some " person '' approved it. I was transferred to a gentleman who ultimately gave me the same answer - it 's computer generated. I then called my local bank ( Wells Fargo - XXXX , NC ) and spoke with the branch manager. I asked her the same questions. What in my financial information justifies a 33 % increase in your advertised rate? I asked if she saw anything in my credit history that was an issue - she advised no. I then asked if there was an issue with my debt to income ratio, or my ability to repay the loan, and she stated it is currently 21 % and that they do n't have concerns unless it 's above 40 %. She then, like the other agents of Wells Fargo, stated that she can not explain the 4 % ( 8 % to 12 % ) increase other than it is computer generated. I advised her further that I have never been unemployed ( ever ) since age XXXX , I make almost {$90000.00} a year, I only have a house payment of {$1200.00} and a car payment of {$220.00}, and I 've never missed ANY payments on ANY loans EVER, and I have an " excellent '' credit score bas ed upon the credit reports ( I 've ran all XXXX reports to confirm ). Why then, is there a 33 % increase in your loan offer versus the advertised rate on your website. She only stated, it was computer generated ... and no other explanation provided. If I ca n't get an 8 % loan ( as advertised ), I would like to see who can. I am willing to provide to CFPB my financial records for review.

Complaint: I refinanced my student loan with wells fargo in XXXX XXXX . My old student loans were with XXXX . Although wells fargo said they had sent the funds to XXXX , XXXX said they never got the funds. Both companies said I owed them the balance of the loan. After spending every day on the phone with both wells fargo and XXXX , I finally got it figured out ad XXXX got the funds and by balance was {$0.00} in XXXX XXXX XXXX . Later in XXXX , I got a call from wells fargo stating that they had received a check drom XXXX for the full balance of my loan and they would apply it to my account. i told them that it had to be a mistake and they should not apply it to my account. They applied it to my account and I got a letter stating that my loan was paid in full and closed. I called both wells fargo and XXXX to try to get to the bottom of the situation because I know that my account balance for both companies should not have been {$0.00}. Meanwhile, while I try to figure out that situation, I am in the process of buying a new house. My lender for my house calls me and says m y credit score dropped over XXXX points this week because wells fargo put de rogatory comments stating that i am ov er 90 days lat e on my payment and they have closed my account. I contacted wells fargo to confront them about the situation and they say that the account has never been late and it is paid in full. They state that it is not their problem that XXXX sent them the funds, But that I would need to work it out with XXXX . This has caused me to not close on my house because my credit score had dropped. This has caused me earnest money, appraisal money, and inspection money. Wells fargo is not being helpful in figuring out the situation,. I have spent hours on the phone with different people and they never seem to help with the situation.

Complaint: In XXXX of 2016 my husbands position at work was cut and he was out of work without pay for almost 3 months. XXXX of my positions at work was cut back so my pay decreased as well. We fell behind on payments trying to pay everything at least every other month. Ended up having a car repossed so we had to pay more to get it back. Got behind on Mortgage and was told an amount we could pay to get it out of default I was about {$700.00} short due to car repairs and they sent back our money. We tried to apply for a loan modification but were told since we did XXXX that went into effect in XXXX of 2016 after house/well repairs caused us to get behind. Started the plan in XXXX but that was a trial period so not truly in effect until XXXX . Tried working with XXXX to get modification and was told the same thing by the company. House in active foreclosure with no sale date and the company told me only way to save is to pay full amount that we are behind. We keep sending in payments but they send them back.

I have spent the last year working with agents o n negotiating a reasonable payment plan, restructure, or loan modification, but I can not seem to get through the red tape. I feel I have not been accurately reviewed for any other options that would lower our monthly payments. I have done everything I can possibly think of to resolve matters with Wells Fargos agents, but my pleas for assistance have been ignored. Wells Fargo re ceived {$25.00} XXXX dollars in bailout funds from t he U.S. Treasu ry. As such, Wells Fargo should be helping struggling homeowners like me, rather than pushing them toward foreclosure. Wheres my bailout? I am now in danger of losing my home to foreclosure, and need your offices help! A SALE DATE IS SCHEDULE FOR XXXX XXXX XXXX !!! In XXXX , I purchased my home signing a purchase money loan originated with XXXX XXXX . In XXXX , I refinanced my mortgage signing a new loan originated with Wells Fargo . In XXXX , I received a loan modification. I timely tendered my mortgage payments on time as agreed for XXXX years. However, in XXXX , Due to the struggling, I lost a substantial amount of business revenue along with the building I owned and ran my production company out of. I did the best I could to keep up with my mortgage payments, going as far as depleting my savings and reserves, but eventually defaulted on my home loan and was moved to foreclosure status. In XXXX , I contacted Wells Fargos ag ents advising of my struggles to tender my mortgage payments. I was advised by Wells Fargos agents that I am not eligible to apply for a new loan modification at that time. However, recently, Wells Fargos agents offered me the opportunity to apply for a new loan modification. I completed and returned the loan modification application, along with all required documents. After receiving what I can only call a runaround and paper-chase, with agents requesting and re-requesting the same documents repeatedly, no decision has been rendered. No other home retention options have been offered. A SALE DATE IS SCHEDULE FOR XXXX XXXX XXXX !!! How is it possible that Wells Fargos a gents have not afforded me the opportunity to be reviewed for a reasonable and fair resolution? My income is enough to afford a reasonable monthly mortgage payment and resolve this matter. I am certain that there are home-retention programs for which I qualify, yet Wells Fargos agents are denying me access to them. There is no justifiable reason fo r Wells Fargos agent s not to work with me and consider me for government programs such as a restructure, loan modification, and forbearance.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX 2017, I contacte d Wells Fargo B ank regarding my current balance increasing. I was told that the increase was due to a new Mortgage Analysis schedule. This would make XXXX analysis within 12 mo nths. I was told the same thing last year, which they change the schedule last year. I was told I was l ucky because I would not go through another analysis until 12 m onths. On XXXX XXXX , I received another call stating that they were still researching the issue and would provide me with an answer as soon as possible. As of XXXX XXXX 2017, I have not received any status or documentation from them explaining why I received another Mortgage Analysis.
