Complaint: I had a vehicle financed with Wells Fargo Dealer Services. At one point my loan was issued to a particular Wells fargo account manager. During the time this employee managed my account, he would constantly harass and call my husband and I, yell, scream, make insulting comments about our financial ability to pay for the car, and was overall verbally abusive. I came to the point where I did not answer phone calls from Wells Fargo because I refused to be subjected to this type of abuse at the hands of a major financial companies employee. I filed several complaints with the Wells Fargo Dealer Services Office of the President. Nothing was resolved. Towards the end of XXXX , Wells Fargo added a {$200.00} insurance charge to the monthly payment claiming I did not have insurance on the vehicle. I was XXXX XXXX out of state and was not aware of the additional charge tagged on ; however, we continued to make the normal monthly payments. The paid additional surcharge was calculated as nonpayment. The account manager put the car up for repression in XXXX XXXX . As a result, my husband and I immediately redeemed the vehicle and prevented the repression by refinancing the loan with a different financial servicer, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX . The car was redeemed, the Wells Fargo loan was paid in full, and I kept the vehicle. I filed appropriate complaints with Wells Fargo Office of the President and other agencies. Again, nothing was resolved. Wells Fargo Dealer Services reported the redemption as a repression to a consumer credit agency. The account is still incorrectly reported as a repression rather than a redemption with the account paid in full and closed. I have contacted both the credit agency and Wells Fargo Dealer Svs. to have the inaccurate report removed. I confirmed with a Wells Fargo customer service agent that the account states the loan was paid in full, transferred to a different financial institution, and closed. Nonetheless, the account was incorrectly reported as a repossession. I am having a difficult time correcting the matter with Wells Fargo and on my credit report. Apparently, there is no one in the dispute resolution department that I can speak to verbally to confirm the information. After being subjected to unlawful emotional and verbal abuse as a paying customer, I am still enduring financial harm due to the inaccurate report to the credit bureau. This is a mistake on the part of Wells Fargo, yet I am having to spend an inordinate amount of time contacting the financi al institutions, issuing paperwork, and documenting all the communication. I fear Wells Fargo will continue to provide incorrect information and subject me to financial and professional harm.

Complaint: {$660.00} - XXXX / XXXX / 2015 {$210.00} = XXXX / XXXX / 2015 Wells Fargo " s et-off '' amounts for student loan payment although I 'd been in contact with them regarding my financial hardship ( XXXX and unemployed ) at the time. Meanwhile, I was still responsible for managing my XXXX mother 's finances. Someone repayed my mother on a personal loan, I deposited the money into my account and then transferred it into her account. Wells Fargo the n saw the transaction for deposit and set off both accounts, interfering with transactions with her Social Security XXXX payment. While I tried countless times to resolve the issue , Wells Fargo says that they had the right to set off both accounts, although my mother was not a cosign er on the loan.

Complaint: Wells Fargo Card Services closed my Credit Card account for no reason after sending a claim through Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in regard an overdraft on my checking and saving account. My Saving a ccount had been closed for 3 months now and they did n't close my credit line, now because I 'm trying to protect my rights and I 'm complaining about them, they closed my account. My voice needs to be heard, and it will because I 'll make sure of it. Customers need to be protected by they right and they need to do they right thing, not what they think is right. I think this is XXXX of those cases where Bank employees, because that 's what they are, employees abuse power and diminish citizen rights. Is this something a customer ca n't do anything about? I really need this Bank punished for how they treat customers and I 'll be complaining with every and each protection agency that had ever existed in the U.S. W atch me.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2017 at XXXX ( EST ), I attempted to deposit a check from a very credible company and a client of mine, in the amount of {$250.00}, through the ATM at the Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX , FL . When the check was inserted into the ATM machine as instructed, an advise appeared on the screen which said " unable to accept this check due to a system error ''. At that moment, the deposit was not accepted but, the check was not returned to me. I attempted to get help from the branch manager. However, he did not want to get involve. He suggested to call the corporate office. When I contacted the corporate office ( XXXX ) the lady gave me a reference number ( XXXX ) and told me that they would look into it. However, as of today, no one has contacted me on this issue ; the check has not been returned and the {$250.00} deposit has not been posted to my account.

Complaint: Wells Fargo h as opened an unauthorized account in my name. They will not tell me if it is a savings or checking account. Aroun d 1-2 ye ars ago, I registered for their XXXX service with the email XXXX XXXX XXXX . Somehow they got another email address of mine ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and used it to open an account to which a person named XXXX XXXX has been sending money. I get the emails from Wells Fargo. These are legitimate Wells Fargo em ails. Each time I bring it up they try to blow me off by saying it 's some kind of phishing scam. They are liars. These emails contain legitimate links to Wells Fargo 's website and legitimate contact information. Wells Fargo is doing something shady and using my name and email address to do it. I do n't know anyone named XXXX XXXX and I do n't have and never had any account XXXX . Wells Fargo pretends this account does n't exist yet they are sending multiple emails to me each month about this account receiving money. I will provide screenshots of several of these emails so that you know that these are indeed coming from Wells Fargo. I h ave deleted most of the emails but after a while it got so annoying that I started saving them. Please review the uploaded documents.

Complaint: WFM h ave ignored my complaints, pretending they do n't exist. We settled our mortgage in full with WFM after Wells agreed to remove the unfair late Charges from our account.They removed over {$5000.00} in late charges.WF claimed it was a 'courtesy'.. while we pointed out WF had lost a similar case in New York when trying to force mortgage holders to pay unfair late fees and had to remov e the charges. The same department and employees at Wells Fargo have been consistently harmful to us. Wrongfully referring to my serious health problems at XXXX , making intentional delays to harm us. Having removed the {$5000.00} in late charges, this department has now very unfairly refused to remove the late harges from our credit reports. _Thereby causing us to lose new mortgages and making it impossible to buy a new home. We told t his to WFM but they refused to care or help. Please could the CFPB help.. Please refer this to th e CEO of Wells Fargo for a direct response.. ... .. ... ... as this deprtmet at WF ha s been so biased against us and mean spirited. It costs nothing ( zero $ ) to do the right thing, yet they so wrongfully refuse. They are standing on our throats, ruining our lives. At my stage of life l want to get my wife settled before l die.

Complaint: WELLS Fargo has repudiated a settlement after we paid the mortgage off in full. <P/> WF u nfairly charged us about 36 months of late payments.We fell behind XXXX months when l was very ill, receiving XXXX XXXX treatments and could not work. WF refused all our requests regarding help on this two month, such as adding it to the loan for a payment on s ale. <P/> A lthough this was one occurrence, Wells charged us about 30 late payments. We were forced from our home of 23 years by Wells.On pay off we agreed with Wells they would remove the affects of their late charges. Wells removed about {$5000.00} in late charges and we paid the mortgage in full. When we tried to buy a new house we found we could n't get a new mortgage, because Wells did not remove the late charges from our family 's credit repor t, hurting both my wife and l. Wells claims ( a ) it was a 'courtesy ' but.it was not we has told Wells a very similar case was lost in New York , it was necessary not a courte sy ... ( b ) Wells Fargo now says they never promised to remove the 'late ' payments from both of our credit ratings. ( c ) this is disingenuous it was very clearly implied and meant ( d ) Wells is intentionally stopping us from buying a new home, as we ca n't get a new mortgage after their refusal to remove the late charges, and costs and rates are increasing ( d ) It costs Wells zero to do the right thing ( e ) Wells continue their unfair bias against us. <P/> I need to settle my wife in a new home urgently due to my poor health and age ( XXXX ) Time is of the essence. WF must stop stalking us after we paid the mortgage in full.

Complaint: 1 ) In XXXX 2017 re ceive d 3 n otices from Wells Fargo Stating that payment was late fo r the month and that a late charge was being levied. I was also sent notices threatening foreclosure and credit degradation. 2 ) I was further instructed that payment was due on th e XXXX of each month and only as a courtesy they were tolerating a 15 day late period which is directly contrary to My VA loan closing statement clearly states that I have up to the XXXX of every month to make payment without penalty. That is a part of my contract with the Veterans Administration and n ot a " courtesy ''. It is contract. 3 ) I received a XXXX 2017 not i ce from Wells Fargo Stating t hat a shortage was detected in the Escrow Account, for the amount of XXXX and that if I paid the amount by XXXX 's payment my new payment would be XXXX I s ent Wells Fargo , Checks for XXXX ( ck XXXX ), XXXX ( ck XXXX ) and XXXX ( ck XXXX ) which total in excess of the XXXX Escrow account Mortgage account combination by XXXX Less the XXXX " shortage amount '' leaving a refund due of XXXX . Wells Fargo is refusing to refund the XXXX overage. 4 ) Wells Fargo consistently misled and falsified records saying that I made monthly check payments of XXXX . I have never written the monthly checks for that amount. 5 ) I have written repeatedly about the " unapplied '' funds account that appears to be used as a paper front. I write checks that say either principal & Interest only or escrow only an d Wells does not deposit them in either but liquidates them into an " unapplied '' funds account, which has no legally binding balance sheet. ( A balance sheet is not a work sheet ) Then Wells deducts the amount they choose, leaving an balance that does not show how much was deducted from the " unapplied '' funds account and how much remains in respect to that deduction.. 6 ) I have never been late on this VA Loan in the near 10years of its execution. I have never fail in taxes nor insurance The balance in the unapplied account is never fully applied to either account Mortgage PI nor Escrow, yet there is a paper front that the account exists. It would not surprise me to find out that this money is being used to support other accounts not related to mine. There is no legitimate reason that this account should exist.
