Complaint: On X/XX/2017 an ATM cash withdraw in the amount of {$300.00} was made from our checking account during the night while my husband and I were both sleeping during the hours of XXXX and XXXX at an unknown ATM machine which we have never used at and area where we are not familiar with. At about XXXX I noticed the unfamiliar transaction and asked my husband if he had made it and he said " no ''. We have never loaned anyone our debit cards or shared our pin numbers with anyone. So I called Wells Fargo to file a fraud complaint and on XXXX they denied our claim. Wells Fargo ob tained copies of pictures taken of the thief who used the ATM and still they refuse to honor our fraud complaint or reimburse our stolen funds. We suspect that our debit card was somehow cloned by the thief.

Can't get other flexible options for repaying your loan
Complaint: My Granddaughter had me to cosign for her to go to college in Alabama. Was told that was just to help her get into school and would not cost me a thing. This was done over the internet. Wells Far go t ook over XXXX dollars out of my checking account with out my knowledge and I only found out when I started paying bills that I had borrowed the money to pay off. I almost had a break down from the loss of money and the constant phone calls. My granddaughter would not answer my phone calls and block the whole family. I am XXXX years old and would like to know if I can get the money back from these crooks. I closed my account with Wells Fargo an d will never again trust a bank or a granddaughter. Regards XXXX XXXX

Complaint: I applied for a short sale back in XXXX XXXX with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. I was told that the turn around time wa s 1 week for docs to be reviewed. It has taken them 3 to 4 weeks to review documentatio n, each time requesting something else. I explained that I was trying to keep the payments up on this house and needed to close as soon as possible. My point of contact with Wells ne ver reached out to me. I spoke to him two times and it was due to me initiating the call. I have spoken to managers and been given different answers concerning the short sale approval. I was told that the loan needed to go to HUD for approval due to the appraisal coming in low as compared to what is owed on the loan. However the initial appraisal was obtained in the end of XXXX the beginning of XXXX so why would it take until XXXX for the loan to go to HUD for a variance. I was just told today that the loan went back to HUD for another variance. I have been in communication with the executive o ffice and was told I should have an answer no later than this week. So far no one seems to know, understand or care about what the dela y ( s ) a re or have been. Since I am used up my tax refund to keep up with the mortgage, I am now late. From XXXX until now I was on time. It seems like they want me to loose my home. I spoke with XXXX XXXX today and it appears as though the previous note s may have b een removed as he does not seem to have evidence that the loan went to HUD in XXXX for a variance. However, I have a ticket number for the original variance with HUD and that number is XXXX evidencing HUD approved the Variance. Please assist in researching the matter as I do not want to loose my home.

Complaint: I opened a PMA checking and brokerage account with Wells Fargo in XXXX . I had XXXX checking account, a credit card and ATM card at that time. At some point in XXXX , inexplicably, a second checking account appeared on my statements. I believe this account was opened as a result of the fraudulent and unauthorized accounts opened by Wells Fargo em ployees pressured to meet sales goals, which has been addressed in a class-action lawsuit against Wells Fargo. I am not part of the class-action case. Mysteriously, the second checking account was removed from my PMA account in XXXX XXXX . I had met with a Wells Fargo empl oyee in XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX , XXXX to provide more information regarding a fraudulent transaction which took place on XXXX XXXX , XXXX .

Complaint: On X/XX/17 Wells Fargo withdrew money from my checking account for a charge that I do n't recognize. Maybe it should have been taken out, maybe not, I have no way to find out because I called them and they told me that it was an online transaction by XXXX XXXX and the online withdrawer had my account number but nothing else. I repeated that I needed to know what it was for and they told me that unless I stated that I did n't receive any services or product for that withdrawal, they could n't investigate the charge. I objected that I did n't KNOW what the charge was for and that 's why I contacted them. I could n't LIE and say it was n't legit when they could n't tell me anything other than that XXXX XXXX had my account number, else they could n't have made the withdrawal. I again refused to lie and asked to speak to a supervisor. She said she was sorry and they did n't do business like that - and I pointed out that they just had! She went on to create further problems. I gave her my account number over the phone and she said it was too long. I read it right off my check! Then, she told me the number she had and she had it wrong. She finally put me on hold and after waiting way too long, I hung up and called their main headquarters in XXXX XXXX. There, I was told that I should n't lie to the bank and I needed to go into a branch office so that they could call their back office and help me. Baloney! I should be able to call and get the information about that charge and it 's not my fault they did n't get all the information they should have before they took it out of my account. I told them I was XXXX and ca n't easily get to the bank, but that should n't make any difference - they should be able to give me information on money they took out of my account when I call the main customer service number - not tell me I have to lie to get that information or go into a branch so they can call their " back office '' from there. There 's something really XXXX about all this and I need some help!

Complaint: After the flood of XXXX 2016 i n Louisiana, W ells Fargo is refusing to release insurance money after completing 50 % inspection with a 65 % completion rating. They will only release funds to m y contractor who is responsible for labor only. I have submitted paid invoices showing credit card payment in the borrow 's name for cabinets and flooring. Still the mortgage company refuses to pay and says will only release the funds after a 100 % inspection to borrow for the remaining amount that is over the general contractors estimate. This policy is not documented or explained but enforced internally in the mortgage company. This is a bad policy that harms the borrower who is with good faith upfront and transparent and has complied with all request from the mortgage company. The mortgage company employee 's have three times submitted requests for funds to be released and somewhere in the management chain the request is d enied and borrower is not allowed to speak with the people that are making the decisions. Again this unwritten policy is harmful causing the borrow financial hardship. I have paid out of pocket. 1 ) for flooring {$3700.00} 2 ) for cabinets {$14000.00}. I should have to wait months for 100 % completion to be made whole for the expenses that are paid out of pocket.

Complaint: This is about a former creditor WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE . Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , IA XXXX . XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . The problem here is that it was paid back on XXXX in the selling of the property I owned, which I have supportive documents of that sale and the date of the sale and the payment to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. But, I was still given a negative report from XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX for making late payments. It was said I made a XXXX , XXXX , XXXX , XXXX , XXXX , XXXX , XXXX . I tried contacting Wells Fargo and they saw the mistake but refused to correct it. On XXXX I disputed it to XXXX , XXXX and XXXX but it still was not resolved. I started receiving phone calls from the company in XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX leaving me a message for a XXXX XXXX . I called the number back and told them the phone number no longer belongs to whomever and to please stop calling me.
I received a second phone call XXXX XXXX with another voicemail for XXXX XXXX . I again called them and asked them to stop calling me.
I received a third call XXXX XXXX with another voicemail fo XXXX XXXX XXXX . This time with a direct callback number of " XXXX . I called the number and stated I am tired of them calling my phone for XXXX XXXX . This is harassment and against the FDCPA Laws. They stated they took my number out of there system and I should not be receiving anymore phone calls.
I received a fourth call XXXX XXXX from a XXXX direct call back number of XXXX for a XXXX XXXX .
I received a fifth call X/X/2017 XXXX from a XXXX Call back number XXXX for a XXXX XXXX .
I call the XXXX number on break here at work at XXXX XXXX and notify a XXXX that I am not XXXX XXXX and I am tired of these phone calls.
This Wells Fargo account does not belong to me. I do not know a XXXX XXXX I received this phone number when joining XXXX XXXX XXXX phone plan with my husband. I am sick of this harassment and would like something done about this.
