Problem with the interest rate
Complaint: I went to Wells Fargo t o refinance my car loan, and found out my interest rate was higher than when I purchased the car also I 'm randomly paying more. Originally I was paying XXXX dollars at 5.97 pe rcent. Now it 's XXXX at 10.59. And I 've made every monthly payment on time. So they tell me somehow back when I got the loan. The girl workingvat the time did n't p ut Wells Fargo at the lean holder but myself in the cars title. So somehow that is my fault and I believe that 's illegal to do because they never informed me of what happened and just raised my rate and took more money out of my account. So I 'd like to know if Wells Fargo is at fault. Cause I was expecting to get a lower rate not a higher one after one yea r.

Other problem getting your report or credit score
Complaint: Since XXXX , XXXX I have consistently requested that WFHM produce documentation ( proof ), that WFHM has in fact re-affirmed my mortgage loan to the NC courts and credit bureaus. WFHM has repeatedly sent duplicate information to CFPB and will not send the requested documents stating the re-affirmation. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act 1 5 USC S 1681i. It is the law that WFHM produce a ( procedure in case of disputed accuracy ). Additionally I request a Promise to report payments in writing. As I have researched this issue, I have learned that this is common practice among WFHM, which in turn WFHM continues to fraud mortgage holders after a bankruptcy. WFHM has a practice of not re-affirming the loan and floods the CFPB with constant duplicate paperwork as justification to said fraud. It is my hope as I state once again, for WFHM to 1 ) Produce documentation Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC S 168i.
2 ) Produce documentation of Promise to Pay in writing.
3 ) Produce documentation of Re-affirmation of my loan after bankruptc y XXXX .

Problem with fees
Complaint: At Wells Fargo , I continually set up autopay to transfer payments from my personal checking to the Wells Fargo account. However, their online statement ( response ) after setting up autopay is that it takes several months for it to be invoked. During this period, they will call you and say that your payment did n't successfully work, and that you need to manually pay along with a late fee of {$37.00}. Therefore, every month they do this. Wells Fargo als o states that the wrong account codes were used when setting up autopay, so they purposely setup the customer to pay late fees. My guess is that Wells Fargo managers ( a ) instruct their staff to charge late fees no matter what, and also have setup their IT system to create transfer errors, due to the recent loss of capital from the class action suit over bad practice in mortgage accounting.

Credit card company won't work with you while you're going through financial hardship
Complaint: On XXXX I received a phone call from a collector at Wells Fargo regarding my account that was past due. I told the collector I paid a small portion ( what I could afford ) over the weekend and she said " yes, but your account still has XXXX dollars that 's past due. She repeatedly tried to schedule a payment and I told her I would pay when I had the money to. She pressed again and again, and when I caved and told her a date, she started pressing about scheduling ANOTHER payment after that XXXX . I told her I was uninterested and that I 'm going through some financial hardship right now and asked what my options would be. She did not answer my question, and continued to ask why I would n't just let her schedule the payments. I told her because I could n't guarantee the funds in the account trying to pay the balance. I eventually hung up on her because she was insistent and I was just outside, enjoying the evening, pushing my son on his tree swing.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX , 2017 I was hired by XXXX XXXX and given an employment offer letter. I was hired by a XXXX XXXX XXXX who then instructed me that I would be training for a week and that I need to purchase software and a time tracker in order to go forward with the training. He also informed me that I would need a laptop and that if I did not have one that XXXX would provide one for me. Towards the end of the hiring interview, XXXX XXXX told me that a check would be issued to me for the purchase of the software I would need. I received the check ( {$2900.00 } ) and was instructed to deposit it and once it had cleared I was to send the money to the vendor to purchase the software and time tracker. The first check was not sufficient to pay for the laptop also, so another check ( {$4800.00} ) was issued and sent for that purchase 2 days later. I was instructed to deposit that amount into the vendor 's account via XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and informed that my laptop, various softwares and timer would arrive by the following monday. On Monday I received a third check for {$12000.00}. At this point I became suspicious because I had not received any working/training materials and was being asked to deposit another check to purchase a different set of equipment. It was at this point, I went to the bank manager and after some investigation she determined the check was fraudulent. My bank then contacted the bank of the issued check and they confirmed the check was not a real check. At this point, the monies for the first XXXX chec ks was withdrawn from my account by my bank because they were deemed to ba fake as well. Now, I have lost {$ 7700.00} ( {$2900.00} + {$4800.00} ) due to this fraud/scam and Wells Fargo ( my bank ) will not reimburse or credit my account and my account is now negative with a negative {$3100.00} balance. I have everything documented. I have printed out the entire conversation between myself and XXXX XXXX as well as all company documents i received. I would like to be reimbursed either by Wells Fargo or XXXX as both of these companies should have been more diligent and responsible in handling these checks and making sure that I was not scammed out of my money . Wells Fargo no t only did not inform me that the firs t XXXX che cks were fake, but they actually cleared the checks and credited my account with those funds and then took them out of my account after I blew the whistle on the third check. Now i have a $ XXXX balance. XXXX should be more diligent than allowing scammers to have access to their letterheads, documents etc that were used to scam me.
