Complaint: I took out a mortgage loan back in XXXX with the promises of low monthly payment and low interest rates. Since the beginning the payments and the interest rates were not as promise. In XXXX Wells Fargo started a foreclosure action against me. I tried to do loan modifications with the bank but have been denied several times. I am in the middle of processing a loan modification and the bank has scheduled a sale date for XXXX XXXX ; the bank should not foreclose on my home if I am in the middle of a loan modification process. I was a victim of the housing bubble crisis.

Loan balance remaining after the vehicle is repossessed and sold
Complaint: my vehicle was repossessed b y Wells Fargo dealer services and I made arrangements to redeem the vehicle on XXXX XXXX . On XXXX XXXX I talked someone from Wells Fargo dealer Services and paid the redemption fee they told me the vehicle had already went to XXXX XXXX ( the action ) at XXXX that morning but I could still get the car back within 4 ho urs of paying the fees. The person I spoke to at XXXX XXXX said they did not get the car until Monday XXXX XXXX . I believe Wells Fargo Dealer Services lied to me to collect on the debt, those 3 e xtra days I had to wait means my redemption fee would have been higher. Wells Fargo Dealer Services allowed the reco very company to joy ride my car those 3 days or since the recovery because the key fob that starts the car and other electric components of the car is not working properly. The recovery company have to either hot wire the vehicle or made a very bad attempt to reprogram another key to the car to get it started

XXXX I finalized the trial payments of the HA MP with Wachovia into a permanent loan with a fixed rate. XXXX I made my last full mortgage payment wit h Wells Fargo/Wachovia. XXXX I began to experience financial hardship due to an extended illness ; having exhausted all of my sick leave and annual leave in lieu of sick leave my employer placed me into a Leave Without Pay ( LWOP ) Statu s. Complaint: I went to close a safe deposit box a t Wells Fargo in 2013. I physically went to Wells Fargo location on XXXX XXXX in XXXX , Tx to close it again and pay the rekey fee which was {$120.00}. Now 4 years later I received a certified letter on XXXX XXXX stating that I owe {$400.00} as well as {$120.00} rekey fee. I visited the location a second time as tried to pay the {$120.00} rekey fee to close it out but not the {$400.00} accumulation charge because I already tried to close it out i n 2013 and they were aware of this. This is a deceptive practice for Wells Fargo to hold the box 4 years to purposely accumulate more charges as i have been stated and attempted two time s to close out this box. Post offices as well as other local banks and companies close out boxes if they are not renewed in an alotted time period and the box ower is charged a rekeying fee. This was not the case wit h Wells Fargo as there was a lack of communication on their behalf to notify me until 4 years later that I received and continue to receive this absurd {$400.00} charge.
