Complaint: I believe that I am part of the Wells Fargo Insurance scam that took place for many years. I had an auto loan through them and I can remember them MAKING me get insurance through them without my knowledge and forcing addition payments on me that I couldn't afford. Thus leading to an eventuall repossession on an impound that they wouldn't help me get out.

Complaint: I was involved in an online scam week and half ago involving XXXX I paid for the dog online using XXXX and a cash app. Didnt realize until after the transaction was made that this was a fraudulent transaction. I tried to resolve with my bank, Wells Fargo and they told me there was nothing that they could do, couldnt even pull up information regarding the transaction so I could make a police report and take legal action. My bank is supposed to protect any fraudulent transactions on my account And at this point there is they have told me theres nothing that they can do. I find this hard to believe. This was money I sent on my account and I am not entitled to any information regarding this? I feel like Im at a loss, and would love any help I could get. I have all the information from the breeder emails, copies of transactions, Or any other information you need.

Complaint: The below complaint was filed yesterday, replied to today. However, I am unable to view their response, the link does not work. The CFPB rep stated she could not mail or email me a copy of it, I have copied the complaint below which I updated.. Wells Fargo rep by the name of XXXX claims to have made numerous attempts at resolution to complaints filed prior, I believe this to be false. The reasons are as follows .... They have denied my request for resolution which includes a refund of overdraft and other fees charged to accounts opened as a result of high pressure sales tactics to boost company profits by Wells Fargo reps. The refund amount, {$610.00}, was requested both in prior CFPB complaints and mediation requests. A total of five mediation packets were filled out, mailed in to Wells Fargo claims reps. A rep by the name of XXXX XXXX reached out, we spoke over the phone, a settlement amount of {$3700.00} was offered and never received. Additional complains were then filed with CFPB pertaining to this issue and issue of overdraft fee ( s ) refund, {$610.00} was requested again. It was denied, stating a check was sent and supposedly cashed which was never received. I did not receive any such check. XXXX XXXX would not provide settlement offer in writing, which I believe is shady and the reason for it is so Wells Fargo can deny they made such offer and not honor it. That being said I believe Wells Fargo is overall a very shady institution and should be investigated by CFPB. As for this matter, failing to honor settlement offer, a refund check in amount of {$610.00} will resolve this. The total of fees charged to accounts mentioned prior, opened as a result of high pressure sales tactics, is {$870.00}. I reasonably deducted prior refund amounts from this resulting in a total of {$610.00} which I request as resolution. I also request a copy of any cashed check Wells Fargo refers to in amount of {$3700.00}.

Complaint: I set up a store card associated with Wells Fargo. At the time, I asked for the payment due date to fall on or after the XXXX of month. I was told that WF would not allow my wife and I to set payment, and due date would fall on XXXX. I have made 3 payments. The first payment was for {$1000.00} -- well beyond minimum payment. The last two were for the minimum payment. The most recent payments were made on the XXXX ( 48 hours after due date ). They charged {$39.00} for each late payment. I have two complaints : 1 ) it seems that WF is trying to manipulate due dates to enable them to access more late fees ( I asked for XXXX or XXXX ; they set at XXXX ; banks know most people are paid twice a month and that they may not always be able to make payments by XXXX ). 2 ) they allow no grace period. I paid both payments by XXXX within 48 hours -- after I was paid. They should allow a grace period before late fees are charged. They have no such offering, which seems to allow them to maximize fees on the card. I called and they agreed to waive one but not both late fees even with I asked her to escalate the issue. Thanks for your consideration.

Complaint: My sister and I have the exact same social security number with the exception of the very last digit. While going through my credit report recently I found several items on my credit which I did not open and I am positive that it was due to my sister using my social for her accounts. There are 7 student loans taken out in 2009 alone. There's no way that they all belong to me. I would like to see about researching which ones belong to me and which ones don't and see about removing the ones that do not belong to me from my credit report. My sister was working for XXXX XXXX a little more than a year ago and during that time her student loans were not reflecting negatively on the credit report because the company has a repayment program but a year ago my sister left that company and now all of a sudden I have all of these extra student loans that have hit my credit report and lowered my credit almost 200 points. I have been trying for months now to be able to figure out where the student loans are being held how much is being held and when they were open so that I could figure out which ones I needed to dispute but every single loan holder that I have called has no record of my accounts existing at all. I am at my Wit 's end and I don't know what to do from here and I would greatly appreciate the assistance
