Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX ( 1 Day ) car rental from XXXX for {$110.00} but I was billed for a week @ {$1300.00}. I put the keys to the vehicle in the after hours drop box, documented on my business card the stall/car location, mileage, gas tank full, and time on the card for myself and attached one to the keys. I filed a complaint with XXXX the week after on XX/XX/2019 when I received the bill, called XXXX to inform them of the fraudulent and false billing practices but they would not resolve. I provided them a witness statement of the person traveling in the car with me, receipts for fuel at airport, and my parking receipt when I left with my personal car after returning their rental car. Information sent to XXXX : The flight was canceled hence renting the car from XXXX to XXXX airport @ XXXX, I have attached a PDF showing what flight I should have been on for reference and XXXX can confirm the cancellation with XXXX XXXX . Please inform XXXX that your system has no return slips if the keys are placed in the drop box after hours ; As previously stated to your colleague and provided I wrote down the return stall location, noted mileage, and full tank of gas information on the XXXX airport business card and made two copies, one for XXXX and one for myself and attached it and my business card to the keys and placed them in the drop box. I informed that last XXXX representative that there was no one around @ XXXX other than the airport janitor, I also had two people traveling with me that were on the canceled flight in the car. I have attached additional documentation of my fuel receipt filling up the car with gas at XXXX in XXXX at the XXXX XXXX next to the airport and my parking receipt when I left the airport @ XXXX. I have alerted my credit card company of XXXX 's poor processing practices and false billing. I filed a case with my credit card Wells Fargo Visa but they have done nothing other than request invoice from XXXX. The are stating now after months I am responsible for a fraudulent charge that I did not approve or agree to. Wells fargo keeps passing me onto other people and I can not get anywhere with them as their tactic is to keep delaying and moving me to other individuals. I have emailed and called about every week and they will NOT return my calls or do anything to resolve the correct way.

Complaint: XX/XX/2019 to XX/XX/2019 I had mailed multiple attempts with certified written letters, and police reports. Regarding my identity fraud on the debt collections that is placed on my credit report. Wells Fargo have not responded to none of my validation letters or police report and federal trade commission report that was certified mailed to them. The notarized signatures that goes with Id theft claim to. Only to my first letter that was sent out to them. However, they did receive my request, but nothing was done after that. within 30 or 60 days as well. My credit score dropped from XXXX to XXXX from this wells Fargo account and XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX that was reported on XX/XX/2019. On the other hand, they did removed the XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2019 but did not replace my points back where it should be, XXXX or maybe above. I have a good credit report file and my credit score shouldn't drop tremendously like that. I am fighting so hard to keep my credit score and report on the positive side. I feel the consumers should have way better protection. My fraud Identity theft, is not taking into a removal or into consideration. Additional to that, XXXX has not respectfully taken my identity victim to fraud seriously I made multiple attempts and provided an police report, federal trade commission report, and proof of my identity documents to XXXX and XXXX and they thoroughly investigated my concerns and immediately removed the items that stated above. However, XXXX is not removing the items that do not belong to me and not taking my identity reports into considerations. However, I am a Victim of Identity Theft. Every other creditor like XXXX and XXXX have removed the items off my credit report. Accept XXXX and the other credit bureaus on XX/XX/2019. I have communicated with XXXX and wells Fargo multiple time in the past that I am a victim of Identity Theft and XXXX and wells Fargo has not takem my case into consideration.

Complaint: On the morning of XX/XX/19 I made a deposit of {$1000.00} into my personal checking account at the Wells Fargo Bank drive thru window located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PA XXXX. Upon returning to work I noticed an unauthorized withdrawal on my checking account in the amount of {$700.00}. I immediately contacted the teller at the bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX She informed me that an error had occurred and the {$700.00} was withdrawn from my account in error. She informed me that it could take up to 10 days to have my money returned to me even though it was an unauthorized withdrawal which is absolutely ludicrous. But that " It shouldn't take that long ''. It's going on a week and I've been getting the run around from the branch teller manager XXXX and no response from the branch manager XXXX XXXX. I also contacted Wells Fargo customer service directly and they did nothing to correct unauthorized transaction and said I had to wait. This is stealing and unethical. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX instructed me to file a prompt complaint with both the comptroller of the currency as well as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Complaint: I have a private student loan with Wells Fargo. My sister is the co-signer. My sister filed bankruptcy. The loan is now serviced through wells Fargo 's Bankruptcy Department. Please keep in mind, Wells Fargo does not send out monthly statements. When my sister filed bankruptcy, sometime in XXXX, I had to start making my payments to the Bankruptcy department. Upon the start of this, I was told my loan was current and any or all late charges that were on the loan were removed. The loan is due somewhere around the XXXX - XXXX of every month ... I have never been given a straight answer. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called to make a payment and was told that I had missed a payment in XXXX. I thought this was odd, but scheduled two payments to ensure I would not hurt my sister 's bankruptcy. Her bankruptcy has not discharged yet. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a text message from XXXX letting me know that Wells Fargo not only dinged my credit once, but XXXX times for late payments. When I called to rectify this situation, I sent them my banking statements that proved I have made the XXXX payment. Then they said I didn't miss the XXXX payment, but the XXXX payment. I sent them XXXX bank statement showing I paid that XXXX XXXX. Then they said no, I did not miss XXXX 's Payment, but a payment in XXXX of 2018. This is over a year ago and at no time was notified of this missing payment, nor has my credit report been dinged for a late payment prior to the payments made in XXXX. On top of it all, there is a 10 day grace period on making payments. I was within this limit when I called to make the XXXX payment. I Should not have received a ding on my credit report for this payment. Also I should have received a ding on my credit report for a payment that was supposedly missed a year ago without having the opportunity to rectify it then. My sister nor her attorney have never been notified of this late payment, which should have happened as well. If they had .. I would have an opportunity to rectify this sooner. In addition, at this time I do not believe I ever missed this floating payment.

While this is unbelievably stupid, it's also cruel, especially when one 's finances are involved. They have made me suffer for more now than 7 years. I HATE THEM, I'M SICK OF THEIR ATTITUDE OF SHUTTING OFF ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT THEN PLAYING SICK GAMES DENYING ME ACCESS TO MY MONEY SO I CAN LIVE. Complaint: After closing on this loan I contacted the XXXX XXXX District office and provided a signed copy of the deed, copy of ID with the new address and a Verification letter from the military showing that I have a service connected disability rating of XXXX XXXX. I filled out their application and they gave me a letter stating that my exemption was approved. Once I got that I gave it to the mortgage company and asked them to quit collecting for tax and refund the money in my escrow account. They finally verified the exemption and gave me a escrow refund but are still collecting for taxes each month. Then when I tried to make the payment of XXXX which included taxes I reluctantly made the payment knowing that I was going to have to spend a lot more of my time straightening out getting my money back from them. Then the next day it still had not been deducted from account so I got back online and it showed a different amount of {$1200.00} that obviously still included taxes because principal and interest plus insurance should be approximately {$970.00}. So I made that payment thinking that they didnt take the first payment of XXXX The day after that they took thee money from checking of {$1300.00} and the break down showed that the paid {$1200.00} for principal interest taxes and insurance and then just took it upon themselves to apply. {$140.00} toward principal balance without my permission and then gave me an escrow refund of {$1500.00}, further proof that they know of this exemption. I called them and explained this so I could avoid them drafting another payment of {$1200.00}. Why would I make two payments at the beginning of the month when that wasnt the contract agreement to start with? In addition the is another payment toward taxes that I dont owe and the know I dont owe them. Them taking this additional caused my checking account to go into overdraft which my bank charges me for. Of course everything and Wells Fargo takes ten days or longer to figure out which gives them enough time to grab as much money as they can. Now Im thinking they created RESPA laws to keep these companies from having these shady practices but it seems that they have found a way around it. I got an escrow refund which proves they know of my exemption but they are still collecting for tax? Its also very apparent that I cant trust them with my banking information either. Giving them access for direct payments would be stupid. And since they collected more money than they should it starts this process of getting my money back all over again. Im not making one more payment on this loan until they give me my money back and change the payment to the correct amount. I dont care what it does to my credit and they can have the house.
