Complaint: My Name is XXXX, I received a new account opening promotion in the mail from Wells Fargo In XX/XX/2019. After looking over the promotion and the qualifications. I decided to open a checking account with them. The criteria was I could go online or call over the phone and provide my personal offer code. If I was to set up and receive a cumulative monthly total of XXXX in direct deposits for three consecutive months within 150 days of account opening I would get XXXX into my new checking account within 45 days. I called to open the account in XX/XX/XXXX over the phone and spoke with XXXX XXXX who assisted me over the phone to open the account. I provided her my personal offer code and we discussed the qualifying direct deposits. She provided me her personal number and extension which is XXXX ext XXXX. After the account was confirmed opened I started my direct deposits. The dates and the amounts of my ACH direct deposits are as followed : XX/XX/2019 ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2019 ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2019 XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX total direct deposits= XXXX XX/XX/2019 ; XXXX ACH ; XXXX XX/XX/2019 ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2019 ; XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX total direct deposits= XXXX XX/XX/2019 XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XX/XX/2019 ; XXXX ACH ; XXXX XX/XX/2019 ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX total direct deposits= XXXX XX/XX/2019 ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2019 ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2019 XXXX ACH XXXX XX/XX/XXXX total direct deposits= XXXX I met the 3 consecutive months at the end of XX/XX/XXXX. After not receiving the promo bonus I called and filled a complaint with Wells Fargo on XXXX XXXX I spoke with a supervisor XXXX at XXXX. She stated she would open a ticket and I should receive a call in 7 days. After 7 days I did not receive a call. I called back and spoke to XXXX and he provided me a case number ( XXXX ). I was told to call back in 7 days. I called back XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to XXXX at XXXX. XXXX confirmed that I met the qualifications back in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX submitted another ticket for a case manager to review. I called back XXXX XXXX and spoke to XXXX at XXXX. XXXX stated she was emailing " upper management 2 '', and that my case was now being investigated by the Ethics department and they could not provide me any information. About a week later I received a call from the case manager, she stated I did not qualify because my deposits were not made within my statement cycle. I rebutted and stated that NO WHERE on the qualifications or eligibility requirements did it state that the direct deposits needed to be within my statement cycle. I told her the promotion simply says XXXX in direct deposits for three consecutive months! She then said my statement cycle was from the XXXX of the month to the XXXX of the next month. I again told her that the requirements state a cumulative monthly total and I did that and didn't receive my XXXX promotion. She stated that nothing could be done because I wasn't eligible for the promotion. I told her that IF the requirement was to have XXXX within a monthly statement cycle the flyer should've reflected that verbiage. I want my XXXX and it has not been deposited in my account. This is an unacceptable business practice. Verbiage should be clear and concise without misstatements and omissions in it's disclosures. This should be an ethics violation in an attempt to collect a " sale '' without providing the consumer the promotion. I have attached the promotion flyer I received in the mail.

Complaint: Wells Fargo refused to permit me to apply for a loan modification in XX/XX/2016 and refused to give me any plausible explanation of why not, except to say I was not eligible. My other lender provided a loan modification without any issues or problems.
Wells Fargo strong armed me to pay over {$7000.00} after my bankruptcy and never provided a plausible explanation. Wells Fargo then filed a Notice of Default forcing me to pay their demand in order to avoid foreclosure. Wells Fargo never rescinded the Notice of Default in the court record as required.

Complaint: I have hired a law firm to handle the illegal foreclosure that Wells Fargo is attempting. Wells Fargo is attempting to foreclose on a property and is intentionally delaying providing me, the executrix, with the information that I need to sell the property. Wells Fargo has attorneys at this time that are very well aware that I have the legal authority to sell the property. They recently sent a letter demanding information from me that is not required for them to know. This is an intentional delay, which is a bad faith delay. Wells Fargo owes the estate {$12000.00}. I have demanded that they show their " careful '' research in their denial by showing me the calculation from which the error came from. Wells Fargo has refused. Wells Fargo is justifying this by stating this is proprietary information. It is illegal to foreclose on a home when it can not be shown by the actual calculation that I am demanding. Since they are denying the calculation, it stands that the home can not be foreclosed upon. I am in the process of selling the home and have asked for a payoff amount. Wells Fargo is delaying the process and refusing to communicate with me.

Complaint: In approximately XXXX my wife and I were notified by courier that we are late/in default on our payments and our home is in jeopardy of foreclosure, and we are {$18000.00} behind in our payments with late fees being accumulated daily. Our loan was with Wells Fargo and we had auto withdrawal every month. We were never notified by Wells Fargo of the intentions to sell the loan to another servicer or of the intent to discontinue our auto payments. Their customer service claims a letter was sent. Nothing was ever received. The first we heard of this was when we were contacted by XX/XX/XXXX
XXXX XXXX XXXX agreed to a 3 month trial loan modification because this was the only option to stay out of foreclosure, which we did successfully and received a mortgage agreement for a rate of 5.25 %. The initial modification agreement showed it would be 4.25 %. We asked for a second review and were denied for an adjustment after the review.
We have no intentions to default on our loan, nor do we have any intention ceasing making payments. We have always worked hard to keep our credit in good standing.
XX/XX/XXXX is unwilling to correct our credit, or adjust the rate. There must be some sort of requirement that we were to be properly notified by Wells Fargo prior to cancelling auto pay or changing service providers.
I have attached the response to our review request which we don't feel is correct.
