Complaint: I asked for fee calculation so I can determine the accuracy - the fact that I signed a merchant services contract does not mean that I was not overcharged. Wells Fargo has been sued for taking advantage of small businesses with difficult to read wordy contracts. Credit card fees/charges - I have asked several times for proof that these charges were legitimate and no response. My research tells me that Wells Fargo is guilty of overcharging small businesses for credit card transactions by using a deceptive 63-page contract to confuse them. So I have no faith in Wells Fargo charging me correctly and we processed a lot charges for my business. When the scandal broke : XX/XX/XXXX What we know : A Wells Fargo joint venture has been accused of overcharging small businesses for processing their credit and debit card transactions. A class-action lawsuit claims that after signing three-year contracts with a {$500.00} early-termination penalty, merchants got sandbagged with fees that were not properly disclosed. Some of those fees, they say, were falsely labeled as interchange charges, making it sound as if they had been imposed by credit card companies when, in fact, a chunk of the money went to the Wells Fargo partnership. Hundreds of thousands of businesses across the country may have been affected, according to the lawsuit. The bank has denied these claims, asserting that its negotiated pricing terms are fair and were administered appropriately. But a former employee told XXXX that he and his sales team were directed to target the most unsophisticated and vulnerable retailers. They were told to go out and club the baby seals mom-pop-shops that had no legal support, as he put it. So this is why I do not trust Wells Fargo 's response in the XX/XX/XXXX Resolution Letter - I also remember asking several Wells Fargo employees about these XXXX fees and the answers were not clear. Complaint: I have another opportunity to provide working capital from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I sent these emails to Wells Fargo. I hope things change with Wells Fargo 's response time because so far the long-biased one-sided investigation benefits Wells Fargo. On XX/XX/19, I received an unsolicited email ( see attached ) from XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and she wanted to know how she could help so I gave her the details of my troubles with Wells Fargo. She replied back and her words in the email were " we will get you back in service ''. So she set me up with a meeting by a XXXX XXXX CSRA funding and unfortunately he was not able to help me because he said they would need the first position on collateral. SO this is another opportunity for Wells Fargo to step up and help me get the working capital I need and I would like an answer because this will be another complaint filed. As bankers, XXXX of the XXXX largest in the country, there is no doubt that Wells Fargo clearly realizes that I need working capital ( due to circumstances I had no control over ), so why were these resolutions/solutions to help me get working capital from lenders/investors not mentioned in the results of your investigation emailed to me on XX/XX/19 - Wells Fargo clearly knew about the offers lenders/investors because I emailed them to XXXX and other Wells Fargo employees multiple times and left her several voice messages but they were left out of her report. During the 8 + month-long investigation, this could have been fixed and we could have been back in business but for some reason, Wells Fargo is so protective of revenue-producing collateral ( building, equipment, and inventory ) just sitting there as a safety measure, knowing, as bankers, working capital is needed to unlock the sales value of revenue-producing assets. Wells Fargo 's conduct has been candid but shockingly unfair and appears to have violated its duties to act in good faith especially considering it is an SBA Preferred Lender. You can not conduct an investigation for 8 + months, shutting off my lifeline for oxygen and then know I need oxygen and don't even reply to any of my mission-critical business decisions to put my business back on track. I brought customers and solutions for working capital from lenders/investors and I was hung out to dry for at least 8 + months while a secret investigation was being conducted while I had facts that could have changed the outcome of the investigation. Your XX/XX/19 Resolution Letter makes it sound like I did something wrong and the account fraud ( being set up in the wrong account on purpose + unverified interchange fees ) + Collateral damage from these fees + Collateral damages from the 8 + month long-secret investigation has destroyed my business and ruined my life causing stress ruined the life of my employees. Next day, on XXXX XXXX, a hard inquiry showed up for XXXX XXXX Wells Fargo. I filed a complaint with CFPB and told they responded and argued and argued against me- I told Wells Fargo , there is no law that says you can lie to consumers. Consumer Fraud. I was sold on a XXXX XXXX card for a soft inquiry and got nailed for a hard inquiry that really hurts my credit. XXXX XXXX card is thru Wells Fargo. There is no law to support their claim.

Complaint: I opened a Cashwise Visa Signature card with Wells Fargo Bank in XXXX of XXXX. I was assigned a credit limit of {$7200.00}. I made one charge of {$610.00} in XXXX of XXXX and have been paying on time ever since. I just received a letter from Wells Fargo in the mail on XX/XX/XXXX and much to my surprise they lowered my credit line from {$7200.00} to {$700.00}. The letter indicated my credit line was lowered as I did not have a Wells Fargo Checking or Savings account or any other line of business that they offer. I called their customer service line and they apologized for what was happening but made no effort to save me as a customer. I have had Auto and Home loans since XXXX and a Platinum Visa since XXXX. If they are trying to rebrand their image they have failed.

Complaint: A {$1200.00} deposit was made into my checking account on XX/XX/2019. The same {$1200.00} deposit that has been made on the XXXX of the month every month for a year now. The day is was deposited, I saw {$400.00} was made available immediately. When I checked the account online the next day, however, the entire deposit was put on hold. The {$400.00} made available disappeared and no reason was given for the hold nor any time frame. This morning when I checked online, XX/XX/2019, XXXX days later now, an entry appeared that the hold was until XX/XX/2019. This entry was not there on the XXXX nor on the XXXX. We consumers are tired of Wells Fargo playing their games to the detriment of consumers. I've had this account and others at Wells Fargo since they bought XXXX and do not deserve to be treated with such disdain and disrespect and below the board behavior.
