Complaint: Ok let me try this one more time {$1200.00} is missing from my account I got a letter back from my first complaint which was not even correct anyways. Wells Fargo only read what they wanted to read. From XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX I deposited a lot of money cash except XXXX which was a check. I understand why the check for {$1500.00} dollars had a hold on it thats not my complaint. My complaint is when the hold was lifted on XX/XX/XXXX the remaining {$1200.00} was no longer there .i deposited plenty of cash in my account that month I also no I spent a lot of money and I also know what charges came along with it. I dont need the obvious pointed out to me what I need to find out is where did {$1200.00} dollars go between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and thats it thank you

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 at XXXX, the " Cease Order '' on my account was violated when a Wells Fargo representative phoned me at my home.
In addition, she was quite rude, disrespectful, condescending and dismissive when advising me of what documents are needed for a loan modification.
On Thursday, XX/XX/2019, I called Wells Fargo to request to start a loan modification. The first gentleman I spoke with became rude after asking me the reason for my " hardship ''. I explained it to him, including how Wells Fargo has increased my payment almost {$1000.00} in the last 10 years and how I hesitated until now, to seek help from them because I do not trust Wells Fargo and fear they are trying to take my home.
He became irate, stating " Wells Fargo doesn't want your house! We have investors who are interested in buying your property ... '' I then hung up the phone, I was very upset.
After calming down, later that same day, I called again and got a female representative and again, began trying to apply for the a loan modification.
She was a bit more professional, so I continued with the initial " welcome '' process. The call ended with my understanding that the application will be mailed, what documents I needed to submit with it and that due to the cease order on my account, SHE COULD NOT CALL ME, I WAS TO CALL HER WHEN I RECEIVED THE MAILING.
When I tried to remind her that we spoke on the XXXX, that I understand what was expected of me and that I did not receive anything yet, she started " talking down to me '', like I was a child or something. She then stated, " Look, I have over a hundred other clients to deal with, so ... '' At that time I interrupted her and stated that I would like to withdraw my application immediately and I hung up.
In closing, be advised that this is the 2nd attempt I have made to apply for a DESPERATELY NEEDED LOAN MODIFICATION. But, due to Wells Fargo 's unprofessional representatives, I really do not trust that my situation will be treated fair, accurate or even courteous.

Complaint: Alright this started at wells Fargo when I was gon na do work for a company and he paid me but then a week later he pulled the funds back and I had to pay back outta my XXXX check. Then my account was closed. Then I got a account at XXXX XXXX and this loan company put several checks that were bad and then chase closed my account when I still had charges on my account that weren't mine and was even waiting on some returned items to pay me back my money. Then I went to XXXX XXXX and the same loan place messed with my account so it got closed. I dont know how much money has been taken but it substantial. They need to like take this seriously cause it isn't right. They even forged a treasury check and forged my signature. They even put bad Mark 's on my credit score.

Complaint: Closed my account by paying it off in its entirety with Well Fargo on XX/XX/2019. Unknown to me they charged my account ONE days interest for XX/XX/XXXX and billed me after my account closed. I then received a collections letter for a late payment - that I never knew existed, and never received a standard bill for. I called Wells Fargo to dispute the retroactive billing, the lack of transparent charges, and there handling of it. They investigated my complaint and withdraw the {$13.00} charge for one day interest but still reported it as late to the credit bureau. I went to go refinance and low and behold my credit score has dropped because this interest that should not have been charged but if it was should have been billed properly and was being investigated and then retracted has now dropped my score 40 points and messed up my perfect credit. I contact XXXX and provided them the letter showing them the investigation, dispute with Wells Fargo, and the results of the retraction, yet XXXX will not remove it.
It has cost me financially with my credit score, made it impossible to refinance at a good rate, and my next step is to contact the AG of Mass if this cant be resolved, as well as the press. Wells Fargo is criminal enterprise and should not be reporting on anyone 's credit!

Complaint: I researched further on the Wells Fargo Auto that I still pay to on my truck. The credit report shows that Wells Fargo has a negative mark on mine so that was how I decided to research. I have learned that I still owe them {$4700.00}.
I decided to call XXXX XXXX XXXX who I first made payments to before it was transferred to Wells Fargo. The total of the truck worth was actual {$30.00}. However, I paid for over 5 years which is from XXXX, XXXX to XXXX, XXXX which brings to over {$31000.00} but I also recently paid from XXXX, XXXX to XXXX, XXXX so that is total of {$3100.00}. I already paid {$31000.00} AND total of {$3100.00}, so in together on two amounts, I paid over {$34000.00} AND XXXX XXXX XXXX did not report to you ... I paid to XXXX XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, which I believe is over {$7600.00} because with XXXX XXXX XXXX was first I paid to ... about {$540.00} per month. {$7600.00} was paid to XXXX XXXX XXXX. It is the total of {$42000.00}. So {$42000.00} was already paid!! And too much!!! My truck should be paid off a long time ago.
However, Wells Fargo Auto said I owe them more, that is the amount of {$4700.00}!! What?! If so, it would be {$47000.00} later on! The real price was {$30.00} when I first bought it! Wells Fargo has ripped me off big time. I did call XXXX XXXX XXXX to find out why they did not report to 3 credit bureaus since XXXX XXXX XXXX is missing on all. However, the problem falls on Wells Fargo because agreement was on 6 % or 8 %. It is still too high ... I would pay over {$17000.00} MORE! I ask you to investigate on Wells Fargo. They know I am deaf. I believe they took advantage thinking I would not investigate this further. Thanks to XXXX that shows Wells Fargo has a negative mark.
I complained to you about Wells Fargo yesterday for the wrong info on late payments in XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX and it was first. I sent them the letter of going to be late and promised them that I would pay FULL AMOUNT and I did. They did not put me in a good standing. So with that information, I dug further on Wells Fargo so that was when I realize I have paid too much on my truck already and it should be paid off. Please investigate on Wells Fargo and penalize them!

Card was charged for something you did not purchase with the card
Complaint: I have a credit card that was hacked. It had a balance of over {$5500.00} before the hack. Then it was hacked and they made charges to total the balance of over {$11000.00}. We tried resolving the issue with wells Fargo and they verbally communicated the transfers were made over in XXXX. We have never seen statements indicating this. They refuse to even send physical proof of their words. We have never left the country in the past 10 years. Wells Fargo refuses to credit the account back to original balance before the hack because they said the account was logged in and out from a credible account in XXXX. Wells Fargo froze the credit card and we are fine with that. We just want to go back to the original balance, pay that off and be done with wells Fargo.

Complaint: This morning ( XX/XX/2019 ) I went to my Bank here in XXXX XXXX XXXX, Az to deposit a cheque.
My wife and I are XXXX snowbirds and I am currently down at our home for about four weeks before returning home to XXXX.
Since purchasing our home here, we have done all our banking with Wells Fargo.
Before I left for the bank this morning, I typed into XXXX " What will {$1400.00} in XXXX dollars equate to in American dollars at Wells Fargo. I was then sent to a Wells Fargo website with a currency calculator. I entered the amount and it said I would get {$1100.00} in exchange.
I then drove to my bank and proceeded to make the deposit.
I asked the teller exactly what amount they were depositing in exchange for my {$1400.00}. XXXX.
I was told it would be {$1000.00}.
When I said that did not match the amount I had just been told less than half an hour earlier, the teller said she had no idea why the numbers were different and I would have to talk with one of their service agents.
I then went to the appropriate area and was soon speaking with a young lady who upon hearing my question, pulled up the same website and got the same figure I had been provided. After checking various screens she said she had no idea why there was a {$91.00} difference in what Wells Fargo gave me for my deposit. She then said she would have to speak with the Branch Manager to try and get an answer. When she returned a couple of minute later, she said the difference was because I had deposited a cheque rather than cash.
When I pointed out that was approximately a 8 % fee and that a {$91.00} dollar difference seemed to be unusually high, I was told she did not know the exact rates - just that her Manager had said the difference between what their website said and what they actually gave me was due solely because I deposited a cheque and not cash.
As it was clear nothing further was going to be forthcoming, I thanked for her help and left.
Could you please confirm for me if such a high fee for depositing a cheque written on one of my XXXX bank accounts is reasonable?
And if this is so, should their website not distinguish between cash and cheques when providing a rate on their Currency Calculator, so a user is not left with the shock of losing an additional {$91.00} ( due to some fee even the banks own staff are not aware of ).

Someone hacked into my account and made online cash advances were transferred from the credit card to the checking account and then purchases were made. Money was not to be found. Complaint: Dear Wells Fargo, in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, you were my mortgage loan servicer where you were both a mortgage lender and a mortgage servicer. The underlying mortgage loan that you serviced has Mers Min Id of XXXX, during XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. According to HUD settlement statement, XXXX refinanced the mortgage lien under Texas Section 50 ( a ) ( 4 ) guideline. This requires that XXXX will pay for your loan ( the one you issued as a lender and as a servicer ) to be released since paid off by them. Then they will establish their lien. While XXXX did their fraudulent staffs, your company fraudulently pursued a DIL ( Deed in Lien of Foreclosure ), without even informing me. It is obvious that my signature and the agreements needed have been forged. So here are some important question on that regard. Was it a XXXX loan that they quit claimed or was it not, in which case you quit claimed in guise of a special warranty deed? This is important because due to your DIL and quit claim, my chain of title has been messed up. I don't mind you guys transfer your loan for mortgage backed security or sale if to someone else, what I do mind is that you forge the signature and all the documents using my identity and then finally break the chain of title.
Hope you understand the pain. So please provide the state of this thing, so that I can take the right approach to fix this. Thanks.
