Complaint: We requested a Loan Modification from Wells Fargo back in XXXX. They granted what we asked for. However Wells Fargo went up XXXX dollars more on our mortgage payments. We're surveillanced by them 24/7. Their employees were daily at my Wife 's job and followed me around my entire ROUTE. I have proof that it's Wells Fargo. I went to jail for reckless driving on XX/XX/XXXX running from their investigators and hired organizers. They have put in place Community Policing to hide their evil tactics. We are surrounded and harassed daily. We decided to sale our home because of the HOSTILE HARASSMENT. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Texas XXXX. Now we're back here in XXXX Louisiana waiting for our home to be sold. The same group is here FOLLOWING us. We are surrounded by Electronic Harrassment. Now lets be clear, I don't have a mental instability. I don't know what lies they've told. I can say that we're being eavesdropped on. Whenever we're out we hear our conversations repeated in all public places. My car was wrecked twice and my SUV once. This is all done covertly. We have plenty of pictures and the police know and they are participating in this STALKING. If I'm being investigated arrest me. All of this surveillance is designed for me to get arrested or killed. We're tired being boxed on public highways. Wells Fargo bank and their Investigators recorded our conversations and put them in the streets. Complaint: Several mediation requests were mailed in to Wells Fargo, a total of four packets received, three filled out and sent in requesting a refund in the amount of {$610.00} in overdraft fees. The fees in question are a result of high pressure sales tactics by Wells Fargo reps to open accounts I did not need, with the presumption they were to be used for bill pay. A settlement amount was offered, agreed upon, no payment received. The amount, {$3700.00} was offered by an XXXX XXXX with Wells Fargo after speaking on the phone. Since no payment was received, additional CFPB complaints were filed requesting a refund of {$610.00}, this amount was shown on statements received showing a total of {$870.00} in overdraft fees ... Small refund amounts of {$85.00}, {$50.00}, {$120.00} were received prior and are reflected in my claim for {$610.00}. Most recently, a denial letter was received from mediation, citing a settlement check was cashed when it was not received by myself..When the settlement was accepted, I requested a hard copy of it from XXXX, she said she could do not do that.. I believe Wells Fargo is trying to hide their shady practices which respect to opening accounts to boost profits and charge fees to those accounts by offering a fake settlement as they would not put it in writing and have denied payment.. I am back to requesting a refund of overdraft fees which I total in the amount of {$610.00}, since no payment was received. This information will be sent along to attorneys investigating Wells Fargo as well as other financial institutions for their practice of charging overdraft fees. In closing, please advise Wells Fargo I will post my experience on several consumer rating sites to expose their shady tactics

Complaint: I received an email that appeared to be from my real estate agent stating that HUD does not accept cashier 's checks for closing costs and that I needed to wire my funds of {$9000.00}. When I replied with a not so nice email complaining about the changes in the process I was emailed the wiring instructions that now appeared to be from my mortgage agent. The information given to wire the funds is as follows : Bank : Wells Fargo Account name : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct no : XXXX Routing : XXXX Bank address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MO XXXX Remembering the details of my " Wire Fraud Warning Notice '' I received from my mortgage agent I immediately called her to confirm she NEVER sent any such instructions. If this person is caught I am afraid they now have my new home address.

Complaint: Wells Fargo submitted inaccurate information to the credit agencies. The supposed credit balance they submitted is {$1700.00} with {$1700.00} credit limit. They sent me documents to prove this what I would them. The documents Wells Fargo sent me are inconsistent with what's on the credit reporting bureaus. No signed credit card agreement. Wells Fargo is attempting to justify fake credit card account by showing me overdraft statements from the checking account I had with them. I do not know how that justifies a credit card agreement. The so-called credit card statements show a credit limit of {$700.00}. Nowhere does it show a credit increase.

Complaint: I have repeatedly emailed Wells Fargo Mortgage company. I have taken screenshots of any and all emails that I have sent via their online email service prior to sending any and all communication. I stated that I was in the process of selling the home. I also stated that they made an error by denying the now deceased homeowners modification and owed the estate {$12000.00} per lawsuit and settlement. Wells Fargo has repeatedly denied this and stated that the home is in foreclosure and that the estate owes Wells Fargo. I have repeatedly requested the calculation for the error responsible for the modification denial and illegal foreclosure that Wells Fargo is attempting at this time. Wells Fargo is refusing to provide me with this calculation stating it is " confidential, privileged and / or proprietary information ''. Based on the fact that Wells Fargo is attempting to illegally foreclose on homes, public policy takes precedent over any proprietary concerns of a simple mathematical calculation, especially when it has already been proven to have been in error. There is no novel concept that could possibly be used for the good of society in this manner and protected yet foreclose on homes illegally. That is protecting corruption. That is deceptive and unfair trade practices at its worst. After demanding the calculation and Wells Fargo refusing, they then stated that they " verified that she does not have permission to receive information ''. This was sent on XX/XX/2019 ( see attached ). A day after their attorneys IN FACT verified that I am the legal executrix on file in the county courts ( please see the attached ). Wells Fargo is attempting to illegally foreclose on property. I have stated that I am attempting to sell said property ( I have these screenshots of this email communication ). Wells Fargo has repeatedly lied and acted in bad faith, which I have on record, both recorded voice and documented thoroughly.

Complaint: I received a check in the mail for XXXX. It was suppose to be for car advertising. XXXX for first week pay and the rest for the techicion to put XXXX logos on my car. I deposited the check into my wells Fargo checking account on Saturday XXXX the the XXXX. The banker gave me XXXX at that time as a courtesy. The rest would have to be cleared before it became available. Which was Tuesday XXXX the XXXX. When the check was cleared on the XXXX. I was instructed to take the money out of the account for payment to the techicion. I sent it as XXXX gift card as instructed. The techicion was supposed to come out on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX. He never showed up. Then at XXXX my bank card was declined. So I called the bank and occurs my account was over drawn by the amount of the check. So it was a fraud. Now I believe that I should have to pay back the XXXX cash the banker gave me on the XXXX. As a courtesy. But the XXXX. Is there falt. They held the check until Tuesday XXXX to be shore that the check went through. Then they made it available to my account. Now they want me to pay the XXXX plus fees. And that isn't right. Again. I believe I should have to pay the XXXX cash given to me on the XXXX that they gave me out of courtesy. But the rest is on them. For if they would have been doing there jobs for those 3 days it was on hold to make shore the check was real and go through before they made it available like they were supposed to. For that is the whole reason of them holding it. I would only owe them XXXX. And the name of the company that wrote the check is sticker ride as team. And obviously there a fraud.

Complaint: To whom it may concern, I am writing this letter in regards with my complaints I lodged against WELLS FARGO BANK. Please bear with me as I write down the story behind my complaints. Last week of XXXX of the current year, XX/XX/2019, I received an e-mail from a certain XXXX XXXX, who was hiring an open position as a MYSTERY SHOPPER. Due to the enticing pay [ $ 200- {$300.00} ], I responded that I am interested of applying to that position. 3-4 days after, Mr. XXXX XXXX texted me saying that I have passed their background checking and I will be sent a survey packet. After few days, indeed I received a priority mail envelope which has the survey packet, includes the survey form [ instructions how to survey a local XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX]. With that was also the CASHIER 's CHECK amounting of {$1900.00}. The instructions were to deposit/encash that cashier 's check into my own bank account, go to a local XXXX XXXX XXXX, survey the store from outside to inside and most especially the cashier as according to the survey instructions, cashiers have trouble of ringing out the store gift cards. After the survey, on that form still, I was tasked to buy 4 XXXX XXXX gift cards with {$400.00} each [ 4x $ XXXX= {$1600.00} ] or {$420.00} each if survey is not completed within 2 working days. However I still bought the 4 cards with {$400.00} each. Moving on, I was asked to scratch the back to reveal the pin nos, take a photo of them as well as the receipt of purchase and email them to their website or email address ... XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I went to Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX [ XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NV XXXX ] to deposit/encash the CASHIER, s CHECK. I was so happy as the check was encashed in no time at all. The next day after my work I headed immediately to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, surveyed, purchased the 4 cards with {$400.00} each, took photos of them as well as the receipt and emailed them right away to the said email address. XX/XX/XXXX, I received a text congratulating me from a successful survey and told that on XXXX of XXXX I will receive a 2nd survey packet. I was happy again because I just earned {$300.00} from the last survey and here comes another one. XX/XX/XXXX I received the 2nd survey packet along with another check amounting to {$2200.00}. XX/XX/XXXX, in the morning before heading to work, I went to Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX [ XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NV XXXX ] to again deposit/encash the Cashier 's check. To my surprised, the bank teller told me that I can not deposit/encash the check just because the 1st CASHIER 's CHECK I deposited last XX/XX/XXXX bounced back to my account and charged me as it did not have fund. I hurriedly spoke to one of the bankers and inquired and told of the situation. So what he did, he called the issuing check company ... [ XXXX XXXX XXXX with address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MI XXXX ... tel no XXXX XXXX XXXX ] and found out that the check was not funded. So the banker concluded that I was scammed. Due to my devastation, I nearly had a car accident on my way back home and even did not report to work on that day. Days have passed still emotional stressed, I decided to visit my own Wells Fargo Branch [ XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ] where I first opened my bank account with them. Spoke to the Banker [ XXXX ] available that day and sadly told him about what have happened especially the 2 incidents of how I deposited and encashed the 2 different cashier 's check to 2 different Wells Fargo branches as I believed if there were only proper handling and checking of the 1st bank teller, I should have not been scammed. The banker reported all my stories and complaints and told me that the Resolution Team will handle my case As the complaint was ongoing, I happened to tell the story to my co-worker whom accidentally has a wife working in Wells Fargo and also has a friend who works as a Manager of Wells Fargo. My friend consulted them and and both of them said that I can still file a case against them and get my money back because the 1st bank teller did not follow the proper procedure or the standard operating procedure upon checking the said Cashier ' Check ... an SOP of how to check and verify if the check is funded or not. According to them that SOP is called OIB, wherein apart from checking physically of the said check, a teller or a consulted supervisor have to call the issuing company, bank or company to find out the legitimacy of that kind of check. So I came back to the same Wells Wells Fargo bank where I first lodged in my complaint. Apparently when I got there, I was told by the same banker [ XXXX ] that the resolution team who handled my case denied my complaint and could not give my money back for the reason that somehow I have the consent or I myself has withdrew the money. So I filed a 2nd complaint in relations to the facts I learned from my friend ' s manager friend and wife. On my 2nd complaint I stated that why the 1st bank teller did not do the proper and most important SOP to check the cashier 's check when I was encashing it? 2nd, why was that the 1st bank teller looked onto the fund of my savings and not the fund of that check? As I was told also by my friend 's friend that the main reason why I have successfully encashed that check is mainly because I have more than enough fund to cover the amount if that check is not funded and get bounced back to my account if ever. Isn't that it should be the other way around checking the legitimacy of that check instead of my own funds to protect my savings/money as I have chosen and trusted their bank? That their first priority is to protect the welfare of their account holders? With what that 1st bank teller did, I felt, learned and experienced that all my savings is not protected at all from any untoward encashment in the future if their employees are not doing the right way. 3rd, why did the 2nd bank was able to check, verify and even called the issuing company of that 2nd cashier 's check and the 1st bank teller did not where in fact the same policies and SOP apply on the same bank regardless of their different branches as far as my case is concerned? However, after weeks of waiting of the result, still they denied my complaint stating that on the day I 1st opened my account with them, one of the papers I signed was about the private banking consumer deposit disclosures. Whatever it is, MORALITY, POLICIES AND STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES should overcome in my case. If Wells Fargo will always protect the wrongdoings and malpractices of their employees, where is the REAL PROTECTION WELLS FARGO has promised to their account holders will go? My case maybe an isolated one ... or maybe not? But this incident should have been avoided if for sure some of their employees will really do their job properly and responsibly. I hope that lodging my complaints thru your institution, to the best of my knowledge and experience may help me find and get justice, return my money back to the extent of compensating me from the emotional stress, heartbreak, sleepless nights and financial difficulties Wells Fargo has brought me this TRAUMATIC NIGHTMARE in my life. Lastly, due to my financial incapabilities to hire a lawyer to fight my case against Wells Fargo, I ask you kindly and whole heatedly to help me with my case. An when i got released I went to wells fargo that ive banked with since i was like XXXX an they told me they have closed my account due to falliar to pay my credit card bill while i was in XXXX the amount owed was like XXXX so they took my XXXX deposite an sent the XXXX somthing to collections. An when i tried to pay it they told me i needed a visa debit card with my name on it an that has beenalmost impossible to get cause XXXX XXXX XXXX has me in XXXX XXXX for frauding them when Inwas XXXX an the bank i tried to get a saving account at said that it was wierd im in XXXX XXXX for frauding XXXX XXXX XXXX but it didnt say for how much so he said that was strange an i might want to get a hold of your company to help me with my issues that someone has obviously cause me while i was in XXXX I did have my wallet stolen out my car with my SSn an Id card in XXXX. So i dont know what to think or due an on top of it in XXXX I had an apartment that i moved out of an people broke into it an squated for 90 days mean while i was in a hotel an my complex manager saw me move out but still gave me a unpaid eviction even thow I was already out of the apartment that complex had more people squating inother. Apartments besides the one I was paying for on time every month ansome months id pay it like 3 weeks earlie never late does that sound like someone that would get a unpaid eviction on there credit report .So I need my XXXX XXXX XXXX fraud issue taken off XXXX XXXX an I need that wells Fargo account opened so that intrest rate on that XXXX I spent that they didnt eventell me about taken off my report.
