Complaint: My husband Took out a home equity loan without my permission using our joint property as collateral I never signed the documents for this loan and I did not even know it existed until he died in XX/XX/XXXX. I have contacted Wells Fargo numerous times and I had to go to the county and request various documents in order for them to send me a copy of the loan. I did not sign The fact that I did not sign is visible on the documents. This loan was taken out in XX/XX/XXXX without my permission without my acknowledgment as visible in the documentation I believe this was done under the unfair mortgage practices of the XX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXXmortgage debacle

Complaint: 1. XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with Wells Fargo mortgage rep, named XXXX, XXXX, ext, XXXX. She confirmed that my mortgage payment would remain the same, ( {$1200.00} ) from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. This was related to the escrow buy-down, I paid on XX/XX/XXXX, for {$410.00}. 2. XX/XX/XXXX, an escrow analysis was generated for a shortage due, {$300.00}, due before XX/XX/XXXX. I called WF & advised of the payment arrangement given on XX/XX/XXXX. Their response was the agent made a mistake in calculation & will not honor it. 3. If WF made the mistake, I should not be penalized. I am requesting that the mortgage payment stays at {$1200.00} till XX/XX/XXXX as arranged. 4. Another major issue is that WF discontinued the escrow " buy-down '' process. This had helped in the past to control the payment, but now is discontinued. 5. Wells Fargo is not customer friendly at all. I am just a number, & I have prefect credit with all my WF accounts. When a supervisor says they will return my call, they don't & never answer when calling their extension. WF is not interested in helping with my payment, which is very important to me.

Complaint: I was impacted by hurricane Irma and then Michael and Wells Fargo put me on a disaster forbearance to offer relief. I was promised a disaster loan modification when it was over but they did not do it and forced me to apply for a normal loan modification to save my home. I have income consisting of VA XXXX from military service and this income has always been used in the past for any review. Wells Fargo denied my loan modification because they would NOT recognize my income of VA XXXX. I feel this is a violation of the Fair Housing Act and is wrong. I escalated it at Wells fargo and they sent me to the customer care and recovery group ( office of the president ) which I have found NOT helpful to homeowners in the past as they just rubber stamp any decision without objectively trying to help the homeowner retain his home. I did not request their office but only a normal supervisor but again my request was denied and they sent me to this group which is like going to court in XXXX XXXX ( no fair hearing )

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a response e-mail to XXXX ( Teller ID XXXX ) from XXXX XXXX XXXX. ( see attached documents for the e-mail and the documents attached to the e-mail. ) In this e-mail I advised XXXX that I was in receipt of her letter dated XX/XX/XXXX regarding the available options to me for mortgage relief. I informed XXXX that I wanted XXXX XXXX XXXX to be aware that my mortgage which is under the trust XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) was part of a settlement agreement with the Department of Justice. With this said, said settlement agreement stated that XXXX XXXX XXXX must provide relief to consumers. Some of that relief would be in the form of principal reduction and loan modification that would result in numerous homeowners no longer being underwater on their mortgages and finally having substantial equity in their homes. While I was in negotiations with XXXX XXXX XXXX they only thing they offered me was to modify my loan with a lower interest rate and putting all past dues amount, fees, etc. and the principal amount to the end of the loan as a balloon payment. Also, the terms of my loan where not extended they remained with the same end date as the original loan. XXXX XXXX XXXX/Wells Fargo / XXXX XXXX XXXX have not complied with the Department of Justices Settlement Agreement of XX/XX/XXXX nor have they complied with responding to my first letter to them regarding the consumer relief that is owed to me under the said settlement agreement. They have violated their agreement with the Department of Justice and have failed to provide me with all the allowed relief for my mortgage loan. I request that they provide me with answers and with the consumer relief that is due to me under their agreement with the Department of Justice Settlement Agreement of XX/XX/XXXX. The relief is not only a lower interest rate, a loan modification but also principal reduction, forbearance or forgiveness of first lien. Please see in the attached document Page # 5 Consumer Relief for further information on the consumer relief that is to be provided to homeowners. Also be aware that XXXX XXXX XXXX as the Servicer has to this date never provided me an answer to my original letter to them regarding this issue.

Complaint: We ran up a large debt ( {$12000.00} ) on our Wells Fargo credit card. With an interest rate of 27.74 %, we are paying payments of {$500.00} with {$280.00} in interest alone. We called on XX/XX/2019, and talked to an employee and then supervisor in the department responsible for financial hardship. We are trying to reduce our interest payments on all credit card debts as we are expecting a second child in XXXX of this year, and need to plan for more expenses to raise a healthy child. All other credit card companies have granted meaningful financial hardship requests except Wells Fargo. They stated Wells Fargo does not offer APR reductions for financial hardship, at least not for us. They could not tell us why we didn't qualify for it, or if Wells Fargo even offers APR reductions. All they could offer was a 3 month reduction in minimum monthly payments. Any deficit below the minimum monthly would be added onto the next month 's payment. It would do nothing to address the interest that makes it so hard to pay back this credit card. The short period with no reduction of interest means we can not meaningfully pay back any amount that would reduce the lifetime payback amount on this card. We filed a complaint with Wells Fargo Executive Dept, complaint ID XXXX. They stated they would return our call and allow us to write a letter. They would not say where we could address a letter of complaint to. They indicated their policy would not change no matter what.

Complaint: I am XXXX years old, my hearing is challenged, I have filed complaints against Wells Fargo and I always ask for them to respond in writing. I do not like being on the phone and having to always ask for conversation to be repeated, it makes me feel troublesome and I am always having to apologize. Also, conversation can be misunderstood. Yet Wells Fargo continues attempt calling me. I want a accurate record of all correspondence, Therefore I am requesting a CEASE and DESIST of all phone conversations. Wells Fargo may reach me at my email address, by USPS or through there messaging platform. There is nothing in the contract they created and asked me to agree to that states certain correspondence can only be done over the phone. CEASE and DESIST all phone conversations particularly from their Executive Office, immediately, Stop harassing me!

Complaint: Requested a balance transfer from Wells Fargo, XXXX the bank is XXXX XXXX who says they have never received a transfer from Wells Fargo of any amount for this account. This started back in XX/XX/2019 continual communications with customer service by phone with always they were going to look in to it and get back with me but it never happened. Call to my house started with statements on how this was going to hurt my credit, it seemed like I was getting statements every 2 weeks showing the account was delinquent and the late charges kept building. I finally wrote them they responded to give them a couple of weeks and they would get back wit me, after 2 weeks they said they needed more time and after a while they came back with a number that was 15 letters long and said this was some sort of transfer number that proved it happened. I got with XXXX XXXX and they said the number meant nothing to them and only Wells Fargo new what it meant. Calls continued I wrote another letter got the same response and it is being reviewed. Mean well I got anther call I was passed to 4 people the last one was not available and was to get back with me but never did. They said that it was getting ready to be charged off and if I paid {$25.00} it would keep it active in this department told them paying anything would be admitting I was wrong. This was XX/XX/XXXX?

The car was ultimately repossessed due to the exboritant payments and fees

Complaint: Relevant dates : XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX Dispute Nature : Falsely reporting late/missed payments for my mortgage payments Offender : Wells Fargo Mortgage I am a US Veteran and took out a VA Mortgage through Wells Fargo back in XXXX and have always paid on time and in full without fail. ( in fact I overpay and pay early to lower my interest payments ). In XX/XX/XXXX I went abroad to XXXX to get my XXXX with my GI Bill and did not have access to my US address or US phone number. I notified all my banks ( including Wells Fargo ) and they assured me it wasn't a problem and that they could reach me via email. In XX/XX/XXXX Wells Fargo stopped crediting my account because of escrow readjustments even though they were accepting my payments. They never notified me ( via email, as promised ) and instead held the money in their accounts earning interest at my expense. On top of that, they had the audacity to charge me late payments of {$430.00} despite holding onto my payments and also falsely reported my payments as missed/late to credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, etc ) causing my credit score to plummet by over 400 points. It wasn't until XXXX of XXXX where they threatened to foreclose my house and seize it did they bother to contact me ( via email, as promised ). At that point I had to choice but to immediately pay the fines and bring my account back to good standing. After everything was settled, I called Wells Fargo and the credit reporting agencies to dispute my credit score and Wells Fargo refused to cooperate and my credit history lies in ruin and they also refuse to reimburse me for the fraudulently charged late fees. I am asking for your help in helping me fix this and restore my credit history back to its former good standing. Thank you. If need be, I have all my banks statements annotated and highlighted attesting to the validity of my claims, for your convenience.

Complaint: Wells Fargo policy to pre-date updates to mortgage process so they can list as borrow delinquent delay when posted. Wells Fargo policy to allow underwriters to issue updates to mortgage terms in the names of the originators without notifying the originators or the borrower. Wells Fargo policy to request new borrower information every few days to delay loan processing. Wells Fargo policy to use data provided with the original loan application to justify a " bait-and-switch '' loan on the day of closing. New loan terms doubled the down payment and increased the percentage over 2 % on the day of closing. XX/XX/2019 increased loan down payment by {$2200.00} because " loan to value '' changed. The only change was a concession from the seller of an additional {$2500.00} as a result of a home inspection. The reason was not conveyed to the borrower until XX/XX/XXXX, and then only because of numerous emails and calls from the borrower. XX/XX/2019 ( day of closing ) increased down payment by 100 % and added over 2 % to the interest rate. This information was only provided because of numerous telephone calls from the borrow requesting information on why Wells Fargo had NEVER contacted the closing agent. Wells Fargo policy to lie to borrower and to withhold communications. Wells Fargo policy to use internal investigations to establish new lies to try and justify previous lies and non-communication.

Complaint: In XXXX of 2019 I contacted Wells Fargo Dealer services to resolve a long outstanding debt. They informed me that the statue of limitations had expired and that they would be doing a write off / charge off of this debt. During XXXX of 2019 there were some changes reflected on my credit bureau reports but there remained some inaccuracies. I disputed those with the bureaus as they were showing incorrectly. On XX/XX/2019 I received alerts from all three bureau 's as to changes to my reports. Upon investigation now ALL THREE bureaus are reflecting incorrect information. I called Wells Fargo Dealer services today and they state that the accounts are closed and with zero balance. ALL THREE of my reports show one account as still open and both accounts with outstanding balances. I am currently under contract to build a home. If this inaccurate reporting is not corrected I will have to pay higher interest rates and suffer financial damages from this inaccurate reporting. I have filed multiple disputes with all three bureaus over the previous months and yet this incorrect information has not been corrected.
