Complaint: Dear CFPB : This complaint is in response to Wells Fargo reporting my account late to credit bureaus XXXX, XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/2019 related to a 30-day late payment. I tried settling this matter with Wells Fargo office of the president as soon as I found out about the situation and I was treated terrible and extremely disrespectful. Please be aware that this is not an acknowledgment or acceptance of a 30 Day late payment, as I have never been 30 days late on any payment now or ever in the history of my Wells Fargo account, or any other account in my life. When I received my bill in XXXX My accountant for accounting reasons recommended I start sending company checks to pay my auto loan. On XX/XX/2019 I sent my payment in a Wells Fargo envelope with Check # XXXX from my company XXXX XXXX XXXX to make my usual monthly payment not even close to a 30-Day delinquent. When Calling Wells Fargo on XX/XX/XXXX to find out the balance on my account the automated system informed me that my account was delinquent. I immediately went to a Wells Fargo Branch to find out what the situation was and I was informed that Wells Fargo had not received my payment and to check my bank account to make sure check was not cashed, when reviewing my account check was not cashed. I Immediately paid everything branch manager told me to pay and called on Monday XX/XX/XXXX to speak to a supervisor about this matter as I had not received the check back either and informing them not to damage my credit for something that is not delinquent. I non-stop called Wells Fargo trying to get to the bottom of this situation. On XX/XX/2019 I spoke to a rep that informed me Wells Fargo had received my check and that the late fee and adjustments would be made, not to worry about any negative impact on credit report, A few days later I was reported to credit bureaus, I immediately checked my bank account and check was not cashed calling Wells Fargo again, this time Rep informed me that they had made a mistake and that Wells Fargo had not received my check. To the day I have not received a returned mail from Wells Fargo and as of today have no idea what happened to my sent check. I Kindly asked Wells Fargo to remove this 30-Day late payment from my Credit Reports ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) immediately as this is damaging my credit history and my family as was in the, middle of purchasing a house I am not longer able to purchase and I depend on my credit and once again have not been 30 days late now or ever on paying my account. I am aware that Wells Fargo has the ability to report a debt when in fact there is a debt to report to the credit bureaus, as they deem necessary. Furthermore, they also have the ability to change the a incorrect report since they are the information furnisher and there has been a mistake on my account. Once again, I have not been close to being 30 days late on any of my payments, I have an impeccable record with Wells Fargo and are asking the CFPB again to help me with Wells Fargo on making these adjustments as soon as possible, these companies should not be able to get away with this, Wells Fargo should know they can destroy a family like ruining someones credit for absolutely no reason, once again they have notations as there calls are monitored where there rep tells me not to worry they received my check and not to worry about my credit and not only that removed the late payment they had charged and then all of sudden they apologize after damaging my credit saying rep made a mistake and was talking about another payment and to the day months later I still have not received my check back. XXXX XXXX has stated that XXXX XXXX is the owner of the mortgage and the note. XXXX XXXX, XXXX has filed misleading and falsified documents in the land records of XXXX County Florida. XXXX did not pay value for the mortgage or the note and is not the owner of the debt and did not have the authority to bring suit against us.Defendants challenge the assignments based on the following information : There is an assignment from party A ( XXXX XXXX ) to party B ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX ) and this assignment was recorded in the XXXX County land records XX/XX/XXXX. This would have established ownership was transferred from Party A, XXXX XXXX , XXXX to Party B, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX On the same day Party B ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX ) executed an assignment to Party C ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), which was not recorded but was executed and contains the Corporate seal, two witness signatures and a notary stamp. This would establish ownership transfer from party B, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, an assignment of mortgage was recorded in the XXXX County land records by Party F, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( who had no legal ownership or right to record the assignment, as Party F was not the owner of the mortgage ) showing an assignment of mortgage from Party D, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX f/k/a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to Party E, which was allegedly executed XX/XX/XXXX. Party B, also known as party D gave up the legal ownership of the mortgage when party B executed an assignment of mortgage to Party C in XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, when XXXX XXXX, XXXX brought claim against the defendants, Party E a/k/a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX allegedly recorded an assignment from Party E, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX to Party H, XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Party E, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX can not legally record an assignment of mortgage, as neither party E or B or C owned the mortgage at the time of execution and recordation of ANY assignment. XXXX XXXX is party G, who XXXX XXXX, XXXX claims is the owner of the loan. XXXX XXXX, party G, is not on any assignment or recorded document. The original mortgage is from XX/XX/XXXX. The original mortgage amount was for {$40000.00}. XXXX XXXX, XXXX has kept me in court for 3 years and ran up {$30000.00} in attorney fees for a {$19000.00} principal balance. XXXX XXXX forced the sale of my home and won with a " credit bid ''. This is fraud and theft and unjust enrichment. XXXX XXXX, XXXX holds no equity in the XX/XX/XXXX mortgage or note. If XXXX XXXX owns the mortgage and the note, why was the certificate of sale issued in XXXX XXXX, XXXX name? XXXX XXXX, XXXX d/b/a XXXX XXXX is a thief and a fraudster.

XXXX I received the statement of my account ending XXXX and I notice {$700.00} draft on my account on XX/XX/XXXX with the following detail " withdrawal in branch store. then I went to the bank and explain the manager that I did not draft this money. The bank manager told me he will open an investigation for the case and he also told me that I was the person who draft the money I asked him to show me the receipt which should contain my signature he said the bank has the receipt but they do not show me the document. Then I went to other teller and she show me a {$700.00}. receipt with not signature. I want to anticipate that my information including my driver license is on file at Wells Fargo bank since XXXX and when the teller open my account they have my information this pattern of withdrawal has been used by this bank to deplete my account on priors dates. If the bank said they have the receipt on its own I have right to read the document and agree or disagree.

I was credited about {$40.00} from when these transactions from when the incident started on XX/XX/XXXX Now Im being told that my dispute XXXX & XXXX is the only time it can be disputed out of a total amount they were able to find for {$3100.00}. I feel this is unacceptable especially if it was never a time where my card was used online before. I always use the physical card.

Complaint: Wells Fargo sent me a loan cost approximation document and told me over the phone they offer certain rates. I then proceeded with the loan estimate and they ran my credit ( which is over 800 ) and they gave me an estimate nowhere near what they told me or near where another lender was after they told me they would at least match it. The representative also didnt disclose that there were buy down points involved and he deliberately omitted the line item which is supposed to show what youre paying for the rate reduction. He just put the rate with the closing costs so you have no idea what youre paying for exactly. Its confusing to say the least and Im a XXXX graduate.

Complaint: I had a second chance opportunity checking account at Well 's Fargo. The account was closed and sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX with a negative balance of {$110.00}. There are many error 's on my account statement 's including a deposite with no record of it. The deposite was not done by me, and I was never able to get an explanation for it. Also, my last ATM receipt show 's a positive balance. I'm unable to get another bank account and need my account out of XXXX XXXX XXXX The second opportunity checking account also put 's there customer 's at risk of fraud by having them enter their pin to their debit card through the automated. The account is a low risk checking account that is suppose to help the consumer with their spending, not overdraft their account 's and then refuse to let them make a fraud claim. Please contact me about the many error 's on my statment 's. I'm including statement 's that show a raise in my available balance with no record and letter 's about a dispute I started by mistake but was able to close it myself within the next 2 min. Well 's Fargo also claimed they looked into the problem for me but obviously did not. Also ATM receipt 's that when matched to my statement 's are different or missing and my last ATM receipt that show 's my last transacation and ending balance still with a positive balance.
