Complaint: I filed a claim with my bank Wells Fargo for a transaction I paid for using my debit card with XXXX logo. I had been informed my purchases were protected. Wells Fargo closed my claim inquiry. I asked them why it was closed and they told me I would need to contact the merchant directly as I used a 3rd party app to pay for the service I did not receive. I know countless people who have used 3rd party apps and the validity of their claim was not based on who processed the payment.I paid a merchant for a service I did not receive and I have text communication from that merchant that proves I did not receive the service. I need to have the claim reopened so that I may provide the documentation that supports my claim. Wells Fargo did not even request supporting documentation. XXXX or Wells Fargo should refund my money.

Complaint: I spoke with Wells Fargo 's representative on Thursday XX/XX/XXXX and I was addressing to her my concerns that I have had for Wells Fargo for all the hardship that Wells Fargo have caused in our life from their knowing negligence.
Unbeknownst to us, we were charged for insurance that we did not need nor request. As a result, we have received late payments marks on our credit report as well as even had our vehicle repossessed. Because of your negligence in overcharging us for a service we did not need nor request, we have experience numerous hardships.
On XX/XX/XXXX my husband sent an email and letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding our account. At that time, Mr. XXXX was informed that we were trying to purchase a home and asked for help in debt forgiveness for late payments on the account. Mr.XXXX was also informed him that we were leasing to own because of the credit history with Wells Fargo. We were not late due to the charge of the insurance we did not need because we had our own insurance. Our vehicle was even repossessed due to the CPI that was caused by Wells Fargo overcharging and as a result we had to pay so many fees to obtain our vehicle. My husband also informed Mr. XXXX that I have a chronic illness that has impaired my ability to work and we were on one income and have been for the past few years.
Mr. XXXX disregarded our email and the letters that were sent to him. So once again because of your negligence we ended up being XXXX.

Complaint: About a refinance application to my existing mortgage with interest rate of 7.5 % I tried several times in the last two years to get a refinance lowering the rates to at least 3.8 % but were not successful due to false credit reporting by the present lien holder XXXX XXXX XXXX. They reported that I was 30 days late in payments each month, from XX/XX/2019 to the present according to the credit reporting agencies. Before this loan was sold by Wellsfargo to this company I never had a derogatory credit report and my FICO scores run from 600 to 750. I never missed a payment maybe 10 days late but not consecutive 30 days late each month. As I spoke to another mortgage originator today. I was told about this problem. I have statement records of payment from where my account is which is wellsfargo bank that will show I never missed payments to this mortgage.
I really wanted just to refinance and lower the interest on the loan which is extremely high and I could not get it due to this company 's false reporting to the three credit bureau.

Complaint: I am attempting to close on the sale of my house in DC. In 2003, before I bought the property Wells Fargo Bank placed a lien on the property. The lien was placed in error and should have been on another property owned by the person who sold me my house. It existed when I bought the house but was indemnified and told to purchase title insurance, which I did. At the time, I assumed the error would be corrected by the title company I was using ( XXXX XXXX ). It was not corrected, and is now holding up the closing as I am attempting to sell my property. Wells Fargo has admitted its error, but as not corrected it yet. The processing error of the refinance is causing me material damage. I have to pay the interest extension until the property is cleared. It is also holding up the closing of another property in Maine that I have purchased, not to mention increasing my storage costs for my personal property since I have moved out of my house anticipating the closing. I am in limbo staying with family until the matter is resolved.

Complaint: Loan was paid off on XX/XX/XXXX. Wells Fargo advised that escrow balance plus refund from overpayment of mortgage balance would be received by XX/XX/XXXX. So far nothing has been received from the company.
Online account says that a check has been issued for {$3800.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX but that amount only includes funds from the escrow account. It does not include the amount overpaid in principle in interested ( estimated around {$1500.00} ). I was told that I would receive one check with both amounts.
Additionally Wells Fargo continues to pay PMI on this loan after a payoff was received so my escrow balance has been reduced since loan closing.

Wells Fargo Bank N.A involved executives and/or decision makers closed my credit card account ending in XXXX in retaliation for my reporting of this companys violations and retaliation to CFPB, OCC and FDIC and FED.my account ending in XXXX always was paid on time with exceptional standing and it is paid off but no longer open against my will. Wells Fargo Bank spied on my Privacy and find out illegally about my XXXX normal transactions for advertising and making my legal case heard ..then closed my credit card ending in XXXX and as soon as I complained to a judge, to CFPB and others this bank opened fraudulently a new account ending in XXXX against my will, without my consent or request and there is no signed application for it neither a verbal consent of mine to open it. Wells Fargo alleged falsely that it was a replacement account to the account ending in XXXX that this bank closed in retaliation against my person. The fact is this bank is persistent in its unlawful efforts to cover up the huge and dangerous violations it committed against me including but not limited to opening an account under my private personal information again will without any consent from my person.
Later on, This bank closed account XXXX strangely and opened it More strangely but for sure it was fraud and a criminal acts or adverse actions against my person.
Attached as described little bit above is a lengthy file that represents Wells Fargo Bank N.A only and I rejected it and disputed it and complained about it with the explained narrative above. That file will be used against this company in a court of law. Sooner or later a huge legal price will be forced by law to reprimand this bank with its involved executives in the continuous retaliation against my person for my protected activities within CFPB, OCC and others.
This Bank is still engaged in using enormous resources unlawfully in blacklisting, Blackmailing, retaliating and discriminating against me.
They took from me everything material, financial and other valuable things. They caused me severe emotional distress, loss reputation, other illnesses and many other priceless damages and losses.
They cant take away my dignity and I will fight them legally alone until I win. I will defeat them by a miracle, because it is obvious their violations and legal system prevails or by any other that is also legal and transparent unlike what they are baking* against me.
I am open to negotiate a settlement. Recently I accepted their late sign up for a legal mediation within the government. When I met them in person they were just as I expected them : people without ethics, morale or values at all. They were wasting time to exhaust me more. But worse they used that to cause my case go in an inadvertent or unfair trajectory. They are afraid from normal proceedings because they have nothing to make but to trick the legal system in dirty* unethical manners used against a single person. Im just a simple citizen deprived from almost everything now and they are not serious to settle and they spent tens of thousands of dollars on greedy lawyers ( kick backs ... ) wasting my company funds and causing the company troubles.
Those involved must await severe legal consequences and big surprises following role of law as always.
