Complaint: Wells Fargo ( WF ) continues to show a pattern of intentionally mishandling my accounts in order to garner as many overdrafts and fees as possible. They are predatory in their business practices and clearly do not intend to stop, rather continue to find new ways to continue illegal practices. I recently filed a similar complaint about a different transaction and now they have repeated the same practice. I have tried to resolve this with them but they are now sitting on this issue and not moving forward to resolve, simply telling me that no one has been assigned to it yet. The issue at hand is WF does not show checks in pending status at all, instead on XX/XX/XXXX, I watched my account several times throughout the day including through the late evening/night until I went to sleep. There were no transactions that needed my attention. I woke up around XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, looked at my account sometime shortly after that and sure enough, 2 checks totaling {$240.00} had cleared overnight causing an overdraft and pulling funds from my credit card. This got my attention for several reasons, one because there had been no pending transactions the previous day or night, and two, because on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX-ish Id asked a telephone banker to take off any source of overdraft protection after they had done the exact same thing with 2 checks totaling {$130.00} written to 2 different individuals. Their answer on the XX/XX/XXXX is those checks must have been given to the bank at night ... ..hmm thats interesting 2 separate individuals who have nothing to do with each other chose to go to the bank at night when it was closed and cash the checks? ... .. Then magically this time in XX/XX/XXXX a 3rd person chose to go at night when the bank was closed and deposit the check just so WF could not know and pull the money out very quickly overnight without indicating the transaction as a pending item so I could do with my account what I see fit to ensure there were enough funds to cover it. WF is a predatory lender and should lose its FDIC. I do not know why the Federal Reserve still continues to allow them to bank let alone have FDIC to continue to XXXX members throughout the nation. I am convinced that WF has an algorithm that manipulates how and when transactions flow in order to charge the most fees. They continuously pull charges and withdrawals 1st then delay any deposits for after all withdrawals no matter if those came first in order to beat situate for fees. I am disgusted with them, have tried to close my account and they wont, citing that I have to wait 10 days in case some transaction comes through. Ive not used my savings in a long whole so nothing is coming through. Ive not used my checking except for now when this check came in. I paid the credit card to {$0.00} and now they have illegally used it as overdraft which I after XX/XX/XXXX I never gave them permission to use. They are fraudulent and I want all those transactions related to the overdraft reversed.

Complaint: To start with, in 2012, I opened a checking account with Wells Fargo and when my debit card came in the mail a credit card came as well. However, I do not recall authorizing Wells Fargo to issue me a credit card nor do I recall signing for one. Thus, although I admit to using the card, because I did not sign for the card, then I should not be legally held to the contract. Not to mention, a class action lawsuit was filed against Wells Fargo for opening unauthorized accounts. Lastly, the credit limit for the credit card was {$600.00}. Yet, Wells Fargo has charged the card off for {$990.00}. Given these points, I am asking for Wells Fargo to provide me with ( 1 ) proof of contract bearing my signature and ( 2 ) full accounting for the amount claimed to be owed using generally accepted accounting principals.

Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me, or the payment was not applied as fast as expected. I check my bank account and noticed that you deducted the money out of my checking account that on the month that you marked me late on my credit report.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, I was out at dinner with my wife at XXXX XXXX and attempted to use my card to pay for the dinner. The card was declined although I had sufficient funds to cover the transaction. On XX/XX/2019, again I was out with my wife at XXXX restaurant and when I attempted to use the card to pay for the dinner the card was declined although I had sufficient funds in the account to cover the transaction. I was mortified and totally embarrassed as the waiter comes back to inform me that my card is not working. On each occasion I contacted Wells Fargo customer to explain that I am ok with account being under review for suspicious activity, however you did not give me the opportunity to resolve immediately. I informed their customer service on both occasions Wells Fargo failed to notify me via text alert, email or phone call that they have detected suspicious activity so that I could promptly respond and informed them the transaction is valid and to allow it to process. When I contacted them on XX/XX/2019, I informed them of the most recent embarrassment with my card being declined. I even informed them that their fraud detection worked perfectly earlier that morning when I returned back from a trip and had to pay {$36.00} for airport parking. Their system had detected assuming purchases were made while on my trip to XXXX the day before and wanted to ensure it was me. The cashier informed me my card was declined and I immediately received a fraud alert via text, which asked me to respond whether the transaction was valid and I responded yes immediately. I asked the cashier to run the card through again and it worked fine. However, I was not given this opportunity on neither occasion when I had take my wife out to dinner. You begin to think is the company being discriminatory. Who knows at this point because I have not received a valid explanation as to why my I was never contacted about the suspicious activity by their fraud detection unit via text, email or phone when my card was declined at the restaurants.

There has been a business senior Vice President named XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX who has invaded my personal information to collaborate with other businesses and other business people in the community to make money and ruin my reputation. They would use every little purchase to combine forces to help themselves and hurt my reputation. All of my purchases and dates. I work with Wellsfargo and they admit they are wrong and remove late payment right away.
