Complaint: I opened an account online and then I received a letter stating my account was being closed because of the closure of a previous Wells Fargo Account.The account they are referencing was fraudulently opened by Wells Fargo and they acknowledged this by removing the account from my credit report.
Wells Fargo assisted in Fraudulently opening account ( s ) in my name. They were aware this was wrong and they allowed it to happen anyway. Once I learned about it, I jumped through the hoops placed in front of me by Wells Fargo. Did what was expected of me to resolve the issue that Wells Fargo created. Now I am being punished by not being allowed to have an account simply because I notified regulators and this bank is using retaliatory measures against me.

Complaint: After my father 's death, I tried to sell his house but only to find out there is a lien ( {$79000.00} ) from XX/XX/XXXX. The loan was refinanced through Wells Fargo in XX/XX/XXXX but they never sent the appropriate records to the XXXX County Courthouse. Now, the mortgage is with XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and they started the foreclosure procedures. Ive contacted them for direction on to get a letter of satisfaction from Wells Fargo. They recommended I hire a realtor. That makes no sense. HELP!

Complaint: I signed up for the {$400.00} Wells Fargo Everyday Checking offer on XX/XX/2019. I've received an email indicating I was eligible for the bonus offer and that within 45 days of meeting requirements I would receive the bonus. I met the bonus requirements of three months of consecutive deposits at the end of XX/XX/2019. Wells Fargo not only did not deposit the bonus within the 45 days, they are now trying to deny me the bonus. I've now spent half an hour of my time talking to them over the phone with no resolution. Not only were my recorded calls unhelpful, I was bounced around to different departments with no end in sight. It seems like Wells Fargo will do anything to get you to open an account, but never follow through with their bonus offers. Last agent indicated I opened an account, but the bonus tag was never applied. That is absolutely fraudulent of Wells Fargo and I can provide the recorded call stating such.

Complaint: I initially applied for two mortgage loans in the beginning of XX/XX/2019, there were some follow up questions and I provided all the required information almost instantly. I was refinancing my primary residence and investment property in Hawaii. The file was not fully underwritten in over 60 days. At the end of XX/XX/XXXX I decided to cancel the loan since I did not see any progress. I was referred to a different captive agent in Wells Fargo ( Sales Manager ) who was supposed to push things through faster. I initially re-applied around XX/XX/XXXX. After again a few back and forth follow-ups the loan was finally submitted on XX/XX/XXXX. Underwriter did not even look at the loan until XX/XX/XXXX and then the basic questions started to roll in about my ratios which were not even calculated correctly. Regardless, this was a clear Regulation B violation where I did not get a reply within 30 days from my loan submission. And this regulation has been violated twice! The bank 's excuse was that they are really backed up and don't have enough underwriters on staff. I have the proof in the text and emails.

Complaint: This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that WELLS FARGO DLR SVC has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to mis-report. More confirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request must over, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct.
