My credit has been missing this good paid in full account for 5 years!!! Violations of FCRA for 5 years. The complaint is against Wells Fargo. When a company aquuires another company, all account records transfer to the new owner.

Complaint: I believe I opened a secure credit card on XXXX or XXXX of 2014. When I was misled and pushed by the bank officer, after assuring and promising that I will have absolutely right to get unsecured credit card within 6 months time under Wells Fargo business policy. However, I have learned in a hard way that it was not true. Even though, I have never late or miss my payment for a single day since the opening of this account, and also the APR is close to 25 %, I have not gotten yet to this day what I was promising more than 6 years ago. This simply makes me mad as XXXX, because what the bank promising was simply untrue, even I have a credit score between very good and excellent. This is very depressing, because they don't really care, for something that I can not explain and understand. This is unacceptable, unfair and unethical. The opportunity cost of 6 years is beyond incalculable financially and emotionally. Of course, I got a negative yield by any measure. Today, this is particularly true for me, after wating for 6 years. Over the entire 6 years period, I spoke with different customer services regarding this issue more than 40 to 50 times, but I have only gotten a lip service saying " you are not graduating yet, wait a little bit, we will let you know when the time is right ''. I was constantly pleading with them to stop this trend of misleading not to continue forever, but anyone they are doing it. Not only this but also they opened awhile ago a new account without my consent, when I found out, they apologize over the phone, and I moved on. Despite of all the bad things, I have continued my business. Now, almost my faith is collapsed. Now, I realized that Wells Fargo system becomes a grave concern to me. Complaint: This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that Credit Union has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to mis-report. Moreconfirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request mustover, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Thanks!

Complaint: This is a general issue with all financial institutions and just not limited to Wells Fargo Bank I am making a complaint below. I had the same issue with XXXX XXXX just less than 6 months ago. History : I have a Way2Save Savings account with Wells Fargo. To keep my life simple and structured, I plan a year ahead of time and set up Automatic Bank Transfers to increase my balance in the Savings A/c. I have set up Recurring Deposit {$100.00} ( once every 2 weeks ) from another financial institution into the Way2Save Savings account. Issue : On XX/XX/2019, I got an email that the scheduled transfer ( of deposit to Way2Save ) was unsuccessful. I find out the reason that the Way2Save account has been disabled for the due to NO deposit or withdrawal from the account by visiting a bank ( physical brick and mortar ) in the last 24 months. The message that accompanied the warning was the one that was far intimidating It read that if the account had been inactive for long period of such inactivity, then the state ( govt. ) can claim the balance in my account under the term of escheat. This is really atrocious. In my mind, State Govt. or any Govt. authority can not come in between a private individual and a financial institution to claim any money, even if it stays inactive. It is not a lottery money that the State can claim. It is hard earned money of an individual ( and possibly to the individuals immediate family needs, if the account holder is deceased ). I find that this kind of term applies to an individual checking/savings account with a balance on the account with period of inactivity.. but when it comes to an account such as mortgage account with the same bank, I am sure there will be no such disabling done for not making a mortgage payment for a period of time. ( Of course, the home with the outstanding balance will be taken over by the bank ). I opened a case with Wells Fargo bank to register my complaint, but as per the existing rules, I am sure they have nothing much to do. But this law is something that is not sitting well in my mind. How can a regular / periodic deposit of {$100.00} once every 2 week, not be considered as a transaction? Why would I have to walk into a physical bank to make a dummy deposit or withdrawal to keep my account active? Even if the crazy rule/law needs me to keep my checking/savings account active, I have never gone into a bank ever to make my mortgage payment Why dont they have law to make the mortgage account inactive? I am will happy to not pay money back into my mortgage.

Complaint: My wife and I started to apply for a mortgage with our WELLS FARGO loan officer on XX/XX/2019 to buy a house. Its been more than 45 days that we started the loan process with my wife and I with Wells Fargo. We received a commitment letters on XX/XX/2019 We requested an appointment with our loan officer on XX/XX/XXXX to be sure to provide every single document requested by Wells Fargo. We have submitted our last document on XX/XX/XXXX in the morning, which was a letter from our CPA, providing all the answers. The same day, around XXXX XXXX, the Wells Fargo Loan Processor give us a call and let us a message on my voice mail saying that our loan has been approved. Since XX/XX/XXXX, we requested several times through our loan officer some update with some promises, that the answer is going to arrive. And still nothing. So today, I am tired and angry by seeing nothing happening and I am stressed not being able to close after already postponing many times with the sellers. We just want an answer from Wells Fargo after submitting a full and completed application on XX/XX/XXXX, we still haven't heard from Wells Fargo! No letter, no email, nothing new from their app " loan tracker '' It's already been 2 weeks today! I'm pretty sure, that if missed a payment from my mortgage, Wells Fargo wouldn't wait for 2 weeks before requesting the payment!

I did not conduct this transaction. I have been in dispute with WF since this time through written request. WF argument is that because the card was in my possession and contains a chip, I conducted the transaction. I have asked WF for additional proof, i.e., video, documentation, and any other proof available which has been denied. Complaint: Wells Fargo did not report any of the payments after XX/XX/XXXX. All payments were made on time until the account was paid off by XXXX XXXX in XXXX. This gives the impression that the account was LATE or " Potentially Negative '' from XXXX XXXX. This is in direct violation of the FCRA. The account was re-affirmed in XXXX and paid in full. Wells Fargo sent me a letter that reporting is correct when it still is not. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX all three have failed to dispute correctly and are in direct violation of the FCRA.
