I highly recommend you generate verification that WELLS FARGO has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to mis-report. Moreconfirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request mustover, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Complaint: Open a online checking account with Wells Fargo after seeing advertisement for a {$400.00} rebate on XX/XX/2019. Called customer service on around XX/XX/19 to validate the claims made by online advertisement and was instructed that as long as the requirements of making {$3000.00} in direct deposits over the next 120 days as well as well as maintaining an available balance over the time frame the promotion will be awarded the promotion. Contacted customer service again XX/XX/2019 and was told that I met all the requirements of the promotions and should be automatically deposited in my account at the end of the month. Called customer service again on XX/XX/2019 to check the status and was told I that the promotion could not be awarded because the social security for the account was never validated. So after 7 months and me constantly keeping in contact and having multiple transactions on my checking account Im told promotion cant be awarded. It seems as outright deceptive practices because they have no intention on standing by their advertisement.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received a wire transfer from my job of {$6100.00} and {$400.00} was my commission and on XX/XX/XXXX i received another wire of {$5200.00} and {$300.00} was my commission. The same day i deposited the money to my company i get a call from my bank saying they are closing my account because the bank was recalling the money wired to my account. I tried to get a confirmation for the bank but no luck. I filed a police report to see if that would help but still no luck.

Complaint: I received a phone call from a Courier service/processor who said they were trying to deliver legal documents to me but were unable to get with me. They gave me a phone number to call to reschedule the delivery and receive more information regarding the situation. I called the phone number, ( XXXX ) XXXX, and reached a man named XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX. He informed me that this was regarding a checking account that I had with Wells Fargo bank from XXXX to XXXX which was over drafted by {$460.00}. He said that the account was marked as unresponsive because they were never able to get in touch with me and that Wells Fargo had handed the account over to their collections and legal department who were pursuing legal action against me to collect the debt as well as for Theft of Services and a possible legal retainer fee which could all amount to up to 3x the original debt plus a {$1000.00} legal retainer amount. He said that I could settle the issue outside of court which would help me avoid a judgement being placed on my Credit Report by paying the full original debt amount through their credit processor before any papers had been served to me. I asked if I could contact him later and he provided me with a phone number, ( XXXX ) XXXX, and told me that he would be in the office until XXXX XXXX but then changed it and said XXXX " our time '' but he's usually dealing with the east coast so he mixed up the times.

Complaint: Dear Ma'am/Sir I had applied for a home mortgage with wells fargo bank From Day 1 I had informed their representative that I don't have a 2 year employment history yet but he still sent me a pre approval letter and said loan could be processed Based on their OK, I went ahead to submit an offer to the realtor for closing on the property and paid wells fargo to process the loan Wells fargo got the house appraised and appraisal was more than sufficient to process my loan. Their representative told me to extend the duration of the contract so that bank can complete its formalities and release loan so l got the date extended Their credit dept kept asking me for 2 year employment history till the last day inspite of telling me them that I don't have one from 1st day of contact with them. The contract expired but they did not release the money to buyer I lost the chance to get the house due to delay and negligence on well fargo 's part. I had to arrange cash at a very high cost at the last minute so that I could buy the house. When I asked wells fargo rep why was I charged this amount when my loan could not be processed, he didn't have an answer.He directed me to call his senior and speak to her I kept calling her but she would not pick.It would go to her voicemail but she would not call back. I realized that wells fargo had cheated me by charging me and getting appraisal done for the house even though they knew this loan could not be processed.
