Wells Fargo but me in the forbearance plan and when I found a new job in XX/XX/XXXX, Wells Fargo asked me to repay the entire late total in full. I requested a loan modification several times and Wells Fargo denied me. Wells Fargo is requesting I pay XXXX dollars are my home will be foreclosed on.

Complaint: I have a personal checking and savings account with Wells Fargo I also have a business LLC account with Wells Fargo checking and savings and had a business LLC credit card the credit card I believe I had for 2 years or more never missed payments have been late about six months ago I can only make the half of the minimum monthly payment and they closed my account for that 2 months later somebody called me from Wells Fargo wanting full payment on this business credit card and I told him you guys close the account I signed up to make payments not to make a full payment that I can't afford in one shot so here we are phone call disconnected cuz we didn't reach a mutual agreement XXXX speaking on this day XX/XX/2019 I had roughly close to {$5000.00} in my business checking account Wells Fargo credit services I guess went into my personal savings and withdrew {$5400.00} to pay off a credit card that was a business LLC the user agreement says they're governed by South Dakota laws I live in South Carolina the user agreement speaks on offsets and it was on the back of the business card agreement so naturally you think that it's speaking on behalf of businesses when it's referencing but it doesn't mention anything about llc 's and corporations company Etc business assets differentiate between personal assets I'm no attorney but I think they broke the law by crossing over accounts on top of that there was money in the business account in that account that they were true the money from also has my kids social security death benefits that is in there also that are minors XXXX old enough to have their own bank account

Complaint: i went into wells fargo to open a savings account we sat down with the manager he was asking my husband and myself have we ever opened an account with wells fargos my husband had open an account a few years back and it will be my first time so the guy was asking me if i ever lived at this place i said no then he ask me if this email was mine i said no then he asked me are you sure you never opened an account with us before i told him no. i told him it doesnt make sense why would i come in here today to open one. he was on the phone talking to wells fargo fraud divison now he was starting to make me feel uncomfortable like i did something wrong so this lady walks over and ask whats going on i was trying to ask him the same thing so i was getting irritated because he wasnt telling me anything all he said at this time we are unable to open an account for you i asked him why not he told me i cant give you that information my husband ask if we can get a copy of why they are denying me he gave me a number to call so i called the number left like three messages so she finally called i gave her my first and last name i told her i try to open an account and i wasnt able to and was told to call this number so now im calling she asked what its aboutt im trying to find out myself she said she will call me back when she finds out whats going on still waiting can you please help me out im really trying to build my credit not destroy my credit need help thank you

Complaint: I bank with Wells Fargo. They have been negligent in a false claim of fraud involving a gentleman who paid me {$1500.00} using XXXX over 6-7 transactions. Two months later he filed a claim saying it was fraud and he didnt authorize them or know me. XXXX the XXXX they debited my account for {$1500.00}. For over a month I was given run arounds. Wells Fargo said it was XXXX, XXXX said Wells Fargo. I asked what type of investigation was done? A thorough one wasnt because I was never contacted when he file the claim and got his money back. It wasnt until after I called when I saw the debit that they asked questions like were you expecting these payments and do you know this person. Questions I feel should have been apart of the investigation they did to determine his claim was valid. I informed Wells Fargo I had proof he was filing a false claim. I have emails, texts and XXXX messages between us identifying himself in the text and acknowledging he was sending me payments. His last message was can I get a refund. So how was it unauthorized if he wanted a refund? To use XXXX you receive a code when you send money to someone for the first time. He had to have received the code to send the first payment in order for the other 6 to be made. In spite of me saying I have the proof no one has even asked to see it and they are standing by their decision that this person didnt authorize this even though I have all of his messages to me saying otherwise. Even XXXX which he used initially then I refunded it and he says in one message he will send the XXXX once the XXXX refund is credited to his bank. I have been robbed WITH the banks help. My money was not safe. Now my account has been negative since XX/XX/19 and I have had problems paying bills through auto pay from this account because I refuse to be liable for the money they took. They didnt investigate throughly. I was never contacted during or after. I had to call them. They are saying file a legal claim or contact the person to work or out. The person lied so why would They help? He didnt go in and pull the money out. The police didnt assist him either. Wells Fargo signed off on him getting XXXX back without once reaching out to me and finding out I had proof he authorized these zelle payments. His word which was a lie was enough. I have all the proof and all he had to do was lie and say he didnt know me or authorize 6 payments. Nobody at Wells Fargo is trying to help me. They dropped the ball. Im eating the bill on their negligence and my Bills are falling behind now that I used that account on. My credit has dropped now from a late payment on my car due to auto pay from a negative {$1500.00} account., please Help me. The bank did not have my back.
