Complaint: I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for 12 years and in the past I've never been assessed overdraft fees for pending items that has not posted to my account. On 3 occasions, XX/XX/29, XXXX & XXXX, I was assessed overdraft fees on items that posted to my account even though AFTER each item was paid, i had a positive daily ending balance. However, there were still items that was authorized/pending on my account which was affecting my available balance. In the past, I was always able to make a deposit before the cut-off to cover the items that was pending and as long as my actual account balance was positive when other items posted, I did not have to pay overdraft fees for those items. Now, Wells Fargo is immediately taking the funds for authorized transactions from my current balance - even though they are still pending and has not posted to my account, and causing me not to have enough funds to cover the items that post. Hence, I now have to put funds in the account to cover the pending/authorized items AS WELL AS the overdraft fees. If I do not put deposit those funds, I will be assessed overdraft fees for the pending items even though they were already deducted from my bank balance which caused me not to have enough money to cover the items that posted. I believe this to be an unfair overdraft fees practice. According to the overdraft fee laws, if you opt into the overdraft fee protection, at the banks discretion they can pay the items. However, if the items has not been processed and is still pending, technically, the bank has not paid them yet and therefore, your actual bank balance should not be affected by those pending transactions until the bank actually pays them. A customer should not be paying overdraft fees for pending transactions that has not be paid from their account by the bank.

Complaint: This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that WELLS FARGO DEALER SVC has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to mis-report. Moreconfirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request mustover, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Thanks!

Complaint: I have existing Checking / Savings Accounts with Wells Fargo Bank. Approximately 30 days ago I received a Rollover Roth IRA from a former employer and brought the required paperwork to a Personal Banker in the Wells Fargo XXXX in XXXX XXXX, California. It was apparent that he was inexperienced because he sent the wrong paperwork to XXXX XXXX, holder of the funds to be rolled over and a week later I had to resend the paperwork myself. After another two weeks of chaos and confusion on the part of Wells Fargo, I finally received the rollover check in the amount of {$810.00}. I contacted Wells Fargo Bank and was advised to " overnight '' the check to the XXXX, NC address Attn : IRA Processing. I XXXX Priority Mail " overnighted '' the check to Wells Fargo on Thursday XX/XX/XXXX. I checked the track and confirmed that delivery was attempted on Friday XX/XX/XXXX, Saturday XX/XX/XXXX and then the check was delivered and signed for by XXXX at Wells Fargo at the NC address on Monday XX/XX/XXXX. Today, Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted Wells Fargo Bank and inquired the status of the check and was advised that the delivery was not in the system. Another " ticket '' was generated and Wells Fargo advised that I should call back at the end of the week.

It was corrected with XXXX, but XXXX erroneously reports late payments on this Wells Fargo account # XXXX. These payments were accurately reported as on time to XXXX and now XXXX needs to be corrected. This has resulted in a very low credit score with XXXX ( XXXX ) and adversely impacted my ability to secure loans for my family. Please help correct this. When I called XXXX, the were unable to help me.
