Complaint: I had a loan from VW Credit for a XXXX ( involved in the diesel cheating scandal ). They repurchased the car from me on XX/XX/2016 - and repaid my loan in full that day. ( Actually, the repayment was MORE than full, as it did not take into account the monthly payment I had made on XX/XX/XXXX ). On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX auto-debited my checking account for another monthly payment - despite my loan having been paid in full the prior month. This has caused a cash-flow problem, as my NEW car is also set to auto-debit tomorrow - and I do n't have sufficient funds in the account to make the payment, now that XXXX has inappropriately debited my account. I 'm suspicious of why this debit took place - despite the loan being paid in full - on the heels of XXXX 's involvement in systematic fraud in their emissions cheating.

Complaint: I have not received a loan statement from VW Credit since the statement with a XXXX XXXX, XXXX due date. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I emailed VW Credit as noted : '' Original Inquiry on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX XXXX : I did not receive a statement in the mail in XXXX and have not received a statement for XXXX yet. Please verify my statement is being sent to my address of record. Thank You XXXX XXXX ''. I received the following reply on XXXX XXXX, XXXX : '' Response on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX XXXX : Thank you for choosing Volkswagen Credit. We strive to provide quality customer service to ensure your satisfaction.You have not been sent a monthly statement because you do not have an amount due at this time. Your next payment will be due on XX/XX/XXXX.Any additional funds received on your account will automatically be applied toward your next due date available and the principal balance of your loan. Please be aware that the monthly statement will not generate when the full amount of the invoice has been prepaid. If you would like to have a payment applied to your principal balance only, please contact a Customer Care representative by phone. The only option available on the website is Pay-Off option, which of course provides a sum for a limited window of payment in full of the total balance owed. There is no supporting documentation for VW 's denial of provision of a monthy statement in my sales contract.

Complaint: I leased a VW Passat from the VW XXXX, MA Dealership and returned it at lease end last summer ( 2016 ). I got an invoice from VW Credit charging me {$170.00} for an alleged scratch in the passenger door. The VW General Sales Manager validated that there was not a scratch in the alleged location specified by VW Credit when I returned the car in so I took a photo of the location in the car with him holding his business card in case of any issues. Soon after I got a bill and immediately called VW and explained the issue. I spoke to a man that identified himself as XXXX from VW Collections department saying that he received my note in the bill and that he did n't received any picture with the evidence I mentioned. Thus, he requested I get the VW Dealership in XXXX where I returned the Passat to fax him a letter directly at XXXX stating that there was n't any scratch in the alleged location. I requested this from the General Sales Manager so they faxed a letter stating that, and to contact them if there were further questions. I continued to receive letters from VW Credit billing me for the scratch my leased vehicle did n't ' have! I called VW Collections and spoke to another gentleman and explained the situation. He said they never received anything. I went back to the dealership and asked to please fax the letter again. They pulled it from my customer folder and faxed them in front of my eyes and got a sent confirmation from the fax machine. Again, the letters from VW Collections with the scratch amount included continue to harass me. I mailed the same letter to VW to the addresses below as well : XXXX XXXX XXXX, IL XXXX XXXX, IL XXXX I am acting in good faith and going the extra mile to straighten out my account with VW Credit but nothing seems to work. I only want them to credit the {$170.00} because it is incorrect. I am exhausted from trying to provide them with what they need to credit my account but nothing seems to work.

Complaint: VW CREDIT INC ( Volkswagen Credit Inc ) includes a " 60-day late '' on all three of my credit reports. This " 60 day late '' happened on XX/XX/2012 and XX/XX/2012. However, I never owned, leased or financed a Volkswagen for myself or anyone in my household or family, and never paid or sent any checks/wires/payments. I have previously disputed this " 60 day late '' with all 3 credit agencies, who have duly noted that I dispute it and disagree with VW Credit Inc. I have also disputed this directly with VW Credit Inc. Unfortunately, they refuse to remove it or conduct a serious investigation.

Complaint: After a change in life circumstances and income, I decided I no longer needed a vehicle. VW employees guided me towards surrendering the vehicle, saying it was the easiest way to go about wrapping up the account. I was not aware at the time that it would appear on my credit as a negative account. After surrendering it to VW, I was sent a bill for around {$6900.00} ( the exact amount I do not have available ). I requested details of the work done to the vehicle as well as the sold price, as the remaining balance seemed quite high. This process went on for some time. Each conversation with the representative became more insulting to the point of him telling me that " I need to re-assess my choices in life if I 'm working so much and can not afford to make payments ''. After that interaction I requested to speak to a supervisor. He informed me that I was refusing to communicate with him and that he would mark my account as delinquent. From there it was transferred to one or more other collection agencies. From each of them I have requested the full details of the account and have still yet to receive it and its been several years.

Complaint: I XXXX XXXX hereby disputes the fact that VW Credit Inc still maintains a negative reporting item on my credit report, respectively on XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX collectively. I originally closed on this vehicle loan on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I was at least 30-days late on XXXX ( XXXX ) different occasions in XXXX. VW Credit Inc. has cut off at least 30 months of my payment history to give the indication that my first late payment was XXXX XXXX. However, the payment history for even that date has been successfully cut off. This process of extending the late payment history is known by the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as re-aging of debt. The account should have become obsolete based upon the 7-year rule of maintaining negative account information back in XXXX. VW Credit Inc. is in strict violation of my Fair Credit Reporting Act rights as well as all FTC and CFPB mandates upholding the 7-year rule. Accordingly, I demand either a complete payment history of the attached account, including copies of all payments, or the deletion of the account completely. I did protest this account with all credit bureaus, and I attach the most recent XXXX XXXX credit report to confirm that the account is still posted with at least 30-months of payment history cut off purposely. I demand this account to be removed immediately and permanently!!!

Complaint: Due to a system upgrade, according to the company, my monthly statement has not been accurate since XXXX. I have called every month due to my statement showing a past due amount even though I pay more than the payment amount every month. Every month I am told a new story ; from system issues due to the upgrade, to it has been corrected but your account must have slipped through the crack, to I have opened a ticket to have your account corrected, to this month it is still not accurate due to their system issues have not been resolved. I have had my car for 9 months and my statements have been inaccurate for 5 months. I am only able to access 3 months of statements from my online account. Every time I call, I am told that the amount I am paying monthly is correct and to disregard the past due amount.

Complaint: I received a loan from VW Credit which is a part of XXXX of XXXX for a 2015 XXXX XXXX XXXX. The vehicle is currently out for repossession and with the court preventing VW from selling any of these vehicles they are not willing to negotiate with me on the final balance. My fear is that they will take the car back and that I will still be responsible for paying the entire {$43000.00} loan amount. I have suggested that they take the car back and forgive my loan or wait until I am able to accept the VW buyback and then give them that amount and forgive the loan. I fell that this car was sold to me under deceptive and unfair trade practices by VW and VW Credit ( which is the same company ). I want to know what they will give me for the vehicle since there is no fix for it and they can not sell it.

Complaint: Earlier this year I had fallen behind on my lease payments with VW Credit. As of XX/XX/XXXX the total balance on my bill that I had owed them was XXXX. I made a payment of {$700.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I made another {$700.00} payment on XX/XX/XXXX. My statement due for XX/XX/XXXX showed I had a remaining {$690.00} to pay. I paid the full amount on XXXX. My XX/XX/XXXX statement showed I had a XXXX balance and my next payment was due XX/XX/XXXX which would be XXXX. Today I checked my account and it is showing that I now owe {$860.00}. The additional money they are tacking on is {$210.00} personal property tax and a late charge of XXXX. I do n't know how I could have a late fee due or a personal property tax amount due if I had paid in full and my account was showing a XXXX balance due for XX/XX/XXXX. I do n't believe VW credit is being honest with me on this.
