Complaint: On XX/XX/19, I called Toyota Financial Services to bring my overdue account current. Although I had previously had a late fee waived, I requested it once more. The request was denied, which is understandable. I explained that I had attempted to sign up for auto-pay to avoid future derailments, but had not been able to properly complete the process. I'm writing this complain to bring to management 's attention to abhorrent way I was spoken to. The agent was so rude and condescending. I'm not going to type out my own pity story of why things have been a struggle lately. I feel that it's redundant -- everyone has a situation. What disturbed me was the agent 's accusatory tone, her rapid answers without listening, and her general demeanor over the phone. I want this complaint to be formal so that this agent can truly understand how she made me feel. I was made to feel so, so small. I immediately brought my account current, but was made to feel as if I had lied, as if I had committed a crime. Literally when all I called for was to make sure I paid what I owed. The agent 's ID id : # XXXX. I think she should be ashamed of herself. I hope management allows her to read this complaint. I hope she knows that she is the reason I will never be a Toyota customer again after this current lease is over. I do not ever want to be made to feel less than ever again. The shame she made me feel with her tone is not something I will quickly be able to forget.

Complaint: Hi, for the past 4 months I've been going back and forth the credit reporting agencies regarding these accounts in question and the reason for this is because I know that these accounts are being reported incorrectly. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 609 ) it is my right to challenge any account in my credit if I believe they are being reported inaccurate, unverifiable or incomplete. I believe they are and some of them have been corrected on some of the bureaus and some have not. I would like to make this complaint to show the level of urgency I have towards this matter. If you can please help I would really appreciate it. These accounts have to be deleted since they are holding my credit scores back and I'm looking to use my credit soon to make a major purchase. Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted Toyota Financial to see if the dealership had notified them that I returned the lease. The agent I spoke with told me they had not and I inquired about the disposition fee to which the agent told me " If you are billed for a disposition fee please call us and we will waive it based on the account history. '' XXXX comes around and I received a bill for over {$800.00} which Toyota Financial informed me consisted of the disposition fee and charges for tires. I replaced the old tires with brand new tires the day before I turned the lease in and when I told this to Toyota Financial they told me the charge was because the doughnut tire did not match the rest. They agreed this did not make any sense and agreed to waive the tire charges. However, they would not work with me when I attempted to discuss the disposition fee I was told I would not owe. Since then I have called back numerous times trying to speak with a manager/supervisor to which I am told none are available and they will not allow me to hold to speak to one and refused to call me back. I have repeatedly informed them of the conversation I had with their agent of XX/XX/XXXX and they do not care. I attempted to call today XX/XX/XXXX and was told that they can not pull the call I had with their agent on XX/XX/XXXX because it was with their customer service department and not their lease end department so there is nothing they can do. I informed them I am willing to start paying $ XXXX/month on this account as money is tight for me. They advised me I can pay that amount, but when the account is reviewed it will be sent to collections because their monthly minimum is $ XXXX/month. I work in XXXX and to the best of my knowledge it is absolutely illegal to send a customer who is making payments to collections and accounts can not be reported to a consumers credit when payments are actively being made. I relayed this information to the agent and she held firm with her $ XXXX/month or else I would be sent to collections. I wanted to get her saying this on a recorded line so I informed her she was now being recorded and she told me that she will not speak to me on a recorded line and eventually hung up on me. Toyota Financial is constantly calling me on auto dialers and when I answer they just hang up on me. Toyota financial is completely unethical and not customer service oriented. I and my family have owned Toyota 's since the early XXXX XXXX. We definitely will not be working with them again.

XXXX XXXX and XXXX are either culpable negligent in carrying this listing or are being intentionally vindictive. As for Toyota credit Corp, s actions, I can only describe it as intentionally deceitful. And the timing could not be worse, given that I have applied for amortgage loan to finance my purchase of a condominium unit. The companies knew I had earlier filed several complaints with the Ageny regardingthis verymissue. Most recently Toyota recogjnwedsized thaits listing was dead Wrong and its aggredd to correct it then and in the future. Toyota had known that the difference in the lease tit claimed 1 had been, in fact, paid XXXX by its own policy of gap coveragethat I had purfhaased at the onset of thee Lease. Toyota isudcuts apoloygybto me, corrected its report to show that the account had been always paid on time and that in had fulfilled all my duties to it under the lease. Indeed, Toyota gave me a {$250.00} gift card to show its alleged regret. Well this has again reared its ugkyhead, and this time Ill not be mollified by a {$250.00} gift card. Complaint: I have a car loan with TOYOTA MOTOR CREDIT. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason, I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report, I called TOYOTA MOTOR CREDIT and they said their system automatically put me on paperless billing, which I did not request. I was awaiting letter in the mail all this time just to find out their system had an error. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record. I tried contacting XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and TOYOTA MOTOR CREDIT with no successful resolution. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX only reporting me 90 days late payments. There was an error on their part. I was never 90 days late.

Complaint: I have a car loan with Toyota Financial which I pay monthly and in advance. My regular due date is the XXXX of each month. Not only do I pay in advance, I pay more than the agreed upon payment ( {$340.00} ). I called Toyota Financial 's customer service in XX/XX/2019. My XX/XX/XXXX statement showed my next payment date is XX/XX/2019 where I owe {$19000.00} My XX/XX/XXXX statement showed that I owe {$19000.00} and that I made a {$340.00} payment. I was told that I'm being charged a late fee ( although it doesn't show ). I have never been late making my payments. In addition to this my XX/XX/XXXXstate shows that my next payment due date is XX/XX/2019 ( shouldn't it be XX/XX/2019? ). When I called Toyota 's customer service again in XX/XX/XXXX, I was told I'm being charged daily simple interest. This is a car loan and not a credit card.

Complaint: I am XXXX XXXX for and by the State of California ( CA # XXXX ) and am making this statement as a deposition : Today, on XX/XX/2019, I setup an XXXX XXXX payment with Toyota Financial Services ( TFS ) for Wednesday, XX/XX/2019 after telling TFS that I already sent in a payment via XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2019 for {$330.00}. Also, I have setup another payment with TFS for {$330.00} on XX/XX/2019. In any case, I am tired of talking to people who sound like robots ( which they will probably be replaced with soon anyhow ) who do not really answer your questions and tell you, '' to have a nice day. '' My concern, even though I have a confirmation for bank draft next Wednesday, that TFS is still seems to be threatening me with repossession ( attitude ) ; especially after withdrawing their offer to rest my account to current two months ago ( by putting the two late payments on the end of the loan - my family never got the letter that TFS stated they mailed ). Now that TFS is in XXXX, Texas, they are free from Consumer-Friendly business practices and can essentially threaten and harass consumers as they see fit. Beware!

Complaint: I believe that I was pressured into purchasing a vehicle which was recently leased from XXXX XXXX XXXX dealership. I wanted to trade my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX but the dealer did not want my trade in vehicle as they were offering too low of a value which I believe I should have received more for the value and condition of the van. So I told the dealership that I will not be able to afford anything more that {$250.00} per month but the dealer still insisted that the vehicle that I wanted to lease is much higher and {$460.00} + XXXX for insurance toward excess wear and use. So I ended up paying {$470.00}. After 2 weeks I was talking to a co-worker whom recently leased the same exact vehicle for another XXXX dealership and ended up paying almost 1/2 the amount per month that I am currently paying. I believed that I was a victim of over pressuring salesman.

This company has continuously disregarded my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and has resulted in me much unwanted financial AND mental distress. For starters, they're reporting an flawed & unverifiable account on my credit document and in addition an account in which I've called for substantiation of claim and in which they have not been able to present, per the FCRA. Regardless of my goals to resolve this unpleasant nightmare for a number of months now, Toyota Motor Credit Corporation has entirely ignored my interactions and legal submissions to delete this incorrect information from my credit document. I am well aware of the many, various other issues filed towards this company for their illegal and shady business. Below is the account I had Disputed earlier : TOYOTA MOTOR CREDIT CO, Account # XXXX, Date Opened XX/XX/2010. Yet still, in some way, this company is still in business. This company 's unprofessional & negligent habits has made lots of extreme harm, not only to my ability to establish credit & good interest rates, but also to my persona as a Professional and as a person. Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, the lease was ending on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX After looking at the options with XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, CA, I decided to purchase a XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX purchased my lease ( i.e. bought the car ) and sold me a new car. There was no mention of any other fees and I believe I was clear when I agreed to buy the car that this was the price and there were no other fees. About a month later in XX/XX/XXXX I got a bill in the mail for {$190.00} from XXXX. The bill did no indicate what the amount was for. Upon investigation, there was a scrape on the car that XXXX decided was a {$190.00} cost to myself. There was no math given and I only found out the details of the bill upon calling to investigate. More importantly, I closed the deal on the lot and then get this bill a month later saying that the deal on the lot was not the deal, there's actually this other bill that was never discussed. Getting a bill after turning over my lease and purchasing a new car is shady and unethical. Yes there is a contract that says I am responsible for excessive wear and tear, but the point is that XXXX XXXX purchased my car on the lot that day and then slipped this bill to me in retrospect and it was never discussed. I was never told there would be additional costs to turning over this lease on the lot. Additonally - this XXXX XXXX has a key, not a fob, that has to physically be put into the car and can be locked in the car, which I did not know until I got the car home. I didn't even think that this was an option on a XXXX vehicle that I had to ask about. I certainly was not made aware of it by the salesman who gets paid per deal that he closes and is only concerned with closing the deal, no matter what. I have paid this {$190.00} so that my credit will not be destroyed, but it is a shady, unethical poor business practice and I will never buy another XXXX.

Using very stressful and high pressure tactics that included holding my registration for hours refusing to return it to me so I could leave. Eventually offered me a deal to pay off the last 2 payments of my current car lease through XXXX ( XXXX ) as well as pay for my disposition fee that I would pay on return of my XXXX to the dealership. The Disposition fee was added to my XXXX payments over time. They said they were sending the payoff to XXXX and I wouldn't have to worry about it because it would be taken care of. It has been a month and the money never got sent and I am now double paying for cars and still stuck with my XXXX. I have taken time off of work to talk to management and they said it was being taken care of already. Called, emailed and chatted and no one had taken initiative to fix the problem. I am now out about {$900.00} and double paying for the disposition fee with XXXX. I just wanted the company to follow through with what was promised.

I spoke with a manager over the phone we did a 3 party call with my bank to confirm. The manager agreed to remove 30 day late because of incorrect information. Complaint: I had leased a used XXXX in XX/XX/2016 and at the end of the lease turned the vehicle in. At that time I bought another XXXX vehicle. I did the transaction at XXXX of XXXX. Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX The salespeople who sold me the new car were XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I wanted to lease the vehicle but at the time XXXX was not providing leases on used vehicles. So I opted to buy the vehicle outright. At the time of purchase I confirmed that I will not be assessed a disposition fee. I asked this explicitly and was told clearly NO disposition fee since my only option was a purchase ( not lease ). But a month later I received a bill with disposition fees. When I spoke to XXXX XXXX at the dealership he was surprised and promised to fix the situation. His exact words : " Send me the paperwork, you should not be paying this fees ''. I emailed the paperwork to him and he replied saying he's looking into it. Later he told me that I'll have to take this up with XXXX XXXX. This was a total flip-flop! But I got in touch with XXXX XXXX and they instead claimed that I'll have to resolve it with dealership. So now I'm left hanging with the dealer effectively lying to me and me having to pay {$350.00} which I wasn't supposed to!
