Complaint: Hi, for the past 4 months I've been going back and forth the credit reporting agencies regarding these accounts in question and the reason for this is because I know that these accounts are being reported incorrectly. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 609 ) it is my right to challenge any account in my credit if I believe they are being reported inaccurate, unverifiable or incomplete. I believe they are and some of them have been corrected on some of the bureaus and some have not. I would like to make this complaint to show the level of urgency I have towards this matter. If you can please help I would really appreciate it. These accounts have to be deleted since they are holding my credit scores back and I'm looking to use my credit soon to make a major purchase. Complaint: XX/XX/2019 : My family and I leased the car for {$250.00} per month, which was due on the XXXX of every next occurring month. Around End of XX/XX/2019 : Toyota Financial Services ( TFS ) called us and said that they didn't receive the payment although the bank statement proves otherwise, showing that it was deducted. XX/XX/2019 : The monthly payment was refunded. This is an important detail, although seeming minor. XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/2019 : They took the monthly lease for the car successfully. XX/XX/2019 at XXXX XXXX : They towed the car away and said that we didn't pay them for three months of the lease. XX/XX/2019 : We payed {$1200.00} through the phone using a debit card. For the tow services we payed {$130.00} cash. In summary, the company relentlessly refused to acknowledge that we payed for the car despite sending our bank statements to TFS which was enough proof. They refunded the XXXX payment on purpose so they have a reason to tow the car, as their policy states that our car can not be towed if we payed for three months consecutively.

Complaint: I had a 36-month lease with Toyota Financial Services. Due to a financial hardship, I made the decision to terminate this lease early. I returned the leased vehicle to the original dealer on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I paid the amount of {$3500.00}. I was told by TFS that this would be the remaining amount of monthly lease payments with a maturity date of XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from TFS stating I needed to pay them an additional {$3300.00} beyond the agreed amount of payoff. I contacted TFS by phone shortly after receiving this letter to question this additional amount. I was told that they sold the vehicle and that this was the difference in what they claimed it was valued at and what they sold it for. The representative told me that there was nothing that he could do to change that and that he could not help me.

Complaint: I financed the vehicle thru Lexus Financial Services, the car was totaled on XX/XX/2019. My insurance company declared the car a total loss on XX/XX/2019 and informed me the amount of the total loss. They submitted a check to Lexus Financial Services on XX/XX/2019 for the amount. I was due a refund based on my overpayment. I have repeated contacted Lexus for the status of my refund due. They informed me that they only received the check from my insurance company on XX/XX/2019 this in spite of the fact that my insurance submitted documentation that the check was submitted by ACH on XX/XX/2019! Repeated calls to Lexus Financial have been made by me. I keep being told that they are still processing the claim. On XX/XX/2019 i was informed that the claim has been processed, i called on XX/XX/2019 and was told the claim has not been completed and they could not tell me when i would receive my refund. I will never use this financing company again.

Complaint: I started out by disputing this inaccurate late payment with toyota in XX/XX/XXXX. I have still yet to get a proper investigation of this matter with either Toyota or XXXX and XXXX. Ultimately it is now on XXXX and XXXX to remedy the problem because they are reporting the inaccurate item. The creditor toyota tells me to contact credit bureau and the credit bureau tells me to contact Toyota. Both companies point fingers and do not do anything to help me out. As you can see from my attachment I have added my current dispute which was send on XX/XX/XXXX.In addition it has a copy of my XXXX online credit report which shows that this late payment is not even reporting on my XXXX account and hasn't been ever. It doesn't not make sense for a late payment to report on 2 of the 3 credit bureaus especially if it claimed to be accurate after your investigation. I was not late on this account and it is impacting my current profession significantly and needs to be addressed properly.

This was a lease for a brand new vehicle ( XXXX XXXX ) and is supposed to be under warranty. The clutch got damaged and when I took it to the XXXX dealership where I am stationed here in XXXX, OK ( XXXX of XXXX ) they told me that the warranty is only covering the parts, not the labor because the damage was my fault. I have been driving a standard vehicle for a long time and have never had a problem like this. The vehicle is supposed to be 100 % covered under the warranty and I shouldn't be liable for labor because according to the mechanic, " I must have done something to it ''

Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX I requested a one month emergency deferment from Toyota Financial services, for XXXX XXXX payment. I explained to the representative that in XXXX of XXXX, I was seriously injured in a car accident, and could submit documentation to verify my claims. I was informed even tough I had been granted prior request for the year of XXXX, due to it being an medical emergency the requested would be granted. I was told my next payment would be due in XXXX of XXXX, which was paid, but the payment was applied to XXXX payment. I have contacted Toyota Financial Services several times, and have been placed on hold for over 1 hour & 45 minutes several times. Each time I speak with someone I have been told I had exceeded the amount of deferments for the year. This was explained to the representative when I spoke with her in XXXX that I was granted prior deferments for the year, and I was told it would not be a problem because this was a medical emergency. Here it is I'm literally struggling to maintain daily life functions from a auto accident, and XXXX continues to destroy my credit each month with 30 day late payments. It is clear that XXXX still has bad business practices, even after settling a class action lawsuit for charging people of XXXX higher interest rates. Unfortunately for me I happened to be one of the purchasers that was charged higher rate due to the XXXX of my skin and was compensated in a class action suit by U.S D.O.J. Now my credit is being destroyed for an agreement that was issued by Toyota Financial Services, and not kept. XXXX customer service department are inadequately trained, and no customer should be on hold for over an hour. The list of complaints could go on for the lack of quality customer service Toyota Financial Services provides, and their choice of PLACING CERTAIN PEOPLE IN DIFFERENT FINANCIAL CLASS.

Complaint: I leased a vehicle back on XX/XX/2019. Since XXXX I was asking the financial institution what I need to do in order to take the car with me to XXXX XXXX. Due that I was here under the XXXX license and that I had to report back to work on XX/XX/2019. I spoke in three different occasions with three different customer service representative from XXXX XXXX and in all of the three conversations they told me that I will have to change my lease into a conventional financing in order for them to give me a permission letter to take the vehicle with me. Also, they told me that I need to submit the documents stating that I had to report to my work by XX/XX/2019. I did exactly what they told me to do and switch my lease into a conventional financing. When I submit the documents they told me that I can not take the vehicle with me to XXXX XXXX. It should be evidence in their system and recorder conversations when I called and the instructions that they told me to follow. Now the options are slim and if I return the vehicle it will affect my credit and if I sell it back to the company I will have to pay them few thousands dollars due to the depreciation of the vehicle. That I do not have it right now. This situation has cause damage to my health and collateral.

Complaint: I use to lease a XXXX XXXX XXXX hybrid til XX/XX/XXXX this year. It was a 3 year lease. I have never missed a payment. Their website has a auto pay feature, I had enrolled in it for payment. Payment use to vary slightly every month. This varying payment is controlled by them. Once fine day, there was a 'payment delinquent ' report issue by toyota on my credit file due to a {$99.00} shortage over a period of 4 months. I informed them about the whoe issue and got them to fix my credit. After few months, again in XX/XX/2019 they had sent some confusing statements and shwoing that I am $ XXXX/XXXX short. I called up their call center thrice. Everytime i was told to ignore this letter and my account is settled and this was a mistake. I see that my account is again marked delinquent for payment for that month in my credit file. They constantly abuse customers credit. I have wrote to them many time on their twitter suport, emailed them, called them, they dont seem to be fixing this. Now it is affecting my mortgage rates. Shouldnt they be paying me for the mortgage rate loss due to their mistake?

Complaint: I have an auto loan with TOYOTA MOTOR CREDIT. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason, I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report, I called TOYOTA MOTOR CREDIT and they said their system automatically put me on paperless billing, which I did not request. I was awaiting letter in the mail all this time just to find out their system had an error. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record. I tried contacting XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and TOYOTA MOTOR CREDIT with no successful resolution. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX only reporting me 30 days late. There was an error on their part. I was never 30 days late.
