Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment on the dates below : XXXX/XX/XX/2019 for 30 days late? I am not sure how this happened, but the payment was set up automatically and all the sudden they stop taken the payment from the account. When I found out that they didn't take the money. I personally called Toyota finance, and they said honestly they didn't know what had happened. They also had mentioned that they would take care the late mark on my credit file due to their internal mistake, but now I'm pulling my credit and reaching out to them and they still haven't updated as paid as agreed never late. Again, I had made my payment with them and they had all my bank information. I have never been late with TOYOTA for all the cars I've leased from the.

Complaint: I got divorced in XXXX, my wife then two months before went to the dealership and sign my name to a lease of a XXXX XXXX XXXX. The payment was XXXX XXXXper month. So after we divorced she dropped the lease in my lap. She said she didnt have the money to pay for it. So I took it back to the dealer, and was told I could return it but the payments and the other fees I still have to pay. Sales and finance said that it was my signature on the lease and it was my responsibility. They then told me that since I had to still pay for lease, they can put me in a lease for with the same as the truck to replace it payment wise. I agreed thinking I was just paying for the new lease in place of the old lease. After about 5months I get two bills from TFS saying I still owe on the truck and the car lease. They added the reminder of lease of the truck to my car lease. I struggled to pay the {$790.00} as I retired from the Military the same month XX/XX/XXXX. I attempted to get payment lowered, TFS told me no because of my now credit score after the divorce. I was always a two payments behind because of due date they wouldnt change. I get threatened with repossession of the car every month. Its about 8months and the day I had to had the last current month payment in, I had to send it by XXXX XXXX. That night they repossessed my car. After the fact that I brought it current. I tried getting my car back, and was denied. Two weeks later they sold it at a auction. The amount that it was sold for wasnt and still hasnt been disclosed to me, and TFS reported to credit unions that I still owe them $ XXXX. I also asked them about the Solider and Sailor Act, and was shut down. Im a retiree on a fix pension after divorce, and on the hook for a payment on a prior lease that was add to a newer lease I didnt sign for. Now my ex-wife credit score is 800+ do to her paid debts off. So if thats the case her credit was attached to mine, but my credit file never changed

Complaint: Toyota Motor Credit Corporation charged me a 20.75 % interest rate after being a returning customer with the first loan being paid off and it's absoultely atrocios. In XXXX I purchased a 2011 XXXX XXXX with XXXX miles from XXXX XXXX in XXXX Ma. As I stated this was my second loan with this company with the first one was paid off in early XXXX due to an accident. However still when I went through Toyota Motor Credit I was charged this ridiculous interest rate allowing this company to get almost {$20000.00} in interest alone.I told the loan officer that this was too expensive for me and she assured me after making 8 on time payments I would be able to refinance at a lower rate which wasn't at all true. All I'm trying to figure out is how this is fair to me as a human being let alone a retuning customer.

HOW ARE THEY REPORTING CURRENT LATES ON A CLOSED/PAID ACCOUNT? 30 DAYS LATE - XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX 60 DAYS LATE - XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX This has been an huge impact on my credit report and is affecting me greatly. ( Please see page 5 of the attached credit report. ) This vehicle was sold at auction and Toyota informed me that they did not receive enough money for the vehicle at auction and consequently there was a remaining balance due of {$4700.00}. I requested documents from Toyota verifying the amount due, however I never received anything. It is illegal to charge someone money that is not owed and also to not provide any documentation to back up the claim of an outstanding balance due. This incorrect reporting is harming my credit score and this line item needs to be deleted from my credit report.

Complaint: They brought me court I had 4 months left on leases to buy after the lease was up I was late in payment and want to pay XXXX to catch my lease up we went court and judge order me to give them they car I pay all that money on that car and I was fighting to keep it they would stop me from trading it at dealership because of they words. I did want to take my XXXX towards bring payment up to date .I FELL THEY CHEAT ME OUT THAT CAR. NOW THEY WANT ME PAY FOR CAR I HAVE IT WAS LEASE. They went on my credit report and put I work for XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2014 and I open my account onXX/XX/2014. I did know till i put my credit report they use my son information but i the one who buy the car they did because they had sold me lemon car. Complaint: This issue started on XX/XX/2019 when I first made an attempt to contact Toyota Financial Services ( TFS ). I grew to understand that Toyota Financial Services is a federally chartered bank and that they handle most of their own legal issues. I am trying to inform them about a issue with one of their loans that I am currently involved in. The vehicle that I am financing is reported as Frame Damage. The used vehicle disclosure wasn't presented to me as structural damaged at the time of purchase. I told TFS about the calls that I've made to the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General. They transferred me to the XXXX department because I mentioned it was purchased at a XXXX dealership. Who told me they couldn't do anything about the issue and that I should contact Toyota Financial for the matter. I grew frustrated at this time because instead of connecting me to the correct department I was bounced around due to key words which they are using any reason to transfer to issue to someone else. Fast Forwarding to XX/XX/2019 I called again trying to result this matter. I asked to speak to a supervisor seeing that I wasn't able to get anywhere the day before. A supervisor came onto the phone and now I am repeating my complaint for the 4th time after being on hold and then hung up on previously. The supervisor to connect me to the Toyota Headquarters. I spoke to someone in the Customer Experience Center which then I was told again that I need to contact Toyota Financial Services because the Experience Center is unable to help or find any documents involving my contract. I am simply requesting someone to handle this breach of contact and speak to someone about the next steps. It is highly unfair to be treated this way. I currently am financing a vehicle which is deemed : unsafe to drive '' with a balance over 60,000. I would like to exercise my " Right to refuse a contact '' their contract has been breached due to selling a frame damaged vehicle unsafe to drive noted by XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX, CT after doing routing service. The original dealership XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, New Jersey should be penalized for negligence forcing their hand at vehicle buyback and closing the loan.

Complaint: I leased a car from XXXX Toyota in XXXX. I was in an accident on Tuesday XX/XX/2019 and my car was totaled. I was 0 % at fault. Toyota was notified within a day of the accident and immediately closed my account. I personally contacted them to make them aware of the accident, too. Toyota was sure to let me know that I did not have any missed payments on the car. My insurance was handling the financial part of reimbursement to Toyota ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I was working with multiple people, but one woman 's name was XXXX XXXX. Her contact was XXXX. The claim was completed immediately after the accident. When I went to purchase a new vehicle, I found out that my credit score had dropped significantly. I looked and saw a delinquency charge from Toyota just 2 and a half weeks after the accident. I was never notified of this charge by Toyota, either by mail or phone. I called my bank and asked them what the charge was from, and they said that Toyota submitted a delinquency charge against me on XX/XX/XXXX, only about 3 weeks after the accident. I do know that Toyota received their check from my insurance company on XX/XX/XXXX paying entirely for the totaled lease vehicle. Toyota was no help at all in this matter - and sent me on a wild goose chase which costed me hours of my time. I now can not finance or lease a new car due to this drop in credit resulting from a wrongful delinquency charge by Toyota.

XX/XX/XXXX Denial letter from XXXX XXXX, Claims Generalist for XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX Toyota Total Claims Department was notified of totaled vehicle. XX/XX/XXXX Toyota was paid {$250.00} on auto loan. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX, CPPA, SPPA private, independent auto insurance adjuster was hired to evaluate and document evidence of Toyota XXXX XXXX totaled condition {$150.00} and send Toyota evidence of totaled vehicle. XX/XX/XXXX Toyota XXXX XXXX was towed by XXXX XXXX to a residence {$80.00}. XX/XX/XXXX Toyota was paid {$380.00} on auto loan. XX/XX/XXXX Police report was obtained {$9.00}. XX/XX/XXXX there was a 16 day delay on the part of Toyota to process this claim due to a change in 3rd party vendors. XX/XX/XXXX GAP claim initiated. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX sent a notice to XXXX XXXX XXXX management office to stop towing of vehicle after notification was given of the their intention to tow the vehicle. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX requested additional information already offered to them. They asked for a police report which I had in my possession and offered to send a week prior. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX sent a report on the vehicle declaring it totaled to XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX received email from XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX regarding towing of the vehicle and how they will handle that situation. There was no follow up to that and the car was towed. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX, Assistant Vice President, Recovery Pro at XXXX XXXX was informed of the formal notice the vehicle was scheduled to be towed XX/XX/XXXX and was.XXXX ID # XXXX from Toyota Financial threatening me if I did not have the care removed from the impound where it currently is they will repossess the vehicle which will result in 17 years of bad credit history for both my son and myself. First Toyota delayed processing this claim for 16 days. Then asked for documents which they always received in a timely manner. They said they didn't need the police report, then did need it. The car has now been towed three times because Toyota did not process the claim in a timely manner. I was told they would tow the car, then after the car was towed I was told it was my responsibility even though I do not own the automobile out right, nor have a lien or title release. I XXXX told me to just take the car to salvage. We can not, we do not own the vehicle. Toyota has still not cooperated to resolve any aspect of an accident for an insured person and now is threatening me. There was no comprehensive or liability on this vehicle and Toyota had the right and responsibility to make sure the vehicle had proper coverage as the lender. Toyota refuses to put anything in writing other than emails claiming security issues, yet they record every conversation. I am grateful this situation has been documented at least through phone calls.

Complaint: I had a debt of {$2800.00} with Toyota Motor Corp after my lease was turned in. The debt was sent to a XXXX XXXX XXXX ( collection company ). In XXXX of XXXX I agreed to a payment plan with this company to withdraw {$100.00} monthly from a bank account that I set up strictly for this debt. In XXXX of XXXX the debt was paid as money was no longer debited from my account. In XX/XX/XXXX I closed the account. I worked the math and the debt was paid off in the amount of {$2900.00} ( XXXX too much ). In XXXX of XXXX I receive a letter from another collection company, XXXX claiming I owe an additional {$100.00}. I immediately called them and placed the account in dispute telling them that I have proof the account was paid in full. On XX/XX/XXXX I called them back to see if it had been resolved and I was told that the account could not be accessed because it was placed in dispute and that I should wait a little longer. On XX/XX/XXXX, I also tried to contact Toyota Financial, but they could not talk to me about it because it was in collections and I had to deal directly with XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I emailed a letter to XXXX stating my case and asked them if I can send them all the proof I had that debt was paid. Later in XXXX I receive a letter from XXXX ( letter is not dated but I have the envelope that is dated XX/XX/XXXX ) that includes my payment history with Toyota and XXXX combined. The payments listed to XXXX were not correct and didnt make much sense ( wrong dates and amounts ). I've called XXXX several times ( all have been documented ) and nobody can help me because the account is in dispute and I just need to wait until someone contacts me. My last call to XXXX was on XX/XX/XXXX with the same answer. On XX/XX/XXXX I receive a call from XXXX from a girl trying to collect the debt. I told the girl that I needed answers as I did not owe this. XXXX claims that she looked into it and it was in fact in dispute and she couldn't help me. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from XXXX, yet another collection company trying to collect this debt. Once again, I explain my situation. The guy said he couldn't see anything on my account, but he would look into it and get back to me. I left him my cell number as well as my work number that he called me on. He left me a message on XX/XX/XXXX that he had answers for my on my debt. ( I was on vacation had had terrible service so I didn't call back immediately ). I called back on XX/XX/XXXX and talked to the same guy. He now tells me that an additional {$120.00} charge was assessed on my account from Toyota for in XXXX of XXXX for personal property tax on the car. WHAT? I told him that this couldn't be and that this is a mistake. He demeaned me because " I didn't understand the personal property tax rules in my state ''. WHAT? He tried to strong arm me to pay the small amount and get done with it. I told him I was checking into it which he snickered about. I DO NOT OWE this money. I have every bank statement showing all my payments. I have every single date and time and notes of my calls. I have a copy off my email. I have everything I need to prove that this debt has been paid in full. I feel at this point that I have done everything right and paid my debt and try to square away any issues that came up after it was paid off. I have been disregarded by each company and at this point I am being harassed. Every call should have been recorded from these companies as they stated that disclaimer at every call. If this has is a scam and my information has been stolen from Toyota this opens up another issue. I am furious! As a side note : I have every bank statement showing XXXX XXXX debits but will not attach them in this email. If needed for further use, I will provide
