Complaint: One of the cars which I leased was a total loss ( XX/XX/XXXX ), and my insurance company paid the lease holder off in XX/XX/XXXX. The balance due according to my lease holder was {$890.00}, which I received a letter in XX/XX/XXXX, I immediately paid the amount owed ( check # XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX ) payable to the lease holders ' collection company. So the account was paid-in-full per the lease holder on XX/XX/XXXX that's the date they say they cashed the check. I show they cashed the check and it posted to my account on XX/XX/XXXX. Regardless, the Lease Holder reported an I-09 entry against my credit which means " Outstanding balance due/Collection Charge Off '', I feel this entry is incorrect and severely harms my credit rating as it does not rise above 700 FICO median score because of this inaccurate reporting. I have spoken to the Lease holders ' Loan department over 11 times ( XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX ), and have written their Credit Dispute Team in XXXX XXXX, Iowa twice. The first time ( XX/XX/XXXX ) they responded in 1 week ( XX/XX/XXXX ), with " that they have reported the credit incident correctly '' and the 2nd time I wrote them ( XX/XX/XXXX ), I still have not gotten a response. This has really gotten out-of-hand I need a resolution with the verbiage as defined, and with this false reporting and the I-09 remarks off my credit reporting record.

Complaint: Toyota Financial Services XXXX Reporting Negative/Past Due to ALL 3 Bureaus : - XXXX - XXXX - XXXX In which I've currently had a lease since XXXX of XXXX and with the lease ending this year.
Toyota Financial had reported a late payment for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. This report is false. I've always been on time on all my payments, from auto and credit cards. I've already reached out to a representative in Toyota & they waived the " late fee '' charge. However they have reported it to all 3 bureaus that I have a late payment.
I've already mentioned this issue to TFS - everytime I log in my account there is typically a pop up on the top of the page stating that the website has technical difficulties.
