Complaint: I started to look closely into my credit reporting due to some inaccurate information and came across Toyota Motor Credit. On XX/XX/XXXX they attempted to serve and sue me for the amount of {$3700.00}. This account was a joint account, and they are coming at me even though this debt belonged to the other party XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, who had filed bankruptcy in 2018. According to NJ eCourts records show that on XX/XX/XXXX, USPS had received a signature, but I have not resided in the state of NJ since XXXX. There were fraudulent charges made on this account and I did not have possession of this vehicle, I was simply the co-signer. I should not be responsible for someone else 's failure to make her payments and have her not pay anything due to her bankruptcy.

Complaint: XXXX and XXXX credit bureau 's along with the Original Creditors have been reporting negative information at least 2 years on 3 accounts in my credit files.The accounts were investigated and deleted from XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX while the other CRA 's refused to remove the erroneous items after numerous rounds with them and the suppliers of the information. I sent numerous FCRA 611 and 623 certified letters with either no response or with little documentation to warrant reporting of the items in violation of the FCRA for both the CRA 's and Original creditors. Yet, they continued to verify that the information was complete and accurate after investigation/re-investigation. In the instance of XXXX XXXX, they reported amounts owed of XXXX on previous disputes then jumped to XXXX in others with no proof to substantiate the debt or response to 623 letters. Toyota Motor Credit responded to 623 letters only saying they verified that the information to be true and correct but I have yet to see and documentation from them proving this. XXXX XXXX XXXX was the same in their refusal to delete even though the CA they sold the account to had deleted the negative information in XXXX. All the information that was investigated and re-investigated shows inaccurate and different information across all the CRA 's so how could it possibly be verified as accurate and complete based on credible investigations?

Complaint: Toyota / XXXX XXXX XXXX has systemically defrauded millions of borrowers out of countless dollars in interest payments, by purposefully making it difficult to prepay their auto loan products.
Specifically, TFS doesn't allow prepayment of principal online. While they allow extra payments ( payments in excess of the monthly installment amount ) to be sent via online submission, it only prepays principal and interest, and doesn't reduce the loan balance. Millions of Americans would not understand that this subtle difference results in zero benefit from an interest standpoint.
It truly is predatory and should be looked at given the VOLUME of loans going through this lender.

Complaint: I had lease a vehicle from XXXX XXXX back in XX/XX/XXXX. I was a 24 months lease with monthly payments of {$640.00}. Lease was term was completed in XX/XX/XXXX. No missing payment or property taxes owed. Vehicle was returned almost XXXX miles under miles agreed. Vehicle was returned in great conditions. Today I received a letter from Toyota charging me a disposition fee of {$350.00} plus XXXX of sales taxes. When we got or returned the lease nothing of this nature was explain to us. We were not even given a copy of the lease agreement at the beginning of the lease. I when to de dealership today XX/XX/XXXX demanding an explanation from the sells man XXXX. He said to me the Toyota was charging me the fee because I no longer wanted to leased a vehicle from them. I find this observe and not legal. I going to be punish for not leasing another vehicle from them instead of being rewarded for completing the lease as was verbaly explained to me. I prepaid for milage and didn't use it. They made over {$700.00} of used milage and Im receiving a bill. When I returned the vehicle I ask Pitor is I owed anything else. He assure me I was all set. The nothing else was going to be charged and today when I asked him about the bill I received he did know what to come up with. I paid this company enough money already. Also I should not be penalize for not wanting to lease from them again. Please help me with this matter. These people made there leaving lying and taking advantage of consumer like me.

Complaint: TOYOTA MOTOR CREDIT Account number XXXX .... is reporting this account on my credit report wrongfully as charged off and with the balance. This vehicle was totaled due to accident, Toyota received full payment from my insurance company, they never called me or sent me a bill now I just noticed that on my credit report they are reporting this as a CHARGE OFF AND WITH OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF {$1700.00} as of XX/XX/2019 WHY ... I called TOyota several times only to be transferred all over the place telling me they could not find my account but if I see a balance that I should pay them. THey keep telling me they are ready to take my payment but won't tell me why or to which account they would apply this to. I was even told to send in a check and they will figure it out .... this is ridiculous. In a meanwhile my credit is suffering I have no other negative account except this one. WHy I can't get justice for this ... please help

Complaint: Account # XXXX with Toyota Financial Services, Account manager XXXX XXXX " fraud department '' My lease was up in XX/XX/XXXX on my Toyota XXXX XXXX and I did not turn in the car because we wanted to keep it and just keep on making payments. I think I missed about 1 to 2 payments BUT when I tried to bring the account current I was told that the account was closed and referred to the Fraud department. I spoke to XXXX on that department through a Spanish translator BUT was very confused at the end of the process so I contacted my friend XXXX XXXX to call for me and get all the details of what's going on and to see what we could do in order to keep on making the payments so they don't take the car away because I was told that they had tow trucks looking for my car already. My friend XXXX XXXX called and spoke to the account manager XXXX who was extremely rude, she didn't NOT give her any information because she demanded to talk to me. XXXX XXXX is an authorized individual on this account because I was told by the Toyota representative that it was the only way she could get information and help us with clearing this mess up. XXXX also mentioned that she had e-mailed some documents but refused to send them to XXXX XXXX or give her any information that can help us clear this mess up.

Complaint: My personal credit was affected by 30 points because of a 30 day late payment which I was not aware of.
This lease is a company lease and all notices are send to our company address. the dealer had a bad phone number on the account for our company. We never received a late notice by mail nor did we receive any phone call. We did not supply them with that phone number. The dealer may have gotten it off of an old website listing. That number has not been operational since 2014 when we moved to our current address.
The finance company claims they made calls to my residence but since I have a block on auto-dialers, the phone will not even ring to my residence. They claim they made manual calls but I know this to be untrue. If a call had been received at my residence I would have addressed it promptly. Also, we received no written notices to our business They reported this on my personal credit report as 30 days delinquent but since I received no notification personally I was unaware of the delinquency. This is a corporate debt which I guarantee and I believe that the 30 day delinquency should be removed since they only use dialers to contact people and I was never spoken with or given the ability to pay by phone.
They never sent any notification to my personal residence either.

Complaint: I received a bill for excess wear and use related to the end of a lease for a XXXX XXXX. The bill was dated XX/XX/2018. Upon review of the inspection report, I discovered significant damage to the rear bumper of the vehicle. There was no damage to the vehicle when it was returned and exchanged for a new XXXX XXXX. The salesperson XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX took photos of the car when it was returned. Upon receipt of the inspection report and the bill, I contacted both Toyota Financial Services and the dealership. Both promised a review of the file and that they would get the photos from the salesperson to confirm there was no damage to the vehicle when it was returned. I emphasized to both parties -- especially since they insisted that I was at fault for not getting a pre-inspection prior to returning the vehicle -- that I was not told of the opportunity for pre-inspection until *after* I had exchanged the vehicle. Toyota Financial Services promised a call back from the escalations desk in XXXX hours. No call was received. Eventually, I received a revised bill which indicated that they had removed {$100.00} for " excessive stains '' on the seats. The {$460.00} charge for the bumper remained. Eventually, after being unable to contact anyone at XXXX or the dealership to resolve the issue, I paid the requested amount to prevent further collection action. I then spoke with a representative on XX/XX/18 who indicated I had been misadvised as how to handle a dispute and that I needed to write a letter to Customer Service XXXX XXXX. I did as directed and XXXX never replied.

Problem while selling or giving up the vehicle
Complaint: Loan with Toyota Financial Services. Sold the car & paid off the loan. Even after loan paid off, Toyota Financial Services drafted the monthly installment payment out of my bank account. Website showed that call center is open after XXXX XXXX. " local time. '' I called in at XXXX EST this morning and got an automated message that the call center is " closed '' but that it's open at XXXX " local time. '' Obviously this is false. I need Toyota Financial Services to refund the monthly installment payment since the loan is paid off. Also, they should update their website and automated voice system to reflect the times that the call center is actually open.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2017 XXXX XXXX added {$4.00} to my Monthly lease payment without my Knowledge, when I called them on XX/XX/XXXX when I noticed a late charge of {$9.00} on my Monthly recurring Bill payment.
XXXX XXXX Representative told me that was sales Tax added by the State and I needed to contact the state but {$4.00} will be added to my bill increasing it to {$510.00} per month verses {$510.00} which was the contracted Lease Agreement.
This is a breach of contract and I do not feel that this sales Tax increase should be passed onto the consumer, I have never seen a car lease change on a contracted agreement.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX it was brought to my attention that my cars title was showing as lemon law manufacture buyback/salvaged. Upon further research is seems on XX/XX/19 the title of my car was transferred from my name to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX XXXX to inquire how this could happen as Im in a current lease and the car has never been sold. They said it wasnt their fault, but this puts me in a bad position of having possession of a car that me nor the lease holder are showing as owners.
