Complaint: Toyota Financial Services does not want to remove their derogatory information to the credit bureau although per my telephone conversation, they will not report me for being late because it is not fault. Monthly they draft my account. I called Toyota Financial Services that I am going to close my bank so they have to charge my new bank account, this was XXXX XXXX, 2016 and also fax them an instruction on XXXX XXXX. They sent me their own form and I fax it on the XXXX of XXXX. I was surprised when I received a past due notice and called them right away. They say they will charge my account for two months without late charges and will not report me to credit bureau. But to my surprise, they reported me to credit bureau for one month late. I gave them more than 30 days notice, by telephone, XXXX XXXX and by letter, XXXX XXXX. I wrote to them but denied my request to reverse their derogatory remark. I was not at fault, it is their negligence, why should I be penalize?
They admitted I was not at fault by not charging me late fee. Day one I never missed any payment because it is always drafted from my bank account.
I highly believe that this bureau is my last resort to listen to my complaint.
Thank you.

Complaint: I fell behind on a couple payments to Toyota Financial so I called an negotiated a payment extension based on what the agent told me over the phone. Later they repossessed my car for non-payment and when I called them was told that I was never granted an extension and if I had been a totally different process would have needed to be followed than what I was originally told. Toyota refuses to put anything in writing or even send me an email summary of what was discussed on the call ( I asked multiple times ) so while I was under the belief my payment was extended they continued to register me as not paying.
When I called again after my car was repossessed I was treated poorly by every single agent and manager and each time the details changed which I was unable to track because again they refuse to send anything in writing. When I questioned why I never received a default notice in the mail they told me it came back unreturned, however, my mail forwarding is still in place so this is not possible. Further they did not send a notice to my co-signer even though they have sent him multiple statements in the past. Again they claimed it came back undeliverable.
I had to pay hundreds in fines and over a thousand in past-due payments which I believed had been extended based on a phone conversation with an agent. When Toyota called me they consistently asked for personal information without identifying themselves which I identify as a phishing scam and do n't respond to.
They have acted wholly unprofessionally and my credit score has now been penalized and I have had to pay in the thousands just to get my car back from a loan I had no idea I had defaulted on. When I mentioned that I was not sure how a payment extension works since I have never done one before they just kept referring back to the same " if you read your contract '' statement even though my contact would not cover a payment extension instituted during the life of my loan.
I was repeatedly told that agents were not allowed to put anything from the calls into writing so when I did n't receive any email or letter noting the extension I did not think this was a problem. I do n't think it is right that a company can have discussions and make alterations to a loan without leaning any paper trail and then turn around later and basically claim that I am lying because I do n't have a paper trail of my conversation with the agent. The later agents and managers I spoke to refused to even try to reach out to the agent who had originally granted me the extension and instead treated me as some kind of criminal who willingly stopped paying off a loan which I had already paid somewhere in the range of 75 % of.
Again the main issue is that they refuse to put anything into writing that was discussed on a call then placed the fault with me when I could not prove that the agent granted me an extension and repeated treated me as if I was lying without checking with their own agent as to if an extension was granted.
It should not be legal for a company to deal entirely in word of mouth contracts without a paper trail especially since the original contact was obviously a drafted legal document.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I walked in to XXXX of XXXX in XXXX XXXX, CA interested in looking at vehicles. I ended up signing my first lease ever XXXX having purchased all of my vehicles thus far XXXX and was given misleading information which lead to me placing a {$13000.00} down payment ( via the trade in of my owned XXXX XXXX in mint condition with XXXX brand new XXXX '' tires which were XXXX weeks old ... XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the value of my XXXX at {$18000.00} XXXX. My payments every month have been {$450.00} with XXXX miles allowed yearly and a residual payment of {$17000.00} should I choose to purchase the vehicle at the end of my lease in a week.
I was lead to believe that the {$13000.00} would be applied towards the back end of the lease ... .meaning that if I wanted to purchase the vehicle I would end up owing $ XXXX $ XXXX {$4300.00} when in all actuality I have come to find out that I have lost my {$13000.00}.
Something appeared wrong when after leaving the dealership ... .I received a phone call on the following day by the sales person XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of the managers at that location ) informing me that the dealership was going to add XXXX on my vehicle for " free '' ... .that was too good to be true! When I went back the following day for the wheels I once again spoke to XXXX XXXX asking him if I had gotten ripped off ... XXXX assured me that I had not.
About 6 months into it I asked a good friend to take a look at my deal and he stated that there was no way of getting out of my deal ... .and in simple words ... I had been taken advantage of! I contacted the dealership and spoke to the head sales XXXX, XXXX XXXX, who stated that the only thing he could do was put me in a new vehicle ... .he assured me that his sales managers would be able to help me ... .I stopped by twice with my roommate and neither times anyone knew of me or my situation ... ..and conveniently that head XXXX XXXX was never there XXXX Having thought about it and spoken to several people all I wanted was for them to make a bad situation right! I was not looking for my {$13000.00} back .... I asked them to take off {$10000.00} on the back end purchase of the car or give me {$10000.00} cash which would have left the dealership with a down payment of {$3000.00} and a monthly payment of {$450.00} which I deemed plenty towards the lease of a XXXX XXXX. Having had no luck dealing with the dealership I contacted XXXX of XXXX XXXX and the Better Business Bureau ... ..again in vain ... .I have just been given the information regarding the CFPB and at this point I have reached the end of my lease having made every payment to XXXX XXXX but what XXXX has done XXXX inexcusable and should be illegal!!! Now on XX/XX/XXXX I will receive a final bill for {$350.00} as a " re-stocking '' fee for relinquishing my vehicle ... .as if they had not made enough money from me as is! That deal should be considered " XXXX Theft '' especially coming from a business who misleads and rips off people!!! By the way ... .all of the sales people and managers involved in my deal have been fired yet the owner of the dealership or Toyota have yet to make it right by me the customer!!!! At this point I just hope that this shady business gets investigated for fraudulent activities!

Complaint: I had a lease with Toyota Financial Services and purchased the vehicle after the lease was over. I purchased through another finance company in XXXX XXXX. In XXXX XXXX I received a tax bill from my city for approximately {$30.00} ( which covered the month of XXXX of year when I owned the vehicle ). I paid the tax bill and immeditaely called Toyota Financial Services to find out what I would owe to them for property tax. I was assured by the representative that my account was paid in full and I did not owe any taxes. I explained to the reporesentative that I should owe taxes for XXXX for the amount of time the vehicle was leased. She assured me that I would not owe any taxes. All a sudden a month ago I received a letter stating my account would be in collections if I did not pay the taxes owed. I called Toyota Financial and they advised it was for property taxes. I advised them i was told I owed no taxes and they said the information was incorrect. I asked for a copy of the tax bill because the amount they provided seemed too large to me. They advised I would have the bill within XXXX48 hours by email. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received a copy of the actual bill from the county. I called again today and was told they were not sure why the request was not put in but they would put it in again today. She said they are backed up and would have it to me in 72 hours. I am afraid my account is going to be sent to collections and will affect my credit and they are not helping me prevent that from happening.

Complaint: I remitted a payment to payoff the balance of my car loan with Toyota Financial Services on XXXX XXXX, 2016. According to TFS, on XXXX XXXX, it was determined that my payment could not be processed. I received no notification from TFS that they had failed to process my loan payoff until a letter was sent to me on XXXX XXXX, 2016 ; in fact, I logged in to my online account portal several days after the date of my first attempt to pay off the loan to confirm that my account had been closed. The online dashboard indicated that my account had been paid in full and was closed.
In the meantime, despite the fact that I was enrolled in automatic payments, had never previosuly missed a payment on the loan, and have good credit. TFS did not process my loan payments per the normal schedule for XXXX or XXXX. They did not inform me of this payment processing change until I received my next statement on XXXX XXXX, 2016. The statement indicated that TFS had imposed a late fee on the XXXX " missed '' payment, and confirmed over the phone that TFS had reported the " delinquency '' to the credit bureaus.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I called Toyota Motorcredit in reference to an auto loan that I had defaulted on. Prior to my default, I had made consistent payments for approximately 30 out of the 60 month loan agreement. I had a house fire XX/XX/XXXX that claimed my home that I was currently renting as well as all of my familys personal belongings. We left what was left of the home with the clothes on our backs. My daughter XXXX and was admitted to XXXX Hospital for XXXX. This incident made XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( PA ). On XX/XX/XXXX, Tragedy struck yet again.. I was traveling XXXX in XXXX County, PA when I was XXXX ... the end result ... XXXX..Thankfully everyone walked away with XXXX due to the fact that I maintained a safe speed during the accident. Insurance company was going to total the vehicle, After explaining that I was unemployed and currently recieving unemployment, they made the decision to repair the vehicle under the stipulation that 1 ) They pay for 30 days of rental coverage and anything thereafter, I would be responsible. This is when all of my financial troubles began. I did infact hide the car because it was all I had left. My intention was always to pay for my car..but when one month turned into three ... then six ... etc ... I was just too far behind to catch up on my payments which were {$530.00} monthly. At the time I purchased this car I was employed with XXXX XXXX XXXX and made almost {$20.00} hourly so it was affordable ... until I lost my job. XX/XX/XXXX, I used a combination of my school refund check ( XXXX University ) and my income tax from a XXXX. When I made the phone call to Toyota, I was transferred to a different department where I spoke to a female named XXXX, I was never informed that the vehicle had been charged off. She asked how much money I had and I told her XXXX ... We agreed on that amount being sent via XXXX to settle the debt. I was offered the settlement via phone and now it is not being honored. My credit Report reflects that I still owe {$1900.00} and they are refusing to release then title of the vehicle to me. I also was not given the mini-miranda. I need my settlement to be honored and my title to be released to me. I made XXXX % of my payments to Toyota via XXXX and have ALL of my receipts including the final of XXXX. However that payment was split into XXXX as I was advised by the representative that I spoke with to do XXXX for $ XXXX and XXXX right after for $ XXXX. I did exactly what was asked of me to no avail of them holding up their end of the settlement deal. This debt reflects on my CR as a " charge off '' and does not reflect the $ XXXX payment that they recieved on XX/XX/XXXX.

Complaint: I am writing to file a complaint against Toyota Financial Services. My father leased a Toyota Corolla on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. After being diagnosed with a XXXX in late XXXX XXXX, he passed away on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. His condition had developed slowly over a few months and our family was unaware that he was falling behind in his finances due to mental confusion.
After he had passed away, I received a notice by mail that the Toyota lease payments had fallen behind. I attempted to make a payment with cash via XXXX XXXX but they were unable to make the payment. So I made the payment through Billpay instead. My financial institution cut and mailed a physical check in the amount of {$390.00}. The check was issued on XXXX and cleared on XXXX.
XXXX Leasing repossessed the vehicle on XXXX XXXX, XXXX in the early morning XXXX working in conjunction with XXXX XXXX XXXX.
I made phone calls to Toyota Financial Services company on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I followed all of their requests to make payments to catch up and cover all of the fees.
I faxed all documents they requested including a Death Certificate and Certification of Trust.
On XXXX, XXXX, a representative in the Redemptions department explained the timeline that the car will be auctioned off on XXXX but if I paid all of the fees for the repossession of the vehicle, transport, late fees, daily storage fee, personal property fee, then they would release the vehicle to me as trustee of my father 's trust.
I made the following payments as requested : {$390.00} via Billpay ( check cleared on XXXX ) {$760.00} via XXXX XXXX {$490.00} via phone payment with a Toyota rep ( Filed an EFT dispute on XXXX after learning payment was never credited ) {$440.00} via XXXX XXXX on XXXX I scheduled an appointment with XXXX XXXX XXXX, a car auction company in XXXX California and paid {$60.00} for a money order to pay storage fees.
I obtained a Repossession Release Form from the XXXX XXXX Police Department.
After following all of the steps provided by representatives at Toyota Financial Services including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, I was informed on XXXX by XXXX that the vehicle could only be released to the accountholder, who is deceased.
I am the trustee of my father 's trust. I have the fiduciary role of managing all assets and property in my father 's estate. I also made the case that Toyota is better off maintaining the existing lease agreement rather having to the auction the car.
I asked XXXX to escalate the call. He asked me to hold while he talked to his manager XXXX. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, he said she was too busy to talk. She would call me back.
As of XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, I have not received a call back from the XXXX, a manager in the Redemptions Department of Toyota Financial Services.
Here 's my request for Toyota : Return the vehicle to me as trustee for my father 's trust. The lease is for 3 years. As of XXXX, there will only be 2 years left on lease. I will continue to make the payments for the remainder of the lease. At the end of 3 years, I will return the vehicle as specified in the lease agreement. That is win-win for Toyota Financial and for my father 's trust.
It seems like a fair request.
Please help me to resolve this matter.
I will attach documents as listed below including my detailed complaint including a detailed account of all calls made to Toyota Financial Services.
Thank you.
Attachments : XXXX XXXX receipts -Copy of lease -Repossession Release Form -Money Order -Payment Notice -Death Certificate -Certification of Trust -Vehicle Registration Renewal -Complaint and Call Log -Copy of check issued on XXXX and cleared on XXXX -Copy of XXXX transaction processed for phone payment on XXXX

Complaint: I went to Sterling XXXX XXXX on the XXXX XXXX in XXXX, TX on or about XX/XX/2016 and traded in my XXXX Toyota Avalon for a XXXX Toyota RAV4. I was told I was approved for a loan to buy the car with Toyota Financing. At closing I was told NOT to date anything. In addition to signing the standard contract I was told to sign and make initials in an electronic system that I could not see what I was signing. I drove the car home that night with the car salesman who rode back to my apartment to sign on the line he instructed me to on the back of the title. The next day the salesman informed me I signed the back of the Avalon title on the wrong line. I was going to come in to sign on the correct line the next day and when I called him he told me I did n't have to. I still have the copy of my temporary car insurance from XXXX XXXX that was printed for me that day. XXXX XXXX called me after the dale saying they would like to refinance my new car for me claiming they could get a better rate and lower my payment. Then I received correspondence from XXXX XXXX Bank and XXXX denying financing for the car dated just after XX/XX/XXXX. I went back to the dealership on XXXX, because I had a light on in the car. The dealership had me sign a document to about the extended warranty I had purchased at closing. I never received a bill from XXXX so I called and was given my account number from Toyota Lexus Financial Services and I made my first payment on XX/XX/XXXX over the phone directly from the same checking account. I was told what my Tohota Lexus account number was. I received a XXXX XXXX receipt and noticed it did not have myy middle initial. There was an on going investigation by XXXX Police for vaious forms of fraud including the XXXX account I can not close today. My bank statements are incorrect and the credit card and the bank drafted on XX/XX/2016. That is the date I went back to Toyota and had air put in the tire and it is the only date I was allowed to sign. Later my bank statements continued to have incorrect dates corresponding with what XXXX XXXX wanted them to show. A renters claim was made by me and XXXX XXXX denied it. I was told that my renters policy covered theft but not identity theft. I plan to appeal. I went into the XXXX XXXX Toyota dealership and spoke to the general manager. They tried to cover it up and denied any wrongdoing but my credit repots and what I got in the mail and on the computer indicated there was a Lease Trust,. After I had made two more payments but was n't getting credit I rsaw there were multiple accounts. All the payebts are accounted for in the additional staqtements I received at XXXX different addresses. I was getting alarming calls on my XXXX phone claiming I was 45 days late on the payment. Later, more calls came ffrom Toyota Financing harassing me when I was two weeks late. Finally, I realized my phone was synched to my ex husbands phone. I could see his portfolio and all the companies he had been making bets with. The phone had a history of numerous Trusts and Global information for the stock market. My mail while I lived in XXXX was stolen, my {$24000.00} annuity was taken XX/XX/XXXX and this car I thought I was buying had been securitiaed and I managed to downloan some information about Toyota Financial Services, a limited liability corp.. Later, XXXX sends a copy of my accounts. My electricity company, my lease, my internet and my XXXX ALL are limited liability corps. XXXX XXXX did help my ex husband refinance but to who if not XXXX? XXXX is the only party that had my correct address but sent numerous letters claiming the US Postal Service informed them a permanent change in my mailing address. Its a mess!
