Complaint: I leased a Toyota XXXX in 2012, XX/XX/XXXXI made payments every monthe. In about XXXX of 2012 They lost a cashier check for {$600.00}. This check remained missing until just under XXXX dos they cashed the ck. They however have carried me a a late payee ever since that date with an acruing act and a negative credit score. I hired an atty to pursue this to resolution,, but they continued to refute the payment. I have not received a statement from them for over a yer. I have continued to make my payment of $ XXXX each mo and inclose a note reqauesting a statement. I di get a hold of someone before XXXX of last yr and he said he would get back to me immediately. I have heard nothing. My else is ending next month and I acannot obtain credit to obtain another car with this on my record.I have all the receipts and the return receipts for the mail sent to them. They will not even reslpond to my attys calls or mine. ''they do not even answer my calls. I would like to resolve this matter This company has not made any effort to clear this matter up..It is like they are getting even with me more challenging their bookkeeping. Complaint: I settled a charge off account for partial payments. As I have been paying near 2 years, I called and asked to settle the left over balance of {$540.00} to less own balance. Toyota collections settled for {$260.00} to {$0.00} balance on XX/XX/XXXX. I then check my credit report and they reported wrong information. I contacted equifax for dispute and after 30 days, the dispute still pending and information is not correct. Therefore the negative information should be deleted by XXXX as Toyota failed to report correct information due to their error.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX my lease for my XX/XX/XXXX XXXX is completed. I am going through personal health issues with XXXX, my husband and I thought that the best thing right now is to keep the SUV and fiance the remaining balance. I will be XXXX % honest that some payments were late, but I never had any repocession and I always caught up. This was do to me being ill. Not because we did not want to pay. On Toyota 's side and what they reported to credit agency 's is inaccurate. I tried XXXX times to straighten out with Toyota and dealership. Neither helped. I then have been contacted by both the dealership and Toyota of my expiring lease and what my next step is. I emailed the dealer telling them what my current situation was pertaining to car and health. Because Toyota destroyed my credit - I had to get a co-signer. I had the proper co-signer, more then sufficient income XXXX {$1500.00} a week via spouse ) and that I would be able to put a down payment. Toyota refused. They caused the issue by not reporting properly or every time I faxed ALL their XXXX logs from my credit union magically never got. I have been called a deadbeat by a XXXX XXXX XXXX agent - then Toyota paid ME {$100.00} in good will via claim filed through CFPB. The dealership promised I would get approved no worries. Now not the case and have ignored me since. I have been approved through XXXX other dealership ( XXXX and XXXX ). Now I am in a position health wise I have been given XXXX months to a year to which Toyota was informed. Still did not matter. I have tried XXXX times to correct situation. Now I will be with out a car. This all transpired over XXXX - when I really should have devoted my time to my XXXX children and spouse. I attached texts from dealership saying " Do not worry it will get handled ) .... The new fiance XXXX I am dealing with his very assitant has and is having same issues with Toyota. I have texts from that as well.

Complaint: Toyota Financial Services reported incorrectly information to the Credit Bureaus for a late payment done on XX/XX/XXXX. This late payment was not reported until I protested another late payment done in XX/XX/XXXX. I feel that TOYOTA FS was dishonest in reporting to the Credit Bureaus correct information and I never received any notice or call regarding making a late payment either. When I protested on the BBB in XXXX, XXXX admitted that they had done a mistake/error and should have reported this late payment. I was never informed that they had made this report or late marker. Therefore I feel that TFS is acting in a dishonest illegal way due to not informing the bureaus and then backtracking themselves and not informing me. I believed that payments could be done until the XX/XX/XXXX without penalties. On another note, I payed my monthly payment on XX/XX/XXXX due to the fact that previously I had payed up the XX/XX/XXXX th before getting a XXXX day late payment marker. I also called TOYOTA on the XXXX letting them know that I was sending a check for the complete payment on the XX/XX/XXXX since I had refinanced my mortgage to pay off my account with TFS. I was never told that a late payment marker was being applied that day due to lack of payment.

Complaint: I terminated a vehicle lease on XXXX. I took out a new lease on a new vehicle that same day. Lexus Financial Services continued to electronically withdraw, for the next 2 months, money from my account to apply to the car which was returned even though I was free from further financial obligation, and even though I went online to close their access to electronic withdrawals. They reported me once late as " past due '' payments to the XXXX credit reporting agencies, then circumvented my web account management to take money from me. Over a dozen calls to them get no resolution : promises aplenty, but no resolution. Their various departments at LFS do not seem to be able to communcate with each other effectively to solve what should be an easy issue : termination of XXXX lease and initiation of a second.

Complaint: When the lease agreement with Toyota Motor Co. ended XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I chose to purchase the XXXX XXXX XXXX, & TMC received payment from XXXX XXXX XXXX by or before the XXXX date. As of today ( XXXX/XXXX/XXXX ) Title for the vehicle, naming XXXX as lien holder, has not been received. As a result, when the registration expired in XXXX. I was unable to register the vehicle, so I am unable to drive my car. XXXX was, and is still, expecting to see the Title & has been co-operative, so far, while payments to them have been timely. Numerous contacts to TMC, beginning early XXXX, have been made, & each time I have followed the advice of the representative & in return, advised them of the pending registration end date. A lien release was sent to XXXX, KS XXXX XXXX. XXXX KS DMV has joined in contacting TMC regarding need for Title-not a lien release. I was informed on my last inquiry ( XXXX ) that the title had been sent to both the DMV in XXXX, KS & to me at the home address on XXXX XXXX. Neither I nor DMV have received the much needed Title. When I asked if TMC had overnighted the Title, I was told it went out in the regular mail. I also requested, during that same phone contact, a written explanation & apology from TMC-not received-no surprise! XXXX holiday may have caused some delay, but almost 2 weeks-unacceptable! When I phone TMC today, I will tell them I have filed this complaint in the hope that CFPB can get resolution to this frustrating & unnecessary delay.

Complaint: Due to inconvenient circumstances, I was not able to make my payment to Toyota Financial Services. My payment was late for about 4 months and they repossessed my vehicle. After making my payments, I picked up my car from XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NJ. The car was parked in a very small place the middle of the woods behind a truck company with many other severely damaged cars and they were all surrounded by a small fence. My vehicle was in a setting that one would not imagine a {$40000.00} vehicle to be in. However, after picking up my car, I noticed a dent in my driver 's door and the XXXX worker who had picked up the vehicle admitted that it was hit while it was parked there. I then filed a police report and decided to obtain an estimate for this damage. It was about {$2300.00}. After numerous tries of contacting XXXX, who hit my vehicle and never repaired it, I decided to repair the car myself. At this time, I was expecting my monthly car bills from Toyota Financial Services. After four months of waiting, I never recieved my bill. However, last night, XXXX XXXX, 2016, XXXX men came to my house around XXXX XXXX. They woke me from my sleep and asked for the vehicle and I refused to give it to them because I have n't received any bills from my lender. This man disrespected me, my wife and my daughter. He called my daughter uneducated because she did n't know what a lien was. He was mocking me for working at XXXX XXXX, and he threatened us by saying " I 'll bring a chain saw to cut this lock and take the car. '' The only reason he rang my bell was because the car was in my driveway, which was locked. We felt very threatened because Toyota Financial Services has caused consumers like myself to feel anxious and scared because they 're sending people who are telling me that they are coming back with a chain saw to cause damage to my private property, my drive way and maybe even myself. This caused me and my family and my little children to be very scared to the point where we stayed up all night to be ready to call the police at anytime. He also told me that he would show up at my job and that it when he mocked me for working at XXXX XXXX when he said " i will see you at XXXX XXXX '' as I responded with " Okay '' and he continued to ask me " which one? '' in a mocking voice, which I was very offended by. I am filing this complaint because they never sent me any bills so I can pay. I never used online payments so that ca n't be their excuse. The last bill I received from them was on XXXX/XXXX/16 with an amount of {$1900.00}. Also, in the past couple of years of experience with them, i never had to make a call to receive a payment nor make a payment. I always received my payments regularly and it is not a mailing issue because they have my address and I recieve all my other mail on a daily basis normally. This issue is strictly Toyota Financial Services not sending me my bill and then wanting to repossess my vehicle for no reason. The first repossession not only caused physical damage to the vehicle but it caused financial damage for me because I had to pay a total of {$2400.00} just to get my car back which included a {$450.00} fee and another {$690.00} payment to the XXXX guy just to take my car from his grotesque " parking lot '' in the middle of the woods. With this, you can see that I payed {$3100.00} just to obtain my vehicle even though I owed {$1900.00} in payments. So, if i had to pay an extra {$1100.00}, I certainly would not want it to happen again. Therefore, it is their fault that they are not sending me my bill because If i received it, I would have made my payment to avoid all the hardships I had to go through because of them.

Complaint: I traded my XXXX Toyota 4runner in on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. The payoff check was cut on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. My last statement shows that my next payment was due on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. This check was clearly not 30 days past due which is what Toyota is reporting to the credit bureau. I contacted Toyota as soon as I realized that they had not posted the payment to my account. I was told this would not effect my credit report because they did in fact have the payment on time. I called the following 3 months and was told each time that my credit report would be fine as they did have the payment in hand. In XXXX I pulled my report and found they had reported a late payment. I mailed my dispute to the credit dispute research team who never contacted me back. When I called again to follow up I was told there was no one I could talk to, but they would send a note over letting them know that I had never received a letter regarding the investigation even though the investigation was closed and they had determined I was at fault. I have never in my life missed any payments and their representative had no further suggestions for me to be able to get this scar removed from my report. She simply said my payment was late and they were required to report it and that I need not go on and on about it. Given that the balance was paid in full on this account shortly after the " late '' payment I would think that a request to remove this late payment would be granted give then circumstances and evidence provided. I also contacted XXXX during the course of the confusion who also called Toyota and was told this would have no effect on my credit report. Shame on Toyota for your terrible customer service.

Complaint: I recently submitted a complaint via cfpb in regards to toyota motor credit in which they responded with this long winded excuse stating that the settlement of my account never posted for 58 months due to an inadvertent clerical error. I just recieved notification that they have flagged my XXXX credit report as a charged off bad debt and not paid settlement as agreed in their letter. Toyota motorcredit is full of games and this is really getting ridiculously out of control and I feel the need to seek legal counsel if this issue does not get rectified IMMEDIATELY!
