Complaint: I have been denied using the online payment services because I put in accidentally the wrong account number because I have problems with my vision. Both times I had to call them to ask why my can payment was still on my account. Them once time I was late because of medical problem was to sick to get out to send my payment ... It got to a total of {$520.00} before I was able to pay it ... I have to go through XXXX to pay my car payment which cost me an additional {$11.00}. I am elderly and sick which I informed them ... My loan is for 36 months and it expires in XX/XX/2019..

Complaint: I opened an account with TCF called premier 50 in XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX. My account number ends in # XXXX I was not aware that they were going to charge these accelerated fees for nsf checks which they did me in XX/XX/XXXX, for over {$500.00} dollars. My account was only due a charge of {$35.00} or {$70.00} when I learned that I had an overdraft balance. I contacted the bank regarding this ruling asking for a reversal of this amount because I was not aware of this change. There were never any signs posted, nothing in the newspapers, etc that these accelerated charges were about to happen. Since most of the time, I used internet banking, nothing was listed to refer me to this change in policy. Also, there was no information regarding this change at the teller windows. It was almost as if it was hidden since I had opted for statements on line. During the same time I was complaining the television stations carried the story of the upset customers and claims were made to the XXXX controller and Senator XXXX XXXX 's office. TCF still did not reverse these fees. I would have never agreed these fees or services. I was required to pay this {$500.00} before I could close this account. I am requesting a reimbursement of my fees that I paid for this change in policy that was unfair to me in accordance to the recent ruling.

Complaint: I filed an complaint with CFPB in XX/XX/XXXX, Complaint # XXXX against XXXX XXXX XXXX, On XX/XX/XXXX I received an response from XXXX XXXX XXXX via CFPB, stating that all three credit companies would be updated to " Paid in full '' and never late. I applied for a credit card today and learn that their is still a charge off on my credit reporting from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had spoken to a manager with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and made them aware that the information had not been removed for my credit and was informed that it was removed. I spoke with XXXX today XX/XX/XXXX and was informed that the charge off is still reporting and an additional inquiry was added to my credit from XXXX XXXX XXXX, which they were not authorize to place an inquiry on my credit.

Complaint: In summary, on XX/XX/2018, XXXX XXXX received a telephone call from an individual who claimed to work for XXXX. The caller convinced XXXX to grant shared access to the computer screen. The caller then convinced XXXX to log into her online bank account so that XXXX could compensate for computer issues. The caller told XXXX he accidentally deposited too much money into her account. The caller instructed XXXX to send a {$12000.00} money order/ cashiers check to XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX , CA XXXX in order to return the excess amount. XXXX went to her local TCF Bank Branch and obtained a {$12000.00} cashiers check, but before this check was placed in the mail stream XXXX received another telephone call from the XXXX impersonator instructing her to send the check directly to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX / Routing # XXXX instead. The said cashiers check was deposited into XXXX account at approximately XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2018 at the XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, IL XXXX. The transaction receipt indicated funds would be delayed until XX/XX/2018. > > Shortly after the deposit, XXXX was made aware of the fraud scheme by neighbor/ friend/ authorized account user XXXX XXXX . XXXX revisited both XXXX and TCF Bank Branches with XXXX. XXXX requested a stop payment on the cashiers check at TCF to ensure the funds would not become available in the XXXX Account ; however, the TCF bank teller informed XXXX this could not be completed on XX/XX/2018 because the amount was greater than {$5000.00} and required approval from a manager who was already gone for the day. On XX/XX/2018, XXXX helped XXXX file XXXX Police Report # XXXX. The {$12000.00} was returned to XXXX TCF Bank Account for only a few days. XXXX is currently at a loss of {$12000.00} as a result of the fraud scheme. XXXX XXXX spoke with the district attorney XXXX XXXX in California XXXX. She personally reach out to XXXX XXXX and found she also was a person of identity fraud.

Complaint: The vehicle was purchased on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX i received a call in regards to the late payment and after discussion with the agent, I decided to voluntarily surrender the car. I was given instruction on what steps to follow to do so. On XX/XX/XXXX, I forwarded the email as instructed to the loan representative. I continued to receive harassing phone calls and email from XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, i was informed I could not send a typed email and the request would need to written, in which I then wrote and attached a letter asking that the vehicle be picked up. I continued to receive harassing phone calls and emails during the month of XX/XX/XXXX into XX/XX/XXXX. The vehicle was picked up on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a certified letter stating the car was picked up due to the agreement being broken and it would be sold withing 21 days in which I would receive a letter regarding the balance. This has not happened. I filed a complaint with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX in which the XXXX XXXX acknowledges it was a XXXX and that the credit agencies have not been notified, but as of XX/XX/XXXX, the credit bureaus still was not notified of the XXXX and the account currently reflects 180 days late. I also have not received any notification regarding the sell of the vehicle and corrected balance owed.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting negative information to my credit report as a debt collector. The debt they have reported is for {$300.00} from TCF NATIONAL BANK. I do not desire to work with a collection agency under any circumstances for this reported debt. The debt is with TCF NATIONAL BANK and I am able and willing to settle the debt with them. The reason the debt with TCF NATIONAL BANK was not been paid, is because I believe I was charged excessive fees for an overdrawn checking account. I've been in contact with TCF NATIONAL BANK multiple times regarding the debt but did come to an agreement for the settlement amount. I would like to settle this debt with TCF NATIONAL BANK directly.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX is the most recent date I spoke to a manager explaining my reasons and explaining how I will pay my car in full before XXXX ends because I am getting my tax returns. She acknowledged and explained how she will stop the company from harassing me any further and that my car would be ok. Then out of nowhere the next night my car gets towed. Listen read the reviews about this company. They shouldn't even be in business. Even if I have a date to make a payment they call me several times a day they even go as far as to disguise their business number to look like a number here in my area and they're in California I am in Florida. I will tell you I made payments every month. Right now i am the only one working i told them that i will be making payments but it will be between 100 and 150 because right now i am paying all my bills since my wife left her job to take care of our XXXX baby girl. But they insist of throwing it in my face how " this is a business and we need our money '' in fact they sit here and argue with me. Rather than being a patient quiet customer service rep they actually talk back and be smart XXXX about it and argue with you as if they're the customer. And now I am without my car and I cant go to my job because its across the bridge and the city bus doesnt travel that way. Now I will have to get another job on my side of town and that leaves me and my wife without work with XXXX children and one being XXXX. This finance company is straight from hell they dont care about anything. They dont care to be patient stop and listen they dont care about peoples situations nothing. I even called them today XX/XX/XXXX many many time I even called the manager lady that assured me things will be ok and no one answered. I called the dude back that was suppose to have my paper work and he never answered the phone. I got put on hold 5 minutes and more I got transferred a dosing times I left messages and nothing. And I have a time limit before my car gets put up for auction. I hate that company along with everyone else who has left reviews describing how awful they are. That companies name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in California. They suck. I hope this company shuts down. Its terrible

Complaint: Ive had a car loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for almost 3yrs. The amount of my loan was only a few thousand more than it is now this time 3years ago. Theyve over charged me and hardly any of my payments are being applied to my account. I should be almost paid instead it looks like Ive hardly paid. Its effecting my credit by the total amount of loan not hardly changing and my life by this vehicle not getting paid down. Ive not even been working and making sure this vehicle is being paid to not effect my credit and was shocked when I saw its not almost paid off. Talking to them about it has got me absolutely no where.
