Didn't receive notice of right to dispute
Complaint: Receivables Performance XXXX Is reporting on my credit report and I never received a notice from them. I only saw it on my credit report recently and immediately contacted them. This debt should have never even went to collections, it was sent in error.
I am aware of my rights and I do know that collections companies have to send you a 30 day right to dispute to give you the opportunity to dispute it or take care of it and I was not notified. Because this recently showed up without notification it has affected my financing causing me to possibly lose my house. I have contacted my attorney and am prepared to take legal action.
