Complaint: I am writing to dispute the following information that Infiniti Financial Services provided to XXXX. This 30-day late payment is inaccurate because I was setup on automatic payment draft and my payment should have been drafted. Furthermore, I spoke with an associate at Infiniti on XX/XX/19 when I noticed that the website was showing me past due. This associate spoke with me on a recorded line and confirmed more than once that I would not be considered 30 days late because I called and made both payments for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX on the 30th day. I am requesting that Infiniti Financial Services pull this recording for verification and have the 30 day late removed from my credit report to correct the information. I have always paid on time with them and I have excellent credit. After I heard back from Infiniti Financial Services that they were not going to remove the late mark on my credit. I sent a certified letter on XX/XX/2019 requesting that they re-review. I sent it to this address : Infiniti Financial Services Attn : XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX Texas, XXXX, but have not heard back and my credit score dropped significantly due to this 30 day late mark. Over 40 points.

Complaint: We returned Lease of 2016 XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2019 ( Due XX/XX/2019 ) Account # XXXX XXXX XXXX. Then received an invoice for {$2700.00} In XXXX. Immediately responded stating that the first 8,000 miles were used as Demo Car Mileage and Wear and Tear. We received no reply to 4 separate letters sent to Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation ( NMAC ). Now we are receiving letters from XXXX XXXX which is a collection agency for NMAC! In our 4th letter to NMAC they accepted and cashed a check in the amount of {$1300.00} with no reply to correspondence attached to the check. Our credit has been hit, or will be, because of the status with NMAC and we find it very unprofessional that we have not received a reply to same. We feel this act was an illegal manipulation to extort money from us.

Complaint: Since the start of this loan I have made a {$49.00} principal only payment to the loan. That additional principal only payment isn't applied to the loan until sometimes 2-3 months later. I have contacted Nissan to explain to them what is happening on at least 3 different occasions, with the last time most recently. They told me they don't have any records where I have made principal only payments and requested I send them proof that made principal only payments. I sent them copies of cancelled checks where I have made such payments and haven't not heard back from them.

Complaint: I filed for Bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX. Nissan Motors Acceptance also known as Nissan-Infiniti LT ( account # XXXX ) was included in the bankruptcy. I currently have an auto loan and credit card with XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX provides a credit monitoring service ( XXXX XXXX ) to it's member. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX informed me that my credit score was XXXX. Early XX/XX/XXXX, I received an alert from XXXX XXXX informing me that my credit score had dropped by 11 points. I immediately purchased membership to XXXX ( $ XXXX/mo ), XXXX ( $ XXXX/mo ) and XXXX ( $ XXXX/mo ) in order to investigate and dispute the matter. I found that Nissan Motors Acceptance also known as Nissan-Infiniti LT ( account # XXXX ) had reported payment status to all three credit bureaus which caused my credit score to plunge. I filed a dispute with all three credit bureaus. The results came back the same, Nissan Motors Acceptance also known as Nissan-Infiniti LT ( account # XXXX ) confirmed that this account was part of the bankruptcy and that they should not be reporting on this account. However, to date ( XX/XX/XXXX ), my credit score still has not recovered. XXXX at the time Nissan/Infiniti reported in XX/XX/XXXX, my score was XXXX. Today it is currently XXXX. XXXX at the time Nissan/Infiniti reported in XX/XX/XXXX, my score was XXXX. Today it is currently XXXX. XXXX at the time Nissan/Infiniti reported in XX/XX/XXXX, my score was XXXX. Today it is currently XXXX. Today, as I prepared my evidence to upload, I noticed that the last date that Nissan/Infiniti reported to XXXX was XX/XX/XXXX. Nissan/Infiniti is still reporting and ruining my life. The current XXXX report does not reveal the last date reported. XXXX XXXX website is having technical difficulties so I was unable to retrieve a current report. My credit is damaged. I can't apply for many of the credit card offers that I have received since XX/XX/XXXX. I would like to change my residence. I would like to rent a single family home, but I would not qualify for the rental of a house, in an area of my liking, with this damaged credit. I dont know where to begin to attempt to figure out how high my credit score would be if Nissan/Infiniti had not committed this error. All I know is the Nissan/Infiniti has caused me and my credit status grave damages and this must be rectified immediately if not sooner.

Complaint: Please also refer to case # XXXX and XXXX. Problem has been ongoing since XX/XX/2018. I just received a letter from a collection agency for a debt with XXXX. I was neither notified by mail or email or from account online. This began because XXXX was negligent in picking up vehicle from dealer. XXXX forced me to sign false odometer statement ( stated wrong turn in date ) to repair my credit as they would not pickup vehicle and payments and charges kept accruing, along with there harassing phone calls, whenever you call them the first thing they say is " we are going to report you to the credit bureaus if you do not take care of this ". XXXX finally picked up vehicle 1 year and 3 months later!. This is the 3rd time that XXXX has affected my credit report by reporting these bogus charges.I do agree with the end of lease charge but not the other 2 charges. If they are claiming there is XXXX miles on vehicle and then charging me for 2 tires that are only warranted for XXXX miles how nice that is for them to resell vehicle with 2 new tires at my expense, this is normal wear and tear or they should have been disposed of at the end of XXXX mile tire warranty. Again, where was this vehicle for over 1 year and 3 months to accumulate this mileage. Again XXXX negligent for not picking up vehicle.

I was informed that Nissan would pay the last two months ( XXXX and XXXX ), open balance on my Nissan Finance account as an incentive for the new purchase. My issue is, I had accelerated my payments over the past three years with a current balance of {$150.00}. In writing up the new sale, there was no provision for the actual {$540.00} to allow for the actual two months payments. I think Nissan should give me an allowance for the two months even though I met the payment obligation.

Complaint: I loaned a vehicle from XXXX back on XX/XX/2019. The dealership requested Infiniti Financial Services to run a hard inquiry on that day on my credit, which I approved, and I got my car. On XX/XX/2019, when the car was already in my possession, unknown to me, the dealership run another hard inquiry on my credit, which I did not approve. I realized of the mistake a couple of days later and immediately contacted both the dealership and Infiniti Financial Services to remove the unauthorized hard inquiry of XX/XX/XXXX from my credit. Since XXXX, I have been calling XXXX every week to solve this issue. They recognized their mistake and kept telling me that they sent a request to XXXX to remove the hard inquiry from my credit. They told me that it would have been removed in 90 days. After the 90 days, I contacted XXXX and they told me that they did not receive any request from XXXX. I asked XXXX first to re-send the letter to XXXX and second to send me a letter stating that they sent this request to XXXX. After a couple of weeks, I contacted XXXX again to check if this time they received the request from XXXX and again nothing. I asked if I could send them directly the letter that XXXX sent me and they told me that the only entity that can remove the hard inquiry is XXXX. I feel trapped in an endless circle because XXXX keeps saying that they sent the request and XXXX keeps not receiving it.

Complaint: I purchased a 2017 XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/2018 my car was reported stolen. I was told by my insurance company " XXXX '' to not pay my monthly bill because they would pay my remaining balance. Because of that I have three/four months of " mispayed '' monthly bills from my stolen XXXX. My insurance ended up paying the value of the car off, and I'm currently working with GAP to cover the remaining costs. However, Nissan Motor Acceptance has no records of files that I need to proceed with paying the remaining costs of my vehicle. GAP and I have contacted Nissan to obtain Vehicle service contracts that employees are not able to find. Because of length in time my remaining balance has gone into collections. Without the forms of Nissan I am not able to process my GAP claim. I also paid for a Vehicle theft protection to First Automotive by southwestRE but when I called them to cancel it for my GAP claim the company said Nissan never submitted their paperwork.
