When i left the dealer i was not the co-signer i was the main person and the dmv had her car in my name still. I contacted Nissan for the paper work of her car and noticed my name was no longer co signer and now is the " Lease signature '' which also wasn't my signature. & the paper clearly has white out on it. She had moved out of NJ and i was not able to communicate with her properly for her to change the car from my name until she returned to jersey XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX. When i contacted Nissan Financial i was told at one point her car was issued for repo but they never contacted me regarding the matter! she requested to request extend her lease for the car. I never received a notice or was aware that i was needed to extend her lease. I did not agree & she even had me send an email to a worked at Nissan Sales in XXXX XXXXr NJ.. He lead me to believe that i was removing my name from the car so that she can continue to buy out the car instead. i noticed the car was still on my credit in the early months of XXXX when the car was due back after XXXX XXXX. I asked the other person on the lease why would this be on my credit still, she claims she signed a paper with just her name. i contacted Nissan motor acceptance corp end of XX/XX/XXXX and the representative stated in order for the extension to be possible both parties must sign the agreement, I advised i never received a copy of the paper, she confirmed it was only mailed to one address in XXXX XXXX NJ where the other person had moved to. They refused to show me the paper that was completed, it took me calling for about 3-4 from XXXX to XXXX to obtain the copy of the form which shows my name listed, I advised them i did not sign that paper and that's not my signature, my name was just written not even signed. The new representative stated they only mail it to the person on file who request the paper for the extension. i asked how is that even legal if the car was in my name and am telling them i did not sign the paper. they asked me to do a fraud report but the police stations claim because i do not have proof of where she signed the papers i could not complete a report. Nissan needs to be held accountable for this action it has ruined my credit. This may have cost me my career, i was in the process for corrections when all this unfolded and they refused to complete my interview steps because of this issue. Please assist me!

Complaint: I XXXX XXXX was in the market of buying a new car. I was told one thing during the time of purchasing the car and after signing of papers and driving off with the car. Going to the bank to have the car refinanced. I was told that the deal that the car dealership gave me was not what I was told. The interest rate is very high to the point that I can't get anyone to help me refinance my car loan. The value of the car is depreciating faster than making the payments and I was told that the trade in was go toward down payment on my new car. But they got my new car and then added a loan onto my car payments for the old car as well as paying for the new one. This is with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NC XXXX. DealerXXXX. Complaint: I purchased a prepaid extended warranty and maintenance package from Nissan on XX/XX/XXXX, when i purchased my vehicle. The warranty was for a 2012 XXXX XXXX VIN XXXX Warranty # XXXX Application # XXXX. The plan expires XX/XX/XXXX or 100K miles whichever comes first, but unfortunately the car was totaled in a car accident on XX/XX/XXXX. I was informed by a Nissan rep that they would refund me a prorated amount, which will be sent to the Lien holder ( NMAC ) and the amount would be credited against the principle of my loan. When i spoke to Nissan Consumer Affairs they stated they'd send NMAC {$660.00} and it'd take 2-4 weeks. When I called NMAC 4 weeks later they hadn't received anything.
On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted Nissan consumer affairs ( Case # XXXX ) and they stated they were working with the policy administrator to investigate the status of my missing refund check. Then on XX/XX/XXXX they emailed me stating the check had been reissued to NMAC and it'd take another 2-4 weeks. I assumed it was taken care of until i obtained a credit report and saw that NMAC had me in collections for {$660.00}. I tried disputing it through the 3 major credit bureaus but NMAC kept stating the debt was accurate. Finally I filed a report with the XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX NMAC admitted to them that they sent the check to the wrong place and stated they would credit my account for {$670.00}, leaving me with a {$0.00} balance. I accepted this response and patiently waited. It never occurred. I tried disputing it again through XXXX, this time with the report from the XXXX XXXX XXXX, and NMAC refused to revise my credit report, and added even more damage to the report by stating my payments were late from last year to present.

Complaint: When I first receive the vehicle it was {$630.00} which my husband and I was willing to pay but in the process we had a XXXX XXXX XXXX which that made me laid off in my has been laid off so therefore I we were not able to pay our bills for two months. I then got in contact with Nissan and ask them is there anything that they can do for me they indicated that there was nothing that cant be done that I need to make a payment. And in the process of that me and my husband XXXX and divorce which left me with the mortgage Car and bills and our children that I love so much. I was struggling I then called Nissan to explain my situation they put me on a plan where my car note is put to the back but then a week later someone called me and told me that that process did not go in that I need to pay the remaining balance in order to keep my vehicle I woke up one morning to take my kids to the daycare and for me to go to work and my truck was not there this is the worst finance company ever

I also explained that the other credit bureaus, XXXX and XXXX, had also shown that the first date of delinquency was XX/XX/2012. I was later told that the inaccurate information would stay on the credit report. I was disheartened when the representative told me that they did not dispute the information from the creditor.

Complaint: I have an account with XXXX XXXX and I authorized payment to be debited out of my checking account. The draft date was XX/XX/19, in the amount of {$600.00}. I just learned today that the check was not honored. When I check with my banking institution, XXXX/XXXX they stated they would only pay transactions within a {$10.00} range if the debit card was used for the same account. When I reviewed my transactions I had {$590.00} available. I didn't receive any mail stating my account was about to go delinquent prior to the 30 days mark. I didn't receive an email that my account was delinquent. The creditor states they only made phone calls to my old number which continuously rings busy at XXXX. Previously when I had this number, the outgoing message had my voice and now it does not. My number was changed in XX/XX/2019. I was not given the opportunity to remedy an error on my part and the Creditor failed to use due diligence to use all methods to contact me. This is the second car that I purchased from Nissan so they know that I pay my car payment on time. This was out of the ordinary for a customer like myself not to respond to calls or not have a voice mail set up. In normal collections, a representative that is present and reviewing the account would notice this versus someone going through the motions and being robotic. I now have my credit report dinged because of the XXXX.

Complaint: I contacted Nissan Motor Acceptance in regards to my lease and I reviewed the contract and the mileage was incorrect. They show the original mileage being XXXX miles. However, when I contracted the lease the mileage was way above that. I'm not sure what type of tactics there are using however, this could have cost me money at the end of my lease. I called and spoke to a representative and she reviewed title and it showed that the vehicle had well over XXXX miles. She stated that it could have been a typo however this could have been very expensive at the end of my lease.

Complaint: I have an auto Loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I initially purchased my car as a lease. I then brought the vehicle in XXXX upon the end of my 36-month lease and received an auto loan from NMAC.
I was going through some hardships and fell behind on payments. On XX/XX/XXXX my car was repossessed by XXXX. I was able to make the necessary payment of {$1700.00} and retrieved my car the same day. Included in the payment amount was a {$420.00} fee for car storage - even though my car was not even stored at the storage facility for more than 5 hours. NMAC also charged an additional fee of {$450.00} - with no explanation, added to my monthly statement for XX/XX/XXXX. Recently upon logging into my account - I have noticed that the XX/XX/XXXX Statement was not generated and is not accessible to view I later received notice that one of my credit card accounts was being closed because upon the performance of a credit refresh the lending institution noticed a REPOSSESSION on my credit report. This is how I was made aware that a repossession was reported to the credit bureaus from NMAC. Upon receiving this update, I contacted NMAC to get an update as to why that would even be on my credit report - when my car was not repossessed. In fact, my car is in my possession and I continue to make my monthly payments. NMAC transferred me to many representatives that seem to not be able to assist or provide a solid response. The last representative I spoke to in regards to this subject informed me that NMAC was not going to make any updates to remove the repossession from my account and that was not their responsibility. They explained that my car was in fact repossessed. I asked that a manager contact me and I have not, until this day, received a response or a call from anyone at NMAC to address this matter.
I am looking for proper guidance and assistance to have this false and derogatory information removed from my credit report.
Please Note : I am in the midst of contacting the reporting agencies so that they are aware and help me reach amicable resolution with me organization.

Loan balance remaining after the vehicle is repossessed and sold
Complaint: I was struggling towards the end of my lease with Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. I had forgotten to pay some fines and my license got suspended and I was in between places so I didnt get the message. I get pulled over and my car impounded. I call Nissan and inform them that I was having issues and I know Im 2 months late and this will be the third but Ill be able to pay them a week later on payday. They say its not a problem. I pay to get my license restored and my car out the impound with the money I had to pay NMAC with. When I get up to drive to work for the first time in 3 days my car is gone and the police inform me that it was repossessed. I call NMAC and they say since it was so close to the end of the lease they arent willing to take a payment at all and that the car will be auctioned off. They auctioned it off at far lower value than it was worth and Im stuck with a nearly {$9000.00} debt for a car I no longer own. The collection practices by the debt collector have been very persistent. Almost to the point of harassment.

Complaint: In XXXX, my husband & I received a notice ( from XXXX credit monitoring ) that our car payment with Infiniti reported as a 30 day late on our credit report for XXXX. My husband spoke with an infiniti representative who informed him to pay on the XXXX and his payment wouldnt be considered late nor would it report to the credit bureaus. In reality that was far from the truth. INFINITI reported the payment as a 30 day late payment for XXXX. We disputed it with Infiniti and the credit bureaus and the 30 day late was updated for XXXX. We contacted INFINITI once again on XX/XX/19, Infiniti informed us that the payment should not even report for XXXX instead it should be reporting for XXXX. Now this information have to be updated/corrected to XXXX. We received miss information from an Infiniti Representative therefore, the payment should not be considered a 30 day late payment. We are currently in the process of closing on our first home XX/XX/XXXX and this issue has inadvertently affected us. We have less than 30 days to have this issue rectified.
