Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I called Nissan Motor Finance to get a two month extension that they said I was approved for. In Early XX/XX/XXXX they were calling me and telling me I was 3 months behind. I told them I was not because I got the two month extension. They said I was approved for it but it wasnt applied. So I told them to apply it because I was already approved for it. They said they couldnt because I was showing three months behind. I told them that if they would have done it when it was approved I wouldnt be three months behind. I told them that I was going through a lawyer to file bankruptcy and now they are trying to repo the vehicle.

XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct : XXXX XXXX XXXX Vehicle XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Lease amount : {$390.00} Infiniti Financial incorrectly reported that I was 30 day late with my XX/XX/XXXX payment. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called Infiniti financial to make a payment over the telephone and to request to extend my lease to XX/XX/XXXX. When I called I tried to make a payment over the phone, but the representative told me the system was not working to accept the payment. The representative advised me to call later or to make the payment online. I made my XXXX XXXX payment online, on XX/XX/XXXX. I was not more than 30 days late. Payment was made XX/XX/XXXX, but Infiniti payment system did not properly process the payment on time. I should not be punished, and suffered the consequences of having a 30 day late payment history on my credit report for 7 years, for Infiniti 's own mistake. It is not fair. I called and tried to explained this to Infiniti. Instead, I was mocked by the representative, who told me I was lying and that the company couldn't do anything. I should not bear this negative information, just because the company 's own failure to correct its system. I need you're help in reversing this incorrect, 30 days late payment on credit report. Another issue, is that even though I paid, XX/XX/XXXX and now XX/XX/XXXX 's payment. Infiniti reports on my credit, that I owe, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX 's payment. When I asked why, I was explained that they charge in advance and this is why my credit reflects two payments instead of one. This inaccurate information negatively impacts my credit, because it seems that I two payments behind, when I am not. Third, I have requested more than 2 months ago, proof that Infiniti paid 2 parking tickets, I already paid. I called the company numerous time. Every time, I called I get the same answer : " We have requested the information from the Accounting Department. It takes 2 weeks to get it. Once available, we will mail it to you. '' It's been more than 2 months and I have not yet received anything. I appreciate any help in solving these issues. I have tried to talk to Infiniti, without any success. The company is not willing to help. Since XXXX, when I took this lease, I have made payments on time. I have 3 years of on time payment history. I was not late on my XXXX XXXX payment. I should not bear the cost of 7 years of negative, incorrect information, when the company is at fault. Thanks,

Complaint: I purchased a new car through XXXX XXXX in XXXX, NY. My loan was through Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. It was a disaster from the beginning. I went to make my first payment, and they had absolute no record of me, my car, or my account. So days were passing and I was so nervous I would be late for my first payment. I called at least ten times to the dealership to find out what was going on. Nobody k ew a y thing, and they explained the man who sold me the car wouldn't be back for three weeks. I had no choice but to wait, because I had no account with NMAC. So finally XXXX gets back, get talks with the manager, and they discovered the finance manager never submitted my paperwork. Now it's two months in at this point. So I was furious! They were extremely apologetic and said this is a one in a million chance of this happening. Now mind you, if k hadn't said anything, I could have had a free car! But I do the right thing. So that was straightened out and my account was created. I advised them that they better not charge me late fee. So fast forward to a month later I was on my lunch break at work. I ran to the gym, O my way back I got pulled over for not signaling. It was brought to my attention that my license was suspended from a ticket years ago. Now mind you, if I was suspended how did I get Insurance at the dealership through XXXX in my name?!?! So the police said they had to impound the car. They gave me a card with a handwritten shop that my car was being towed to. No such shop exists! For two weeks, at {$150.00} a day, I spent trying to find my car. Finally I called the dealer, explained what happened. They told me they would just buy the car back, and I would owe them {$1000.00} and they would resell it. They said it would not go on my credit, because of all the confusion I had with them, they would do the is for me. I was grateful and went on with my life. Well here we are, with this one my credit as a charge off! I called NMAC and they said they never picked the car up, in fact it was sold at an auction for {$9000.00} and I was responsible for XXXX XXXX.i explained the deal we had, and she said to call them. Well I've been calling for weeks, no returned calls, nothing!

Complaint: I have two leases with XXXX XXXX ( NMAC ). I have made every payment on time on both leases up until this past XXXX of 2019 where I made one late payment on one lease and two late payments on the other lease due to an unexpected family emergency. Since then ( XX/XX/2019 ), I have made all of my lease payments on both cars on time. I even paid the late fees associated with the previous late payments. Now I have a new born daughter and I am trying to get approved for an apartment to accommodate my growing family. But I keep getting denied because of the late payments posted on my credit report and my score has decreased significantly because of this reporting. I contacted XXXX XXXX to explain my situation to the representative and even a supervisor but to no avail. I was told that they do not do courtesy removals of missed payments on credit reports and/or scores. I then asked them what am I supposed to do because with the addition of my daughter I need a better living situation and with the missed payments, it has become hindering to me to be able to get suitable living. The response was a long pause and then an " I'm sorry but we are not able to help you ''. To not continue to have inquiries pile up on my credit report and affect my scores, I have refrained from applying for anymore apartments. But my obviously my family situation has not changed. I still need to have adequate living for my family and my current living arrangement is not good enough. I just feel so helpless. I have been a very responsible person when it comes to my payments and because of one emergency unexpected event in my life where I could not make a payment, I am being punished for it. I'm sure a situation like this has happened to and/or can happen to anyone especially including those who work for XXXX XXXX. But they still showed no compassion.

Complaint: Hi, I have tried repeatedly for over a year to get the title or something stating there is a lien that I can take to the SCDMV and get the license plates so that I can get my South Carolina tags. I personally thought I paid this off in XXXX, at the time I had lost my mother and while taking care of her estate had the mail forwarded to my brothers. So never really thought about it until the tag issue, paid my registration online and carried liability insurance. I never received any phone calls about this or notices. When I called North Carolina DMV to get a copy of the title, they told me there is a lien holder Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp since XXXX but when I call Nissan they tell me they sold the loan to XXXX XXXX and will not even discuss the issue just transfer me to XXXX. I get the run around every time with this recovery company. The excuses are my manager is on another call or break and have held on the line for a minimum of 30 minutes each time. This again, happened today so I have no other option than to file this complaint. If they sold the loan to XXXX XXXX, why does NCDMV have the lienholder as Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp? I would like a resolution if you could help me with this please it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Complaint: I am having issues with my billing statement. I am behind every billing period because for misc. and late fees that was acquired during an incident in XXXX of 2018 with Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp. I was late with a balance owed of {$2400.00} I was going through job loss and needed time to adjust the balance. which I let them know that. I was still making my monthly payments even though I was behind. This lasted two months, but on the third month I was one day away from making my payment with the intentions of paying both due and past amount to get caught up and my car was repossessed. Such a let down for me because I really worked hard to bounce back. Afterwards I wanted to pay off the full balance and they would not accept my visa payment and forced me to catch a bus to XXXX XXXX to pay for the balance. I politely explained this situation with them and asked for understanding. They tacked on {$540.00} tow fee on my statement. Since then i have been current except I refuseed to pay this fee which makes me late every month. I have tried to work with them even escalated to consumer affairs. And nothing has been done for me, a honest hard working customer. I have {$100.00} in late fees now and growing. On top of paying over 11 % in interest from the actual company im financing with this should not have been a problem for them. Please help. I also do not know why my payments have different amounts applied to interest and my principal. Please view the attachments.

Complaint: Hello, I am having trouble paying off a leased vehicle with NMAC. I am leasing a XXXX XXXX XXXX and would like to purchase it prior to the lease end date ( I have 10 payments remaining ). I called NMAC and got a payoff amount of ~ $ 11k plus I need to pay sales tax ( 3 % ) and a {$300.00} fee that is noted in the contract. I have no issues with the amounts due. I spoke to a representative on XX/XX/XXXX who said that I can not send them payment directly and I have to engage a Nissan dealership to facilitate the payment. I went to XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with the Sales Manager XXXX XXXX about facilitating the payment. He told me I would need to pay a {$680.00} doc fee, {$100.00} title fee, have a state inspection and transfer my tag and pay the registration, on top of the payoff, sales tax and {$300.00} payoff fee. This is not only cost prohibitive, but it's corrupt and makes no sense. Why should I have to pay almost {$1000.00} to make a payoff? I spoke to NMAC again on XX/XX/XXXX and explained my experience with the Nissan dealership. The representative could not offer me any other solutions other than to try a different dealership. I asked what NMAC would do if, instead of sending my normal payment, I sent the payoff amount plus the taxes and fees. He said they would send the check back to me. I told him that someone at NMAC must want ~ $ 12k now versus 11 more payments of {$250.00} and for me to give the car back. He said that he can not comment on that. I asked for a supervisor call back and the rep said they do not provide callbacks, but he would transfer me to a supervisor. When he transferred me I got a voicemail for XXXX XXXX? and left a message. I have not received a return call. I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX who told me to facilitate the payoff to NMAC it would cost {$2000.00} more than the payoff amount listed in the letter. I contacted NMAC Customer Service again on XX/XX/XXXX and asked if there were any way for NMAC to help coordinate with a dealership to facilitate the payoff so that I would not have to pay the additional, exorbitant, fees. The rep told me no and I asked to speak to a supervisor. Both the rep and the supervisor told me that if I sent the full payoff amount, the payment would be returned to me. After speaking to a supervisor at length, who also refused to help coordinate the payoff with a dealership, I requested a manager. I was transferred to a manager named XXXX and Im not positive of the last name but I think it was XXXX or something close. However after receiving her voicemail message, when the beep sounded, I started to leave a message but was interrupted by a voice on the line. I asked who it was and she said her name ( maybe XXXX ) and that she was in a call center and had no idea who XXXX was. The practice of forcing a lessee to utilize a dealership and pay an exorbitant amount of fees to facilitate a vehicle payoff is just plain wrong. All I want is to purchase this vehicle for the payoff amount plus the fee listed in the contract. Im sure there is someone at NMAC that would prefer ~ {$12000.00} now vs 10 more payments of {$250.00} and then I turn the car back in to be remarketed. Please let me know if I can provide additional information.

Complaint: This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that NISSAN ACCEPTANCE CO has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to mis-report. Moreover, I was never 30 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask your confirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request must be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Thanks!

Complaint: On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I was involved in a vehicle accident that totaled my XXXX XXXX Infinity vehicle I had just purchased in XX/XX/2019. I had a lease on this vehicle and then refinanced it to purchase it at the end of the lease. Because of this, i was not advised or informed by the bank ( Infinity Financial ) I would be losing any gap insurance protections. As the car was declared a total loss, my insurance company only paid out approximately {$21000.00} as they claimed that was the value of the car. My loan balance was XXXX, therefore I have a deficiency balance of {$8000.00}. I understand I am responsible for this balance, as tragic and unfair of a situation as this is. However, the problem with Infinity Financial is that we had a deal that my monthly car payment would be {$470.00} a month. I have been ONTIME with my payments, even after the car was declared a total loss. They are co-ercing me into paying them the full remaining balance in one lump sum, monies I keep telling them I have no access too. If I had the ability to just write a check for {$8000.00} ... .well I wouldn't be here. Everytime I speak to them it's a nightmare. They insult me and threaten me with credit reporting damage and promise me this account will go to collection if not paid in full by XX/XX/XXXX. I don't understand how I'm supposed to come up with $ XXXX However I can still continue to pay {$470.00} a month until I am able to secure a loan for {$8000.00} to pay them off. The sad part about this, is I am willing to pay the {$8000.00}. I just need TIME to secure financing from a local credit union here in town that will give me a personal loan to pay off Infiniti Financial. However, there threat of negative credit reporting will completely render me unable to obtain this personal loan as it is a requirement by ANY lender that I have a good credit score to qualify. If Infinity Financial makes good on there threat of ruining my credit, well then I can't possibly borrow money from my credit union to pay them.
