Complaint: I had a vehicle lease through NMAC ( Nissan Motors Acceptance Corporation ) for 36 months, my lease ended XX/XX/2019, I had called Nissan several times to ask information about the end of my lease, I was told to get the vehicle inspected with the company that they had provided, after inspection I can return the vehicle anytime between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX because they offer 10 days grace period. I did everything that was asked of me to do. Ireturned the vehicle on XX/XX/2019 ( still within my grace period ). About 3 weeks later I received several phone calls from a rude agent named XXXX from Nissan Collection department stating that I was late on my lease payment and that I needed to pay the amount owed within the next few days. I explained to him that my monthly bill was always being deducted automatically from my bank account, I had made all my payments in full and on time, I also informed him that the car was returned back in XX/XX/2019. He was adamant that I owed the monthly payment, and the car was never returned to Nissan. After going back and forth with me for several minutes I decided that I didnt like the tone at which he was speaking to me and I wanted to speak to someone else. Finally another agent got on the phone to inform me that the dealership did not finish the paperwork for my lease return and as far as they know I owe the monthly payment. Few days later I got a notification that NMAC reported a late payment ( 30 days past due ) to all 3 credit bureaus ; at this point, I was livid I called NMAC again the representative told me that I have never been late and he does not know what Im talking about. All the employees are so rude ( XXXX, XXXX ) and do not care to properly answer any of the questions asked by the customer. It is unfortunate that a big company like NMAC chooses to report fraudulent information on peoples credit report. NMAC is nothing but FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

Complaint: Nissan End of Lease Billing Issues Dear Sir / Madam ; On XX/XX/XXXX I visited the Nissan Dealership located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Florida XXXX in XXXX, FL with the intention of returning my XXXX XXXX XXXX and starting a new lease to cover 2 cars for another 3 years. I was offered by salesman XXXX XXXX a XXXX XXXX XXXX, an improved version of the same car with which I had had a great experience but the Manager on Duty was unable to flex the financing to something that could fit my budget even though I am a Tier 1 Nissan customer. I drove a 1/4 mile to the XXXX Dealership and they gladly leased me 2 brand new XXXX XXXX ( for myself and my wife ) with the same financing options I had just offered Nissan. I totally understand some dealerships are not sales oriented and can't offer flexible options letting deals slip by to companies more success driven. XXXX : XXXX I knew I would be faced with a Nissan End of Lease Termination Fee ( {$390.00} ) and a payment for some scratches ( {$310.00} ) I had on the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX car and I am fine paying what is fair. However, my Lease was originally scheduled to end by XX/XX/XXXX and I had scheduled my last payment of {$240.00} for ( XX/XX/XXXX ) two days before the day I surrendered my car to the XXXX Dealership ( XX/XX/XXXX ) located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL XXXX therefore I could not stop it. Since I did not use the car that month, should I be entitled to a refund of that month 's payment or a partially prorated refund? The reason I am writing this letter is that I believe I have been unfairly treated by the Nissan Financing Department : They sent me an End of Lease Liability Statement dated : XX/XX/XXXX which arrived to my appartment on XX/XX/XXXX ( as can be seen on the USPS Informed Delivered XXXX XXXX, please see attached documentation ) and was due on XX/XX/XXXX. This situation made it impossible for me to pay in time. I have read the Credit Card Act of 2009 which states a lender must provide the borrower at least 21 days grace period to pay a bill. Does this applies to all lenders? Is the Nissan Financing Department excempt from this law? https : XXXX Revises requirements for the timing of payments and the grace period. Requires each periodic statement of payment due to be mailed no later than 21 days before the payment due date. https : XXXX Baffled for the inevitability of a late payment and not knowing what to do I sent a full payment to Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OH XXXX Account : XXXX XXXX XXXX which was received by Nissan as of XX/XX/XXXX as per Bank Statement. However on XX/XX/XXXX I received a Notice of Default from Nissan, 22 days since the original letter was mailed and only 15 days since it was received! I have had credit for over 20 years and never paid late. However Nissan has placed me in a situation that forces me to pay late which might damage my credit and assess me late fees, while charging me the full amount without providing a refund for the payment they received while the car was already returned. I approached the manager " XXXX '' at the dealership on XX/XX/XXXX to request a copy of the " Federal Odometer Statement '' and he said I had to obtain it from the XXXX Dealership where I was told previously XXXX had to provide it. I was not able to obtain it. He also stated the issue I was facing with the timing of the payment to Nissan could not be solved on premises and I had to contact Nissan directly by phone. Complaint: I purchased a used from you XXXX XXXX XXXX. In less than 3 weeks, we had to return the car twice. I contacted the you as well as XXXX. You didn't want to help us with the car, so we surrendered the car because the car was no good. YOU the dealership didn't give us a buyers guide and the car was in an accident. Lots of info was omitted.. If we would have known this, we wouldn't have purchased the car. We disclosed this with the bank and the car was sold at the a auction. I didnt even have the car for a month when it was returned.. plus .. we didnt even know the timeframe for it to be returned. This account is already settled needs to be delete. I got my down payment back. Fix my credit report!!

Complaint: I live in Massachusetts and registration renewals are tied in to the leasing company. Documents get forwarded to the leasing company first and to me when they get around to it. Massachusetts send renewal docs usually 60 days before renewal, I got mine from Nissan Finance 15 days before renewal and renewed the day I got them. My registration expires tomorrow and I have not received the registration or new sticker from Nissan Finance yet, I called today and tried to find out the status and a rep told me they had the new docs but had not sent them out. I could not get a straight answer on when they would send them. If they can't forward the documents required to operate my car in a timely fashion I should not have to pay lease fees in the interim

Complaint: On XX/XX/19, I sent certified letters to NMAC ( Nissan Infinity ), XXXX and XXXX. The letters were sent in response of a repo from XX/XX/XXXX. I stated to XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX that they were reporting false and inaccurate information, ie ... no closing date, no Terms listed, monthly payment still showing an amount, etc. I wanted a deletion because of this inaccurate info. I also included in my letter to NMAC that they illegally replied the vehicle from private property, I was never sent an Accelerated Notice, not a Notice Opportunity to Clear or a Post Repo Notice. They have been reporting a balance more than {$9000.00} but when they received my certified letter, I then received a letter a company not legally able to do business in Ga called XXXX, stating my new balance was over {$3000.00} and they were trying to collect from me. I need this account investigation because of illegal and inaccurate practices. XXXX not XXXX has sent me an explanation or anything and its been over 30 days. Thank you.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I scheduled a one time payment with Nissan Finance to pay my auto lease. I looked at my bank account on XX/XX/2019, and noticed Nissan Finance took out two payments one was with my authorization one wasn't. I contacted Nissan Finance and explained the situation to them and they stated I had to provide bank statements proving the funds were taken twice which I have no problem doing however, I did not give Nissan authorization to take two payments and was never notified of a 2nd payment that was scheduled. I tried to explain to the chat rep and the customer service rep that Nissan did not have permission and they kept stating that I have to wait 21 days and i'll get a refund in 5-7 business days after the fact. To me this is absurd it was Nissans mistake by taking an unauthorized payment. If Nissan is saying I scheduled two payments I would like proof of this they must have analytics they run in the background to prove I clicked the " authorize payment '' button.

The insurance company paid for the value of the car but still owed $XXXX. Called NMAC and was told the loan would be transferred to Lost Recovery with no option for negotiation. Was told negotiation would need to be handled there.Called Lost Recovery and stated that I would like to not miss any months of payment, and would like to continue paying the loan under the original terms until the balance was $XXXX. NMAC agreed, was told that so long as I made the payments on time and in full, that the loan account status would not turn into a charge-off.XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX, continued to make payments of $350 (original monthly payment: $XXXX) until $XXXX balance. Completed the final payment over the phone to NMAC Lost Recovery and was told that I would send a letter that my account was paid-in-full and in good standing and the results would be reported to the credit bureaus.XX/XX/XXXX: I never received said letter to my address and the credit bureaus reported a charge-off.Called NMAC on XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX XXXX. Duration: 9min 56sec. Requested a reason the charge-off was reported when the original agreement was that it would not list as a charge-off so long as I paid the account on-time and in-full. The agent informed me that the bureaus were slow to update their information and they would put in a request to remove it.XX/XX/XXXX - Information was updated to correct info and account was in good standing.XX/XX/XXXX - Credit monitoring informs me that there was an update to my NMAC account. Shows the account is now OPEN with a balance of $XXXX. No affect to credit score, but now shows incorrect information. Dispute it with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Results recieved on XX/XX/XXXX now show that NMAC reported it now as a charge-off, closed and amount written off $XXXX. Again, the wrong information.Called NMAC on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX. Duration: 21 minutes, 3 seconds. Requested a letter on the status of the account. Was told again that the bureaus are slow to update their information and it could be up to 60 days for them to update my reports.The neighbor in my complex contacted management that they received someone else's mail on XX/XX/XXXX. Management contacted me as my name is on file. NMAC put unit "XXXX" in both the street number and unit. On my portal, my correct address was listed with the correct address. NMAC Lost Recovery sent MY sensitive credit information to the wrong address. The letter could have very well never reached me if my apartment management wasn't able to handle this situation.Called NMAC on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX. Duration: 8 minutes, 36 seconds. Was told that I could not speak with Lost Recovery as they were closed that day (Sunday).Dispute with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Upload letter, but XXXX states that the information was already updated and I would need to consult with the lender.

Complaint: I made a verbal agreement with Nissan of XXXX XXXX finance officer XXXX XXXX for an out the door price of a little under {$27000.00} for a XXXX XXXX vin # XXXX. While signing papers After XXXX XXXX XXXX asked me questions and complimented my appearance and job as a XXXX XXXX XXXX profusely. When we got to the purchase agreement I pointed to the bottom number of {$27000.00} as said that it was more than our agreed upon price. He said it was because I was paying what was owed on the lease. I signed the paper thinking that was my purchase price. When I got home I was looking over the paper as saw that he lied. The amount mentioned was my loan agreement not the purchase price. My down payment had been added to the verbally agreed upon price and that was the sale price. I arrived at Nissan of XXXX XXXX at opening but was told I had no recourse but to speak with XXXX XXXX I waited over an hour to find out he was not due in till XXXX and his manager XXXX XXXX at XXXX. I will return at that time. XXXX was unethical by distracting me while and lying to me. I made it clear multiple times that the agreed upon purchase price was the out the door price of about {$27000.00}. XXXX lied to me multiple times.

Complaint: XX/XX/2017 I went to XXXX Nissan to do a trade in payoff for a new car which was a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Me and my co-sign XXXX XXXX got approved by Nissan motors acceptance corporation. We both signed paperwork for the car but not technically on the same day of the purchase. After we were told that the paperwork was cleared and spoke to a representative from Nissan motors acceptance to answer questions, everything was fine and we had to wait to receive our account number and other information through the mail. Soo the next week on XX/XX/2017 I got into a bad car accident with an off duty police officer and the car got total. The next day or couple of days after the accident, I told the dealership my situation and being that I had gap insurance and my auto insurance sent out a settlement check for the car. At the time I told the dealership, they wanted me to come in on XX/XX/2017 to come in and signed another contract for a different bank which was XXXX XXXX and told me that the gap insurance was still going to cover the remaining balance left on the loan for the car. Also, with the new contract I noticed that they wanted to switch me as co-signer and my girlfriend as primary buyer which was kind of confusing because onnthe first contract I signed on XXXX XXXX, I was the primary buyer and my girlfriend was the co-signer. After the contract was signed, I contacted gap insurance to file a claim on the vehicle and was told that I cant file a claim on the car because the accident happened on XX/XX/2017 and I signed the contract on XX/XX/2017. In they system nothing showed up about Nissan motors acceptance which I signed on XX/XX/2017 only the XXXX XXXX contract. They told me to contact Nissan motors acceptance to get a account number to dig deeper into they system to find out the issue which I did and they told me no account exist in they system using my name and social security numbers. I contacted gap insurance back and shared the information I got from Nissan motors acceptance and they told me its nothing they can do because the contract was signed on the XXXX of XXXX and the accident occurred on XX/XX/2017. Apparently, we were lied to about the paperwork being good and basically been driving the vehicle of the lot with no loan. Now Im stuck with the XXXX XXXX loan and I dont even have the car in my possession. Its really affecting me and I cant do anything unless this loan gets resolved and removed from my credit. This need to be fixed ASAP!

Complaint: I traded my 2015 XXXX XXXX lease two month early of contract for a new 2019 XXXX XXXX lease. Infiniti of XXXX XXXX the Dealer promised to waived the last two payments on my 2015 lease per the program offered at IFS. I received a bill for the two payments from Infiniti Financial Services for the two payments left on my lease. I contacted both IFS and the dealer to explained that I was promised this would be waived if I trade my two months early of contract. The dealer Infiniti of XXXX XXXX Finance Manager and Infiniti Finance Services personnel both agreed that it was a mistake on their part and that I was NOT responsible for this balance. Two months, nothing was done, I received notices from Infiniti Financial Services demanding payment for the balance. I contacted again, both the dealer and IFS to find out why they still did not process the waiver for the two payments. I was told every time that is being handled by a different personnel or department and not worry about. Three months later, I received a collection notice from a third party collection agency that my account was in default. I contact Infiniti Consumer Complaints and was told someone will handle my account XXXX. Nothing has been done. Every single time, I get transfer to someone new. The General Manager at Infiniti of XXXX XXXX continues to blame Infiniti financial and stating that they are suppose to waive the two payments and that since this was not been done that he will have their accounting department send a check to pay off the balance. Another 30 days go by, nor the dealer or Infiniti Finance Services have done what they promised. Now whenever I contact the dealer Finance manger or General Manager I get a voice mail. Infiniti Finance Services and the Dealer have been giving me the round around for almost 5 months. My account still shows unpaid and now in a third party Collection Agency.

Complaint: At the end of my lease with infiniti, I went into a new lease with them. The dealership waived my last payment and I have had my new car for 15+ months. The outstanding last payment of {$430.00} that was waived by the dealership through infiniti financial services has not been updated as closed and is still showing as an open balance. Ive tried to resolve this through them and they have not helped at all. This is my last attempt to have it removed before my attorney becomes involved for falsely reporting this outstanding balance for more than a year. My brother was a co-signer on this lease and its causing him harm as well.

I said I have you that already and advised me that he was speaking to XXXX XXXX and the payment will be there on Friday ... He said I can't document it because he didn't her the unit ... I advised him of the arrangement again, and he stated that if I didn't repeat myself, they will keep calling me calling me ... I repeated the arrangement and then asked for the supervisor.. I explained to her the something, and she refused to document the arrangement. I the received a call at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX on my work phone XXXX ... for an arrangement that I have to both the collector and the supervisor ... I told them not to call me because the have the arrangement and if they did that I would report the company for harassment ... The response was That is your " discretion ''
