Complaint: On XX/XX/2016, my family came over to my place in XXXX, XXXX for dinner before I drive to XXXX. One of family members asked if she could use my computer to pay her Nissan bill. I allowed her to do so. Everything was fine until on the XXXX while I was driving on the hwy and need to put gas in my car. My debit card was not working, I noticed that the balance on my XXXX account was lower than it should be. I found that there were two unauthorized transactions on my account. After I asked XXXX [ my mother ] to add me as authorized user, I contacted Nissan as soon as possible and were asked to help them locate both XXXX and the vehicle before we could move on to the refund process. When we found the vehicle at one of the Nissan dealers in XXXX, I contacted the same Nissan employee to inquire about the refund but could n't get her to pick up the phone. I left many voice messages but she never returns my calls. I also reported to XXXX but Nissan told XXXX and me to give them 45 days but they never response to my complaint.
I would like to point out that the vehicle was n't under my name and never authorized anyone to use my bank account to pay for the transactions. Nissan should have protected me and refund the money after my first call and should n't have asked me to help locate the vehicle or the person in the first place.
These are the transactions info obtained from XXXX : 1. # XXXX XX/XX/2016 {$1200.00} [ this amount included {$20.00} XXXX fee ] * 2. # XXXX XXXX/XXXX/2016 {$1500.00} [ this amount included {$20.00} XXXX fee ] * I 'll deal with XXXX fees on my own, please exclude that amount.

Complaint: Nissan hit me with a 30-day late fee for my car payment. What had happened was Nissan FAILED to send me a bill, so I forgot to pay it. It was my understanding that they are required to send me a bill every month for my loan. We called Nissan and explained what happened - they said they would waive the late fee and would make sure that the late payment did n't show up on our credit report. Not only did it show up, but it shows up as two 30-day late payments. I called Nissan to discuss, and they said " ok, we will review your complaint and send you a letter with our determination within 30 days. '' I never received anything in the mail or via email, and was never contacted about it again.
This is the only derogatory item in my credit report - goes to show that my creditworthiness is outstanding, and that I had no reason to miss car payments. I have over {$15000.00} of available revolving credit, and I 'm utilizing less than 5 % of it. This incident does not accurately reflect my creditworthiness, and I feel that Nissan has been dishonest with me and has not acted within the bounds of the Fair Billing Act and the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act in its dealings with this situation.
In my credit report, it says " late dates : XXXX - 30 [ days ] '' however, it lists two 30-day lates under " number of 30-day past due payments '' - please see attached screenshot of my credit report. There is also innacurate information showing under trended data for XXXX 2016, when a full payment was obviously made but not fully and correctly reported.
If Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation has a record of the phone call, the call was likely made from XXXX of XXXX numbers : XXXX or XXXX. Please contact me for further information if needed. I have nothing to hide and will fully cooperate until this is handled property.

Complaint: In 2011 I moved to be with my XXXX father, a VA Veteran, XXXX. I moved from XXXX to XXXX NV and informed Infiniti via phone to update the billing address on file. So that the payment would work. Apparently the lady that " helped '' me never completed the address change. Once I got the forwarded late payment notice from the USPS Mail Forwarding I had set up, I paid the payment to the car. I called and asked if they could wave it since it was their fault, the refused. I was NEVER late like that. I pay my bills. I have XXXX % credit utilization. Now this late payment is stopping me from getting a FHA/VA Loan for my XXXX house. I want the late payment removed since I was technically helping a VET, who served his country for 30 years. My dad has since passed and he would want me to stand up for what is right here. DO THE RIGHT THING INFINITI. Remove this 5 year old " 30-day '' late payment on a {$42000.00} car I bought and payed off clean as a whistle.

Complaint: I bought a XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. Initially, I did not want to buy XXXX, but after seeing the way the XXXX handled itself on the road, I was convinced.
I have had nothing but trouble with XXXX since I purchased it last year, mainly with the customer service department at Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation, which has ranged from rude to downright unprofessional. I made an arrangement with an executive in XX/XX/XXXX to pay the first of several back payments. XXXX days after I made the arrangement, I was contacted by a repo agent, who showed up to my apartment at XXXX to repossess my car. He did not update his information and took my car. I contacted the company to retrieve it. The repo agent came back with it the next day, along with a sorry excuse of an apology. I went to the recovery company where he was hired to get some sort of compensation for the XXXX he and XXXX put me through.
I tried to make amends in terms of reconciling my delinquent account. I was well on my way to fulfilling that when I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in XXXX 2016, which required my car to be fixed. The at-fault insurance company wrote me a check for the amount of the damage and the body shop would have been paid, had I not used most of my repair money to pay XXXX!
I asked XXXX for assistance to help secure my vehicle by paying the body shop ( where it was still sitting XXXX the {$2200.00} I still owe. They initially refused to help me. When I asked the executive specialist, XXXX, to refund my money so I can pay the owner, she said that XXXX would not do that. When I asked that same XXXX to let me speak to someone over her, she refused to let me talk to someone, as she was the last point of contact. I also spoke with a XXXX in their repossession department, who was the one who coerced me into repossessing my vehicle and whose exact words were, " food for thought, we can, with your permission, have your car seized from the body shop, we 'd pay for the fees and you would need to speak with the reinstatement department to possibly make arrangements to pay the storage fees and they may be able to work out a payment plan for the rest. Your account is in good standing but we want to try to help you. '' I told XXXX to give me time to raise the money on my own before I took that route. When I was unsuccessful in raising it on my own, I reluctantly and tearfully had my car seized. I was never sent a letter as to how to retrieve my vehicle or possessions, nor was I told that my car was being sold into auction XX/XX/XXXX, I found out from the Illinois Attorney General 's office, whom I also made an unsuccessful complaint against XXXX with.
Because I chose XXXX, I was hounded, harassed, and humiliated by their customer service representatives, supervisors and managers, all of whom treated me like a criminal when I found myself late with my payments. Even after I made payments on what I owed, they still found a way to treat me horribly.
I know that having my car repossessed while my account was in good standing was, in and of itself VERY ILLEGAL. I also know that, after making an initial arrangement in XX/XX/XXXX to pay the late XX/XX/XXXX payment with a XXXX executive specialist, only to have my car repossessed BY MISTAKE XXXX days later and I had to fight like XXXX to get my car back, I was not supposed to pay XXXX for that error and I will not pay them either.
I am attaching the copies of my bank statements, the extension agreement, the letter from the Illinois Attorney General 's office, as well as an escalation letter sent on my behalf by XXXX, who is also working with me to get this repossession ( now charge off ) removed from my credit reports.

Complaint: was offered to switch out of my current lease early to a new lease for a XXXX XXXX. after negotiations I have chosen to proceed with that. The dealership took over my previous car and gave me a new car per contract. The dealership was suppose to payoff my previous lease. In addition, there was a missing part, a home charger, which was missing from a new car. what was offered was to keep my existing charger and they would order a new one, or to just keep my old one for the duration of the new lease as it serves the same purposes and has no difference from the new to the old car. First, month and a half after the transaction, my wife started to receive collection calls from Nissan as the lease payment was not done. The callers were rude, unyielding and not understanding of the situation. After contacting the dealership, it turned out that they neglected to process the return and failed to notify Nissan of the transaction. It took numerous calls, horrific conversation until the dealership finally paid off their obligation and the calls stopped. Now, in later XXXX a new letter arrived which stated that the lease return had an outstanding balance, which was incorrect as the dealership was taking over everything and bought out the lease. after contacting the dealership and expressing this concern, I was assured that this was going to be taking cared off. The reason why there was a balance was due to the vehicle being returned off of lease with no charger. This again was a problem as I was never given one and again was told by the dealership as there was a missing charger, to keep the one I had before. Again, the dealership failed to notify Nissan of this issue. At the same time, I contacted Nissan and expressed my frustration with this issue and described the issue to them, during which time I also filed a complaint against a dealership. Now my wife is receiving harassing phone calls at work saying this issue with the balance has been sent to collections, being rude and completely unapologetic, not caring of the issue and threatening. This is completely wrong, this is fraud and negligent. The public needs to know the hazards that this presents in doing business with Nissan and this dealership. They should not be able to operate in this misrepresenting manner to deceive the public and then collude to through them into this spiral of collections and proving their right.

Complaint: I completed my lease 36 month lease agreement with Nissan Motor Acceptance Company in XXXX 2016. When I took the car back to the dealership I signed all of my papers and had a balance due of {$0.00}. The leasing officer at Nissan told me that if any additional monies were owed such as the disposition fee, it would be sent in the mail. On XXXX XXXX ( 3 months later ), I received a letter stating my account was in collections for {$390.00} ( disposition fee ). At this point after also receiving multiple collection calls, I contacted Nissan on XXXX/XXXX/16 and let them know that I had not received any letters and questioned why this account was in collections. The first representative I spoke to said that letters were mailed but she could not send me proof that they were sent. I found this to be false so I escalated to a supervisor. The supervisor indicated that letters were mailed and were mailed to my current address. I asked for proof of the letters and the supervisor sent them to my personal email. Sure enough the letters were sent to an address I had lived in 3 years prior when the lease was originated. After receiving multiple collections calls I contacted Nissan again on XXXX/XXXX/16 to explain to them I did n't receive these letters and that this remaining balance should not be in collections. After being transferred multiple times I was put on with a supervisor that stated the statements were mailed in error to the wrong address as my address had been updated in the past. I told the supervisor that my account is not being handled appropriately and I should not be in a collections status. She informed me that I still had X amount of days before they would report to the credit agencies. There are several issues I have with the way Nissan is handling this : 1. They sent a collections letter to the proper address but my final statements and bill were not sent to the correct address. 2. This is unfair treatment as I am not being given the same amount of time to pay the remaining bill as someone who would have received their final bill. One month to be exact. 3. I asked the supervisor for the remaining balance which was a disposition fee of {$390.00} to be waived for the inconveniences this has caused me ( multiple calls to NMAC trying to get my issue resolved, possibility of having my credit impacted which could financially harm me in the future, receiving collection calls for something I was never given proper time to pay ). The supervisor stated that legally they could not waive this fee because doing so they would have to waive for all customers. I find this interesting that they will waive this fee I sign a new lease or buy a new car from them ( customer loyalty program ) but they will not waive if they make an error, harass a customer via collection methods, and impact their credit worthiness. I am requesting that the remaining balance of {$390.00} be removed by Nissan for the many reasons state above.

Complaint: I leased a Nissan Sentra for my daughter from XXXX XXXX in XXXX. My daughter lives XXXX The vehicle was registered in XXXX. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation paid XXXX State Tax on the vehicle and billed me for that Tax. I live in XXXX. I worked with XXXX and NMAC for several years attempting to resolve the issue. XXXX noted that the issue seems to have been resolved by NMAC. This was in XXXX of 2013. Recently I approached my bank to get a loan to buy out a lease. Complaint: In XXXX 2013 my sister I were shopping for vehicles and a dealer at Nissan incorrectly put my name on her car loan. I purchased my vehicle the next day from a different dealership. I checked my credit report serveral months later and saw the mistake. Nissan refused to change the paperwork and my credit and dti suffered tremendously from this error. I have disputed this account serveral times and only one of the credit bureaus removed it from my report. All payments made to the account were made by my sister from her bank account and not mine. I believe this was an illegal straw purchase made by the dealer on behalf of dealership to make a sale.
