Complaint: This is for Loan # XXXX When I leased the new infiniti from XXXX Infiniti on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX they verified that my car insurance with XXXX XXXX XXXX was active. I gave them a copy of my insurance card with XXXX an d Infiniti Finance to up date vin # and verify with XXXX XXXX that Insurance was in force. I was rear ended in an accident by a dump truck. The accident was not my fault. When I called XXXX XXXX XXXX to let them know I was involved in a car accident, they told me I was not covered. I contacte d Infiiniti Finance im mediately to let them know of their error and that I was not goi ng to drive the vehicle in a damaged state. I can not drive their vehicle in its unintended condition. Thus, I returned their vehicle to XXXX Infiniti in XXXX . I told them I was not going to make any future lease payments until they repaired their vehicle. I gave them all of the Insurance information from the other driver. They were going to call me back a month ago and agreed to not put anything on my credit report. However, they have and it is Fraud

Complaint: Hello, Inadvertently this complaint ( XXXX ) was closed. Nissan sent a reply but that reply is inaccurrate & they lied in that letter. They have made this look like I was at fault. Consumer protection is in place for harrassing calls which I received over XXXX per day for over 14 days. A Nissan representative even told me I was placed on autotomatic dialer which I never game permission for this. My statement to be placed on the do not call list was way after their harrassing attemps. My loan was XXXX XXXX XXXX but in XXXX XXXX I requested a payment date change to the XXXX each month. I have paid my loan consistently with also receiving XXXX extensions but paid my loan each time NEVER LATE. In XXXX XXXX I split my payment & STILL PAID within 30 days ... never late. I clearly explained I would be paying my loan for the next couple of months past the XXXX but never later than 30 days. I was told that was XXXX & I would receive " A '' call as a reminder. But I received XXXX calls plus per day for XXXX plus days. THIS IS HARRASSMENT. Nissan broke the law and consumer protection. I WILL HIRE an ATTORNEY to sue Nissan if they do not apply the XXXX per call as settlement. Thank you.

Complaint: Nissan-Infiniti LT is repo rting my account late on all three credit reporting bureaus and I have never paid late. I have an impeccable record for the last year that I have had this lease. In fact, I have another Nissan loan in my name as a co-signer for my daughter and my husband has a Nissan le ase as well. All three have impeccable records for payment. I have requested the removal of the negative credit reporting but have not received a response. This wrongful reporting has caused my credit scores to decrease by up to XXXX points.

Complaint: I have been one to always stay on top of my debts. I have an auto loan with Nissan that I have never been late on. I paid my account via phone during the month of XXXX, when I called I was advised that I had fallen 30 days late. I stated to Nissan that I was aware that my payment was made on the XXXX day. However, I was told that since the payment would n't post until the next business day I was in fact 30 days late. I explained to the rep, I even spoke to two supervisors who advised me that there was nothing that I can do. I explained that I was a XXXX Vet and that I was juggling two households because I take care of my father under XXXX. I even wrote them a letter pleading my case. That I did n't intend to fall behind, I just let the date get beyond me. This is affecting my credit and my employment because I need a security clearance to perform my job. I am in jeopardy of loosing my job if I do n't get this late pay removed from my credit.

Complaint: XX/XX/2017 I put in a request to have my XX/XX/2017 and XX/XX/2017 payments Deferred to end of loan. The individual I spoke to at that time had agreed to email me over the form I need to fill out in order to get that in place and XXXX hours to send out and I can email it back in to make sure it was received on time so it would n't be marked late. I waited and never received the email. So I called back and another person said they would resend again.Still never got email. On XX/XX/2017 I spoke with another gentleman and he figured out the reason it did n't go through was because no password was assigned when they sent it out which there system would not actually send it. I stayed on phone with him over XXXX mins to allow him to fix issue and email me. He advised me on the call that I could email it for faster service and upon processing it if it were late they would adjust late off credit report. I filled it out and emailed it back right away when I received it. I got a call 2 days letter saying they did n't receive my email to go ahead and fax it and upon receiving the fax they would fix issue and adjust the late on credit report. I faxed and emailed again right then and there. Now that it is reflecting late on my credit report they are now telling me it 's my fault and they will not be removing late. How is it my fault when I called with plenty of time for deferment to be processed representatives just did n't do their job correctly the first 2 times.

Complaint: Beginning in XXXX, I visited the XXXX dealership in XXXX, TX. I was purchasing another vehicle and decided to take my XX/XX/XXXX XXXX to the service department. I was having issues with my XXXX, which is covered under the extended bumper-to-bumper warranty I purchased.
I dropped my car off for them to look at the XXXX issue and to perform a XXXX mile tune-up on my car, which cost me over {$700.00}! When I came to pick my car up a few days later, I noticed after leaving the dealership the XXXX issue was not resolved. I immediately called the dealership and they advised me to bring it back in a few days, which I did.
Upon bringing the car back for the SECOND time, the XXXX dealership put me into a rental. They kept my car for a WEEK and then called saying they were not certain what the issue was and I needed to come get the car. They said they would order a new radio and when it was received I could bring it back and they would replace it.
I later brought my car back and they put me into a rental car again. This time the dealership kept my car for FIVE solid weeks. They returned my car to me on XXXX, which is the last day my warranty was valid.
After leaving with the car, we noticed the XXXX issue still was not resolved and now we were having additional issues with electronic components ( thermostat read XXXX degrees, all of the time, and when I changed the temperature of the air conditioning it would also change the mode, which are controlled separately ) Again, I called the dealership to let them know. I was asked to bring the car up there on XXXX at XXXX Unfortunately, I was unable to make it to the dealership in the morning due to work ; however, we brought the car up there at XXXX - just six hours later.
When my boyfriend arrived at the dealership he was informed that they would not look at the car because we were not there on time, they would not simply take the car and give us a rental because they had to diagnose the car to ensure something was wrong with it - mind you - this is NOT a new problem. The manager, XXXX refused to talk to me on the phone and made me speak with the Service Guy and she also said that unless we could prove that they caused the additional electrical issues, we were going to have to pay for those out of pocket.
It is ridiculous that a consumer can pay thousands of dollars for a warranty, be charged interest on top of that, and not receive the level of service they should. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

Complaint: I always pay my auto loan online using my credit union 's online bill pay feature. For that reason, I never open the bill envelope from Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation because I 've never paid by mail. NMAC I just found out has been charging me a {$22.00} late fee each month for years now because I paid past the XX/XX/XXXX of the month. This is wrong for many reasons. No mortgage company ( which essentially the NMAC is ) ever applies a late fee until at least two weeks into the month. To apply a late fee for paying past the 2nd day of the month is unheard of in the mortgage industry. For that reason, I am asking that they refund all of the late fees they charged me plus the interest that accrued on those fees. I have never missed a payment nor have I ever paid past the XX/XX/XXXX of the month ( perhaps only a couple of times ). So their late fees are simply outrageous and fraudulent.
