Complaint: I was never notified as the co-applicant that payments where late.
My son XXXX XXXX who has XXXX tried on a number of occasions to resolve this issue. He spoke to representative name XXXX @ XXXX she never offered XXXX any type of alternatives to keep the car. Only to pay the balance in full, he tried on several occasion try to explain to her that he worked for a hotel and during the summer months his hours are cut in half. Because of his XXXX it is hard for him to find work and explain himself over the phone. I wish XXXX would have contacted me about the loan I could have helped solve the issue. Understand XXXX was trying to handle this issue on his own, but when someone has no compassion or respect for someone with a XXXX it is hard.
I feel that if XXXX would have showed some amount of concern or compassion for XXXX or valued him as a client and appreciate his business he would still have his car. She never offer to move his past due payments to the end of his loan.

Complaint: My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of : Louisiana I recently financed a vehicle at a dealership with a co-signer. The agreement was for me to be the buyer and my mother to be the co-signer. Recently my mother received all the information for the car license plate, payment, etc. And it has her listed as the buyer and me as the co-signer which is incorrect. How can we get that fixed? The dealership says it does n't matter who name is first it 's the exact same thing. We will be more comfortable with me as the buyer since I 'm the one making payments to help improve my credit score. Once asked about switching it to the correct way. Seller says it would increase my monthly payment by {$100.00} if I get put as the buyer. Do anyone has any insight on this?

Complaint: About 23 months ago I went to a Nissan dealership in XXXX, UT to look into a lease. I test drove a few cars and afterwards the salesman had me speak with his manager and store manager. They were all friendly and told me stories about their family members who are also service members. I told them that I was just looking and not ready to lease. After talking for several minutes, and much pressure from all 3 characters I decided to move forward with the lease. I told them several times that I only had {$500.00} to put down. They insisted over and over again and I ended up putting {$1500.00} on my credit card. I also told them I wanted full market value for my car that I was trading in, which was {$10000.00}. They gave me {$6000.00} for my car. After all was said and done I was stuck with a high monthly payment of {$400.00} for a sedan lease, was undercut {$4000.00} on my trade, and was pressured into a bogus deal and a {$1500.00} debt of money I did n't have. I thought I could trust these guys since they talked so sincerely about their kin who were service members, but I ended getting played. Never doing business with them again. Please learn from my terrible experience and do n't let con salespeople like these man trick you into giving money you do n't have and making false connections with you just for your money.

I am concerned about my credit because I was recently denied a loan and my existing credit accounts have increased my interest rates. Complaint: Gentlemen, Sometime of XX/XX/XXXX XXXX of Arizona posted an On-Line advertisement for a XX/XX/XXXX XXXX for {$22000.00} and went to the Dealer and Traded-In my XX/XX/XXXX XXXX for {$12.00} since, I needed a bigger size sedan. The Dealer optaine financing from the Nissan Motors Acceptance Corp. for XXXX % interest for me with XXXX months term.which included an Extended Warranty for {$2500.00} and {$1000.00} Gap Insurance. And I found out after driving home while reviewing the sale contract. The Dealer had charged the said car for {$26000.00} instead the {$22000.00} as what they advertised for the same car. I made a complaint with Arizona State Attorney Genera Office. The said Dealer had adjusted the said price and reduced the price of the GAP insurance to {$590.00} and cancelled the rest of the added option. However, The Nissan XXXX did n't adjust my monthly payment after the said adjustment. My Contract account number with Nissan XXXX is XXXX That started on XX/XX/XXXX and will end XX/XX/XXXX respectively. The original amount finance was {$35000.00} as I was upside down on my Trade-In. After the dealer returned and all those price adjustment and cancellation of all the add-ons. The Nissan XXXX failed to adjust the monthly payment term. I used to pay on my old car just {$310.00} a month. With my New Car Nissan XXXX. It cost me {$550.00} a month. I want them to restructure my car loan with them. For reasons I am a working XXXX. The {$550.00} monthly payments is blowing my budget. And might fall behind in my payment with them. I never missed a single payment with them. But, XXXX XXXX will affect my budget as time at work. I am appealing to your good office to intercede on my behalf. As I can foresee the bleak future ahead while balancing my financial obligation and the XXXX advancement for me and the future. I do hope the Nissan XXXX Dept. We give me their utmost consideration with all my undertaking. They are even rewarding XXXX with bonus rebates. All I am asking from them is to restructure my loan and payment. Even, Giving me a XXXX months term to lower my payment and achieves my goal and XXXX at the same time with a good standing with them and be a loyal customer hopefully if things turn out for the better in my situations.

Complaint: Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation is refusing to provide a copy of the lien release documentation. The account was paid in full XX/XX/XXXX and as of this date I do not have the proper documentation to be able to get clean title in Colorado. The documentation was sent to the wrong state XXXX and I am now unable to get title to my vehicle in the state in which the vehicle is registered. NMAC has known about our change of address and state change since fall XXXX, but they did not update their records or advise that we needed to do anything different to update the title information.

Complaint: Hello, I am filing a complaint against Nissan Finance located in XXXX, OH for harrassing phone calls. These calls started on XX/XX/2017 and have come at a rate of at least ten calls per day, everyday to current date. The calls are starting at XXXX to XXXX ET. They are coming from XXXX mostly, however, since I am not responding they are calling from several other numbers. I have explained to Nissan that I am running behind on meeting my obligations on time each month however, have paid them each monthly payment, although late. Currently I owe one month ... but continue to receive harrassing calls.
This company has violated the FDCPA laws by calling before XXXX & after XXXX. They are calling multiply occassions every day. I am requesting actual damages of XXXX per call due to debt collector that has & continues to violate the FDCPA.

Complaint: There is a very strong case of fraud with what is going on with my loan account with Infinity Financial Services. I have been making over payments on my account and was told that the excesses would be applied automatically applied to my principal. This as been going on for some time. I realized however that these were not being applied and called their customer service 3 weeks ago. After discussing with a supervisor, my excess payments were calculated and she informed informed me that this would be adjusted to my principal and that I should get an updated balance but my payment due date would be adjusted to the current month. The statement balance was $ XXXX as at when we spoke. No adjustments were made after 4 business days, so I made another call. This time, a supervisor again, insisted on a different approach. He said he was going to apply my current excess payments ( $ 1900+ ) to my principal, rather than work it all back, and I should see the adjustment on the account within 2 days. I did see an adjustment 2 days later to be exact, my pay-off amount was adjusted to $ XXXX, when I calculated it, it was an adjustment of $ XXXX ( note that I did not record exact figures because I did not have a reason to be suspicious. Surprisingly, 4 days later this is again now re-adjusted to $ XXXX and my payment date remained the same. You talk about different answers or manipulation of figures, this is what is happening.

Complaint: I had a lease with Infiniti Financial Services for 36 months - always paid on time. At the end of the lease I extended it in order to make repairs to my car and was told I would receive a bill when I turned in the vehicle. I called their customer support a few times to verify this was correct since my auto-pay had stopped. 2 weeks ago I checked my credit score and saw it had dropped from XXXX to XXXX and there was a late payment notice on my account from Infiniti Financial Services. I called them and complained that they never sent me a bill or contacted me and they should immediately remove this incorrect report and also send me a bill. They explain that they have a legal document to deliver and that they have called all my other previous employers and that they need to deliver the legal document and they need them to provide any information they have about me. I was told I was a reference even though I do not believe that to be true and told that it gave them the right to keep calling me. Complaint: Payments are due the XXXX of the month ; payment was made XXXX - on XXXX received notification from XXXX that payment was over 30 days. This is the second month in a row that payments are not posted timely thus causing reporting to my CBR. I am already in enough XXXX and agony trying to maintain finances while my fianc lost his job, now to have my credit being damaged when I am trying to maintain.
