Complaint: hello my name is XXXX XXXX, and I was aggressively and thoughtlessly coerced into buying a car I did n't want and could not afford. on the date of XXXX XXXX XXXX I was just walking around and browsing at cars I had come across a little bit of money from a family lawsuit and I decided just to look around I was and currently still in a homeless situation. I asked the Nissan dealer about a used car that was outside and he said used cars are no good to just come in someone will help you. but I said I was interested in just some information on the used XXXX bmw convertible, but he insisted on making me come in. a dealer by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX started to show me new cars in the showroom and insisted a new car was agood and better idea. I told him that it was n't because I was homeless and on a limited income of social security of XXXX a month and XXXX a month on foodstamps that I could not afford the car. he asked me how much I had avalible I said XXXX he said great I will make it affortable for you he said just put down XXXX down and your social security will cover the lowest payments on the car for XXXX a month. i did n't have any idea how to buy a car or what the options were of how much to put down and i was not prepared with any information and i had no idea about the difference between lease and finance plus a very important fact i did not even want this car at all. i told XXXX that i was not interested in the car he said do n't worry you should take it cause its new and safe.this is the Nissan dealership on XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, i became very very stressed out that he was not paying attention to my wishes and or being proffesionally thoughtful towards me at all that i started to cry and i wanted to break my hands so i would n't sign the papers. i kept telling him i am homeless and without work and without any supportive income for a high purchase and an unwanted purchase and it was the first time i was even buying a car. then when the finance manager told me to come in his office they were making fun of me saying oh mrs. XXXX XXXX is going to be living in her car and they kept making fun of me. while they were telling me to sign the papers and at this point the store hours were closed and they kept me in the store after store hours. About two months later the car got reposed and taken to XXXX then i had to go get it back and i did. then 4 months after that it got reposed again and i have never seen the car since. i called Nissan cooperation to find out what happen to the car and it was sold for XXXX dollars and then they mailed me a bill to pay off the rest for 9000.00 before this happened XXXX XXXX said i can give the car to my wife and she can take the car off your hands pay the payments but you pay the insurance till you get yourself off your feet. i thought that was very unfair. when i tried to return the car the Nissan dealership called the cops on me and said if you do n't come back and get your car we will arrest you.

Complaint: End of Lease issue. Nissan, see attached, wants me to pay another month beyond my lease end. Also wants me to pay for other fees I do not understand. When I tried to work with my dealer to turn in my car, they mishandled working with me to get a new car. So I bought XXXX elsewhere. In the meantime I called and scheduled the inspection company to come and inspect my car. The inspection company estimated my excessive wear and tear at about {$210.00}. I then drove my car to the dealer and dropped it off. This process took about three weeks and I spoke to Nissan three times about how long the process is taking to get the car disposed of. I kept them in the loop. The XXXX call I made to Nissan was with with an abusive representative and demanded I pay another month for keeping the car. I told him I do n't want the car and had trouble working with the dealer. I hung up on him. In the meantime I bought another car and had the old Nissan at my house while waiting for the inspection company. I paid for car insurance on the Nissan while in my driveway with my new car. After a month or so I received an invoice for over {$1000.00}. Remaining rents due plus excessive mileage plus disposition fees. I paid the excessive fee of {$200.00}. I did not pay the remaining rents due and I asked them for a copy of my contract that said I also owe a {$390.00} disposition fee. I do not remember the dealer talking about this when I took out the lease. They sent me another bill showing the payment of {$200.00} and then I received a collection saying my account has been placed for collection. I guess they are not going to send me anything related to my request for information on the disposition fee and they ignored my plight regarding working with the dealer to get the car turned in. Complaint: I recently tried to purchase a vehicle for XXXX XXXX Nissian XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ga XXXX. They " supposedly '' had me approved and I signed the paper work and left the dealership with the auto. 3 weeks later after no response from the dealership regarding multiple denial letters I had recieved in the mail I was told I had to return my vehicle because they were unable to get the approval needed. Upon further insights I found they had ran my credit 14 times through various companies making my already poor credit score suffer even more. Making it impossible to even be reconsidered for financing. Just feel this is very unethical and please help.

Complaint: I called Nissan Acceptance regarding my Car payment today. The representative that I spoke to was rude and cut me off several times during the conversation. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she transferred me to a general voicemail. It did not identify anyone on the voicemail. I called back and ask for a supervisor and that representative did the same thing, they transferred me to general voicemail with no one 's name or extension on it. I called back a 3rd time and explained to the representative that I need to speak to supervisor and that I keep getting transferred to a voicemail and he responded " : Maybe there not XXXX available and that why you keep getting voicemail and then placed me on hold. Finally a supervisor came on the phone. I explained to the supervisor that my payments that I am making on Nissan 's website are not being credited on the day that I authorized them. They are being credited a couple of days later. She explained to me that the payments are not back dated to the day they were authorized. I explained that I authorized my payment on XXXX and as of today XXXX/XXXX/XXXX the payment still has n't posted and I am being accessed 3 additional days of interest that I should n't. I also explained that their own website shows the payment that I authorized on the XXXX is pending. I also advised the payment I made last month was made prior to the XXXX but it was credit on the XXXX. The supervisor stated I should look at other forms of making the payment like XXXX but even then the payment has to be there by XXXX in order to receive credit the same day. I explain to the supervisor again that I understand cut off times however the system can clear determine what day I authorized the payment for and the payments should be back dated to the day in which the payment was authorized not 2 or 3 days later because I am being access additional interest for these days. She said she could summit a suggestion that Nissan fixes this issue but there nothing I can do at this time and there no guarantee Nissan will ever fix the issue. I advised the supervisor I will be filing a CFPB complaint because Nissan payment posting process of not posting payments when they are authorized is resulting in me having to pay more interest on my loan because they are posting the payment days after I have authorize the payments and not back dating to the effective date in which I authorized the payment.

Complaint: Refer to Case number XXXX I sent in a complaint regarding XXXX XXXX with a car loan. Last week I found out that Nissan of XXXX XXXX, Wi put through 10 banks for the loan on the credit bureaus which 9 of the loan requested was denied. So I have 9 rejections on the credit bureau that wo n't clear for 2 years which will bring my credit rating down. They should have told me the loan was rejected in the first place instead of trying every bank in the state. This was uncalled just so they can get there commissions and who cares how much damage I do to the customer. Also my brother XXXX XXXX was supposed to be the owner of the vehicle and I was suppose to be the co signer on the loan which never happened. But also they tried to put XXXX credit through 6 banks which was rejected so 16 times they submitted our credit to several banks which was all rejected except one. This is totally uncalled for.

Complaint: Received alert from credit monitoring website on XXXX that XXXX lease account was 30 days past due which I could not understand why because my wife and I had been making monthly payments on time to our knowledge. After numerous calls to XXXX they discovered that a payment was missed or not complete for the month of XXXX 2016. After consulting my wife, we found that XXXX was correct however they did not take the appropriate measures to contact us so that we could resolve payment issue before it was reported to credit bureau. My wife and I who are both on the lease account have a perfect payment history and feel that XXXX fell short in helping us prevent this issue.

Complaint: Account number : XXXX I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment on the dates below : 30 days past due XX/XX/2013 I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me or the payments were misapplied. I do ask in light of the good standing relationship we have that you remove these lates from my credit report. I do not believe it is accurate and would rather not have to spend more time than necessary for both of us to resolve this situation.

Complaint: I entered into a lease agreement with Nissan Motors Acceptance Corp. XX/XX/XXXX. On XXXX XXXX, the first payment on the lease was made on their website, XXXX. ALL of my monthly payments are made online. On XXXX XXXX, 2016, I sat at my kitchen table and paid bills. The Nissan payment was never taken from my account. I did not realize this had occurred until I logged into my account in XX/XX/XXXX to make the XX/XX/XXXX payment. They indicated that there were attempts to contact me, however I never received a voice mail from anyone at Nissan. They are unwilling to work with me to clear the late pay from my credit report. This is nothing more than a misunderstanding, and I believe that the consumer should be given the benefit of the doubt. I am attaching the email sent to one of the Managers in the Collections area. The email was sent to both his personal and corporate email address. When I spoke with XXXX today, she again indicates the payment has not been made. I made the payment on XXXX XXXX. Also attached is the letter that I am sending to their Consumer Affairs Department. I am a very frustrated consumer.

Complaint: I was on automatic payment for my car loan. In fine print supposedly I do n't see it the final payment must be made by check. I did not get a notice until it was too late and now I am stuck with a negative mark on my credit report. We were never late for the entire loan. We also moved and the notice was delayed to us and we had our first baby not that they are excuses but if we paid on time all along and only had a small final payment how can that affect our credit.

I moved from the state of XXXX to the state of XXXX, where I needed to have my title mailed from XXXX to the state of XXXX. For the past four weeks, I have not had any title mailed to the state of XXXX XXXX. The first request came in to XXXX on XXXX, again on XXXX and again on XXXX. However, no title has been sent to the XXXX as requested. I am now unable to send the XXXX plates back in the allotted 30 day window in which I am required by the state of XXXX. It is now XXXX and i am still unable to have the situation resolved - which is to have the title send over to XXXX XXXX so I can register the XXXX in the state of XXXX and then remove the XXXX plates and mail them back to XXXX as required.

I suffered a XXXX, they took advantage of me by selling me XXXX different cars, checking my credit three times and lowed my credit rating. Also gave me a 10 % interest rate. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX wanted to pay my loan off and give me a lower rate but they said that the dealership committed fraud on my loan and the XXXX MAXIMA was over priced, XXXX times its value. The car is worth {$20000.00} and I paid {$60000.00}. I have told NISSAN CONSUMER AFFAIRS about this for XXXX years nothing has been done. I continue to make double payments on a fixed income. I am a XXXX Veteran with various health problems. Your cooperation in this matter will be gladly appreciated. This is disgrace to be treated this way. THANKS
