Complaint: I took a leaser from Nissan motor acceptance corp in 2006. XXXX XXXX and I agreed to a 36 month lease with me XXXX/XXXX/2006.
XXXX Dealer XXXX lied and deceived me wrote the contract at 42 months and did not notify they changed the terms based on what we agreed to verbally. Even though I only agreed to 36 months at {$430.00}. I paid all 42 months and they told me when I moved to XXXX XXXX forced me to double pay upfront taxes I had already paid at the beginning of the loan and now pay {$560.00} per month which was not in my written contract. I was over charged and lied to on this loan. Then after I returned the leased vehicle in perfect condition and they said i didnt owe anything. They have wrote me up on the credit bureaus as a charge off. Then they have continued to lie and give the credit bureaus wrong information dates that are wrong and more recent so the debt stays on my credit report.
This company has lied to me, over charged me, lied to the credit bureaus, sent incorrect information to keep a debt on my credit report which has costs me thousands of dollars and effected my ability to rent apartments and get credit. I paid was was agreed and more they lied and continue to deceive the credit agencies to try and collect money they are not owed and seriously negatively affecting my credit for over 5 years. Please contact this company and make sure that delete this charged off debt I have never owed off my credit report.
I also want to be paid back all the money i over paid in tax on this loan. I never owed them money. they owe me money. Also this debt is out side of the statue of limitations nissan keeps lying about the dates to keep the debt on my report. That is very wrong and illegal.

Complaint: I continue to be overcharged on my monthly payment by {$27.00}. Rep states they need the XXXX County Appraisal Districts Affidavit, which I have filled out and have had notarized, then mailed to them via certified mail four times since XXXX, 2016.
Then, my next statement shows the {$27.00} overcharge again. I was told each previous time that the charge would be reversed and a credit to my account would appear. Never happens. I have spoken with multiple supervisors and have gotten nowhere. These people have no regard or respect for their customers time as I sit on hold over and over again, spending 30 minutes or more just to speak to one person, then get transferred multiple times, starting the process all over. Today, after 45 minutes just to get to a " supervisor '', this " supervisor '' hung up on me. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with and I will never buy or lease another car from them. Very unprofessional and the worst customer service ever. If I have a signed contract, they can not continually overcharge my account.

Complaint: I have called finance manager at XXXX Nissan for the last three days to cancel my Gap insurance. I left multiple voicemails directly. I also left messages with receptionist but no call has been made to me yet about cancellation. On tuesday, I left a voicemail for general manager ( XXXX ) and he also has not responded to my complaint.
Bottom line is that I want to cancel by GAP insurance. I do not understand why it is becoming so difficult and I have to follow up multiple times.

Complaint: I purchased a vehicle in XXXX. I pay online on the Nissan Finance website. I am being charged late fees if I do not make the payment 10 days before the due date. Example, my car payment is not due until XXXX/XXXX/2016 so I logged in today ( XXXX/XXXX/2016 ) to make the payment. I my payment increased for next month with the late fee already in place. It does not seem legal that if I am paying online and before my due date that I am charged a late fee.

Complaint: I had leased a vehicle through Nissan, and prior to the lease end date contacted them for my options. I was given several including returning, obtaining separate financing to purchase, and to my surprise an extension where as long as I made payments monthly as agreed ; the lease would extend and payments would be applied to principle and interest amortizing to XXXX like a normal auto loan. ( The lease was fulfilled XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX in the months leading up to this - XXXX a supervisor confirmed this discussion during our call this morning XXXX/XXXX/XXXX ) During our discussion this morning ( I originally talked to a rep prior to XXXX ) and she basically said the vehicle was due XX/XX/XXXX or I have to pay the amount in full, when I objected she made remarks that were implying that I was being deceitful such as " well sir we need to know where the vehicle is etc ''. I finally asked to speak to her boss and she was quick to correct me that I can speak to her supervisor. I was upset on the call but had just been given alarming information that took me by surprise and is not good news.
I talked to XXXX ; who after some back and forth finally got to agreement with me on the way terms were explained ( all was correct with the exception that there was a 2 year closed end cap on the extension meaning I could follow what was explained XX/XX/XXXX but for a max of 2 years ). I explained that I understood and confirm all of the conversation from XX/XX/XXXX with the exception of the 2 year max ; the representative back then explained it that is was open ended and I could continue this until the principle balance was paid in full if I wish, this was in my view a great option and how I proceeded to operate with Nissan under the assumption I would ultimately pay the vehicle off through making my monthly payments.
XXXX acknowledged that the information given about no max timeline was incorrect and apologized, he offered to extend to XX/XX/XXXX as consolation. This puts me into a significant hardship financially as the monthly payment is the one I am budgeted for. If I had known this arrangement had a max timeline I would have chosen a different alternative. In the short term I 've agreed to extend to XX/XX/XXXX to buy some time to figure out how I am going to handle this.
I think it is extremely misleading and unfair that I am now forced to make a quick decision on how this is going to go moving forward, the original representative while maybe trying to be helpful clearly provided the wrong information and although while she may not have intended to be deceptive, was nothing short of it.

Complaint: We leased XXXX cars from Nissan on a 39 month lease which were paid for fully per the terms of the lease and when the lease had two weeks left before the cars were required to be turned in we leased XXXX new cars to replace them from XXXX of XXXX Florida and the XXXX dealership told us they would handle the return of our cars so that we would not have to return them ourselves, this took place on XXXX XXXX. XXXX and our lease was up in XXXX XXXX. For reasons still not fully explained, the XXXX dealership failed to return the cars as promised and they sat at their dealership for almost XXXX months before Nissan picked them up and as a result Nissan had started to posted late notices to my wife 's credit report, at no time did Nissan make any attempt to contact us or to inform us that they had not received the cars back, nor did they make any attempt to bill us for the continued use of the cars prior to their finally getting them back, they just went ahead and dinged the credit report. XX/XX/XXXX I received my first correspondence from Nissan saying that the cars had been returned and that I owed almost {$3000.00} in late fees and damages, about the same time I found out that they had been filing late notices with the credit agencies. I called them and asked why they had not told me about the fact that the cars had not been returned or sent me a bill so I would have known and the XXXX said they were not required to do it, I explained that the cars had been returned two weeks prior to the lease end date and had been fully paid prior to the turn in date and she said I would have to provide proof before she could do anything. I went to XXXX and confronted them about the problem as they had never told me that the cars were not returned and the dealer said they would put together new paperwork and send it to Nissan so that the problem would be resolved, they did the paperwork and faxed it to Nissan while I was in the office. As of 45 days later I still had not received a corrected bill and Nissan was continuing to report the account as past due, now reflecting almost six months of being late, I once again contacted Nissan and asked why the problem had not been resolved and the agent told me that they had no record of ever receiving any updated paperwork, so I personally went back to XXXX and had them provide me with new copies of the corrected odometer statements that clearly showed the correct dates and mileage of both cars and their return in XXXX XXXX and I attached them with a letter to Nissan proving their return per my earlier conversations with them and asking them to remove the negative reports from my wife 's files and send me a corrected bill which I would be happy to pay.
At this point it was XXXX of XXXX and over 7 months of negative reports had been filed, on XXXX XXXX. XXXX I received a response letter from Nissan saying that they could not make any changes to a credit report without specific information and supporting documentation ( Which I had included in my letter ) and that they were unable and unwilling to fulfill my request. After receiving this letter I again called Nissan and explained that the documentation had been enclosed and that this was the third time these documents had been sent to them and I insisted they do something about the credit reports, the gals response was that it was to late they had charged off the account. I truly believe that the whole problem was a result of the fact that we did not get XXXX more Nissans and instead bought from a competitor even though we did try but could not get a decent deal from the local Nissan dealer. I would like them to clear this file from my wife 's history.

Complaint: I have been trying since XXXX 2016 to get my deceased husband 's name removed from our joint contract with Nissan Motors Acceptance Corp ( NMAC ). I have documented numerous calls to NMAC, have sent all requested forms to them as instructed, and have made follow-up calls to check on the progress of the change. As of today, XXXX XXXX, NMAC has still not initiated the requested change.
In the meantime, I ca n't get anything done regarding the financed vehicle, including renew the license plate. As of XX/XX/XXXX, I am illegally driving with an expired tag. I am a widow, have nobody else to drive me and do n't have an alternate vehicle to drive. I am desperate.
In an attempt to escalate my complaint, I contacted XXXX XXXX Consumer Affairs on XXXX XXXX. Today, I received a callback from them. They claim that they have no affiliation or control over NMAC, and therefore ca n't help me.
I have exhausted my efforts to get this resolved. NMAC has complete control over this horrible situation and is exhibiting no concern for me.

Complaint: So I have had a loan from Infiniti Financial since XXXX XXXX. I have been making my payments through the bill matrix system since that time. There are times when I make the payment using the bill matrix online and the payment does not process all the way through but I get a confirmation number. Usually I have to call back because I notice my Payment does n't post in my bank account. Well this last time in XXXX I made the payment on Friday XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX. I figured the payment had n't posted because they do n't process payment on the weekend or on holidays which it was president 's day on Monday. I got a call from them saying my payment did n't post and that I am now 31 days late so they have reported my account Late to the credit bureaus. I should not be reported late to my credit report as it was a system error that occurs quite often when I do it. It is incorrect for them to report me late when it is their system that is causing the issue and I have never been 30 days late on anything ever and they are refusing to remove late When it is their systems fault.

Complaint: Please see complaint Case number : XXXX - Where Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation significantly abused an elderly victim and where they assisted a Nissan dealership in conducting fraudulent activity.
This previous complaint was filed by myself XXXX XXXX XXXX with sufficient power of attorney to represent XXXX XXXX in the matter of fraud Nissan Motor company continues to perpetrate. Such POA had been previously provided ( on or around XXXX 2015 ) to NMAC so they were aware that I had this power and knowing I was an authorized agent of the victim should have appropriately answered the complaint and not just shirked such responsibility.
Now in addition to the previous complaint it has come to our attention that NMAC illegally seized a refund of over {$6000.00} from a vehicle maintenance plan. This was paid for by the vehicle equity the victim was deceived into trading in and the demanded cash downpayment obtained through this elder abuse. As NMAC had no superior claim, and in fact, since there was no contract, NMAC had NO CLAIM to the proceeds of that refund. It is clear NMAC has no issue continuing its illegal behavior and in continuing to unfairly treat and abuse its victims.

Complaint: On XXXX, we were sent an email from XXXX advertising their current promotional pricing and lease specials. In this email, there was an XXXX XXXX priced at {$43000.00} inclusive, with a lease deal of $ XXXX month with {$0.00} down. On XXXX, we were prequalified through our credit union to purchase with a qualifying credit score of XXXX. On XXXX, I purchased the XXXX and advised the sales staff that I did not want any optional addons, and requested the exact money factor for the lease deal from the finance manager XXXX XXXX. XXXX advised us that the money factor was XXXX. XXXX then stated to me that my credit score was lower than what they were looking for, he said it came in at XXXX, but that he would still push the deal through with XXXX, however he would have to add in some extra warranties to get the deal to qualify. I told him that I did not want any additional warranties and I was aware that those items are not required for financing. He stated he understood. I left to pick up my husband from work, and advised we would return to finalize the purchases ( separate complaint filed for the other vehicle ). XXXX required the sales rep to accompany me although I was driving in my own vehicle not related to the transactions. Upon our return, XXXX stated our paperwork was ready to be signed. Once in XXXX office, he told us our payment had to be increased as the lease promotion required {$3900.00} down so the price reflected the increased amount. He also advised that our taxes were rolled into the deal. Our contract had all of the charges in XXXX total, and as we were n't provided a copy to look at before signing as required by TILA, we were rushed through all of the documents. When he got to the service contracts, we questioned why they were included and XXXX stated that they were already added on to the car and were n't negotiable. He then told us the arbitration agreement was mandatory. After we signed all the documents, XXXX then requested our form of payment for the first month 's payment, after we had been told there would be no money down. We paid the first month payment because we did n't feel we had a choice, and we took possession of the vehicles. That evening we looked through our paperwork only to realize that not only were the service contracts not mandatory, necessary, nor included in the sales price, we also were n't provided with the entire agreement ( s ) so that we could cancel them. They were n't itemized on the purchase contract in boxes XXXX or XXXX as required, and XXXX had increased the price of the car. Our money factor was also increased significantly, almost doubling our monthly payment. I called XXXX the following morning to which he stated he would refund our first month 's payment, otherwise there was nothing he could do. We contacted our sales rep several times advising him of our frustration with XXXX deceit and he tried to help but was n't able to get it done. We were also pressured into completing the sales survey by giving exemplary ratings. We sent a demand letter to the GM demanding we be refunded for what we were overcharged. We were told the dealership had been sold and advised to call XXXX. As of XXXX, we have not heard from anyone, I called and spoke with XXXX XXXX of XXXX who stated she didnt know when they would address our concern and then hung up on me. We have proof of all advertisements and sent this information directly to XXXX.

Complaint: We leased XXXX from the local dealer for 2 years and returned it several days before the end of the lease in prefect conditions. The local dealer failed to report on time the end of the lease to Nissan Motors Acceptance Corporation and reported it only 3 month later. As a result of that we have been hit with late charges and late payment was also reported to the credit bureaus. We have found out about that when we applied for the mortgage refinancing and our credit was pulled out. We have all the supporting document with us and both dealer and NMAC admit that the situation was created due to their negligence. However it was already two months since we contacted them and our credit score still not fixed, we continue to receive bills for late payments and nothing seems to be done. Every time we contact them during last two months they promise to fix it ASAP but it did not happen yet. We request your help in resolving this situation.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX my XXXX year old father got XXXX into renewing his lease on a Nissan Altima that was about to expire and the local Nisan dealership contacted him with a year end leasing deal on a XXXX Nissan Altima without taking into account that he was only driving XXXX miles a year. As soon as he drove the new ( the XXXX 's were already being sold ) off the lot he lost about {$2500.00} which was not accounted for in his lease. I took over his finances in XXXX as he was diagnosed with XXXX and tried to renegotiate or get out of the Lease which was for 39 months at {$410.00} per month and allowed XXXX miles.
Nissan Motor Acceptance would not negotiate and said even if he could not drive due to his XXXX he was liable for the full amount of the lease. So we sucked it up and paid it for 39 months and turned it in with XXXX miles or XXXX % of his available mileage. The car had a small XXXX inch tear in the front bumper cover which Nissan claimed as chargeable wear and tear and they also wanted {$390.00} for a disposition fee and would not budge on both despite repeated calls and E-Mail complaints to Nissan Motor Acceptance about the charge totaling {$950.00}. After sending only XXXX statement with a due date of XXXX XXXX XXXX they sent this to a collection Agency on XXXX XXXX XXXX instead of negotiating with me a reasonable settlement based on the low miles on the vehicle.
I would be willing to settle this for {$250.00} as my Dad is now XXXX and in an XXXX and does not have much money left.

Complaint: NMAC financed an auto-loan XXXX XXXX, 2015. While signing, the dealership switched cars ( " switcheroo '' ) giving us a similar looking vehicle lower value. The Federal Price Label ( " sticker '' ) of the the car we test drove was {$20000.00}. The sticker of the car delivered is {$17000.00}, leaving a disparity of {$2900.00}. I am in communication NMAC in an effort to recover the difference from the dealership, who has admitted to " overcharging '' {$1200.00} but refuses to refund any money until I sign a waiver not to sue. The loan was financed at 12.14 %, which is higher than the 5 % promised with our {$2500.00} down-payment. NMAC informed me that I could have negotiated on that interest rate and that dealerships add to the rate for a " kickback. '' At this point I am seeking to discover the nature the loan application as the dealership used personal identities, i.e. ; name, social security number, date of birth, etc. to intentionally misrepresent the amount of the loan. I am in the process of refinancing the car with my credit union with an offer to borrow {$15000.00} ( XXXX % loan-to-value ) at 5.4 % ( $ XXXX/mo. vs. $ XXXX/mo. ) The pay-off amount of the car is {$17000.00} leaving a difference of {$2400.00} ( down-payment amount of which dealership is holding {$1200.00} ) which I have to secure personal loan to finalize. I cancelled the addendum Ext. Warranty and GAP insurance policies ( of which the dealership never submitted the contracts to third-party providers ) in an effort to lower the principal for refinance. NMAC declined to share any responsibility as they dictate dealership policy even though when a felonious act is reported and they are collecting interest on the " unlawful '' debt, they to are benefiting. I am currently drafting a letter to request the specific details surrounding the submission of my ( and my wife 's ) personal information upon which approval was granted. All of this effort ( filing complaints ) is my arbitration process as my family is on a strict budget and at this rate can not sustain any over-age, especially that which is created by a abusive predatory loan. I was an unsophisticated buyer who acted in good-faith ( {$2500.00} down-payment ) who purchased a bad-faith " pig in a polk. '' That is to say that I have to take every avenue before consulting an attorney at upward $ XXXX/hr.

Complaint: In XXXX XXXX I leased a XXXX Nissan Rouge for a term of 39 months. I returned the vehicle in XXXX XXXX with XXXX miles under the allowed amount of XXXX miles, and the vehicle passed the end of lease inspection without any damage. The vehicle has since been sold by the dealer XXXX Nissan as it was in excellent condition and had very low miles, XXXX, so XXXX Nissan has made a very significant profit on this lease, as well as Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation, XXXX. XXXX XXXX. XXXX, Texas XXXX. Recently I received an Invoice for a Disposition Fee plus Disposition Fee Tax for a total of {$430.00} because I chose not to lease a new Nissan or utilize the option to buy the car I leased. After examining the Lease Agreement I found no mention whatsoever of a Disposition Fee anywhere in the paperwork. If I had seen such on the lease agreement I would not have leased the vehicle in the first place. For this reason I 'm asking you to contact Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation and have this unacceptable fee waived due to non disclosure.
