Complaint: I have been having multiple uses with Nissan/Infiniti Finance. They have reported multiple late 's on my credit report that were no accurate. They have removed XXXX of the incorrect items, but as of today they have falsely reported me again. I have reached out to their team once again, but each time they do this I have to spend weeks trying to correct.
On XXXX XXXX 2015, I made a full payment and their bill matrix billing system did not give me full credit for my payment and again they marked me late. This is separate incident from the previously mentioned false reports, but nonetheless is another issue I have had to deal with.
Their customer service team is extremely poor mannered and have absolutely no intention of every resolving any issue. I have had a Supervisor as me to provide evidence of payments made, after providing them with their requested information they still did n't fix the issue.
In my opinion this is the worst leasing company I have every dealt with and I will never lease another product from XXXX or XXXX, period.

Complaint: I traded in a vehicle with the intention of getting {$1500.00} back from the car that was traded in. The sales manager, XXXX XXXX, guaranteed that my funds would be available by Friday XXXX or Monday XXXX " at the absolute latest '', presumabley to deter me from going to a different dealership where I could get the funds same day. I have called multiple times for the past week, and could not get returned phone calls or emails from XXXX or the GM, XXXX XXXX. I filed a corporate complaint as well to no avail. XXXX finally began communicating with me on Wednesday XXXX stating that I could come pick up my check, only to call back later stating the check system was down. Today, he has stated that he is working with an accountant to remedy the issue but at this point, it appears they have no intention of remitting the {$1500.00}, even though I have a " we owe '' from the dealership.

Complaint: Hi. I purchased a new XXXX from a dealer on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. It was 72 month 0 % loan. First payment was due XXXX XXXX, 2015. I had also purchased an extended warranty on the car for {$1500.00}. Several weeks after the purchase I decided to cancel the warranty. The {$1500.00} was credited to my account on XXXX XXXX and my first payment was too. Since I am retired and on a fixed income ( SSN ) I wanted to lower my payment. XXXX says it can not alter the contract and can not change the payment, only shorten the time the loan is paid off. Is n't that altering the contract? It seems to me that they are altering the contract to meet their needs, not mine. I would like the new amount amortized over the remaining 71 months ( term of the contract is 72 months ). Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated ... sincerely, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, AZ XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Talked to a third party about my debt
Complaint: I had an end of auto lease obligation to pay Nissan Motor Acceptance Company back in XXXX 2015. I contacted NMAC via mail and let them know I was out of work and I could pay small monthly payments until the account was paid in full. Without waiting for a response I started paying NMAC {$25.00} a month, sometimes more if I could afford it. They took my payments and applied them towards my account reducing the principal ( {$1000.00} ) and sent me updated statements with the remaining balance. Yesterday, XXXX XXXX, 2015, I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a debt collection agency that required a payment for the alleged debt I owed NMAC. The principal amount was also wrong. Obviously, despite the fact that I keep making monthly payments that I can barely afford, Nissan Motor Acceptance Company hired a collection agency while at the same time taking payments from me. This is not a legal action. They can not sell the account to collection agency when I keep making payments and they take my payments. My account is not in default. This will hurt my credit that I am trying to revive while I am looking for a job. NMAC refuses to work with me on this for whatever reasons. I will not pay the full amount to the collection agency because I can not. It is in Nissan 's best interest to take my monthly payments and get it over with rather than losing the entire money because of poor company practice of handling debt. I know I have a responsibility to pay, and I am very willing to pay it off, but I can not be put under pressure to do so when I am working very hard to maintain monthly payments and find a job so I could pay it off at once and never deal with Nissan again. XXXX of companies work with you on this, they assist you with monthly payments ; however, Nissan does n't train its associates to work with people who have financial hardship and need assistance. Please help me with this issue.

Complaint: This is a complaint about a lease with Nissan for a XXXX Nissan Rogue, lease started around XXXX 2010. At the end of the lease, we received a bill in the mail for approximately {$4000.00}! for the following : ( 1 ) It was a 39 month lease. After 36 months, we began looking into another option for a Nissan car to lease, mistakenly thinking it was a 36 month lease. When we chose a Nissan Altima and called up the dealer to put it into action, nobody said to us, " Hey, are you aware that you would be terminating your lease for the Rogue 3 months early if you go ahead with this Altima lease? '' Instead, they went ahead and leased us the Altima and just gave us a large penalty for that. Plus, it 's not as if we switched over to XXXX or something- we stayed with a Nissan .
( 2 ) In addition, they billed us excessively for damage to the car. The car was not damaged at all, barely a scratch on it. There was only minor wear and tear that our damage waiver should have covered. When we asked for a breakdown of the damage, the only thing true on there was that a hubcap was missing ( stolen ). We were supposed to have a damage waiver in return for staying with Nissan, but that was a farce. We were helpless in fighting that because it was their word against ours.
( 3 ) Our final complaint was a property tax of close to {$2000.00}. They never informed us there would be a property tax on a car we do n't own, and even so, that money should be billed to us each year, not all in one large ( unaffordable ) lump sum for 3 yrs total. Why did n't Nissan ever send us a bill over 3 years?
We have always maintained a good credit, and this bill ruined our credit, as that sum was too large and unexpected. Please help us!

Complaint: I lost my job 4 months ago and started receiving Unemployment Benefits last month. I fell behind on my monthly car loan by 3 months. I made a small payment on my car loan this past week in order to try and catch up on my loan. However, Nissan Motors, the loan holder, repossessed my vehicle this morning. I gave them a call and they let me know that I owed 3 months of payment totaling {$770.00}, however, they are also charging me a ridiculously high repossession fee of {$400.00}. They are letting me know that if the {$1200.00} is not payed within 10 days, they will auction off my vehicle and I owe them whatever balance remains after sale. I am more than willing to pay the {$770.00} I owe on my loan payments, however, this extra {$400.00} repo fee they are unnecessarily charging me is going to make it impossible for me to afford getting my car back. I have a few job interviews coming up soon, and I ca n't get to them without my car. I 'm now stuck without a car and without a chance to get reemployed.

Complaint: I terminated the lease on my vehicle ( a XXXX Nissan Sentra leased through Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp ) on XXXX/XXXX/15 when I purchased a new vehicle. I understood that I would have to pay all payments up to my contracted date. I signed the odometer statement and left my vehicle at a non Nissan dealership. My sales person informed me that I was all set, gave me an approximate number of how much I owed NMAC since he had called them to find out, and informed me to call the finance company on Monday to confirm this amount and to pay it off. I was also informed that I had to give my plates back to the DMV, and promptly mailed them back to the DMV later that week. On XXXX/XXXX/15 I called to confirm the amount of payments I owed to the finance company to pay the lease off, which i had estimated to be approximately {$700.00} or so. This is when I found out about a disposition fee that was never mentioned to me in the car buying process. I attempted to make a few calls to get this waived but was unable to get this fee waived. On XXXX/XXXX/15 I made a payment of {$740.00} to the finance company for the remainder of my contracted payments. I was told that in 4-6 weeks I would get a final statement with the disposition fee and any other charges I may have incurred. I started to get concerned XX/XX/XXXX when I had not received any mail from NMAC, so I had decided to contact them on XXXX/XXXX/15. They claimed to have not received my odometer statement. I promptly called the dealership I dropped the car off and asked that they resend the odometer statement to NMAC. I called NMAC back on XXXX/XXXX/15 to confirm that they had received the statement and was informed that they received it on XXXX/XXXX/15, but that my car had not been grounded. The dealership informed me that they had contacted NMAC to pick up my vehicle but they had yet to do so. NMAC denied getting word from the dealership that my car was waiting to be picked up. It is now XXXX/XXXX/15 and my car has yet to be picked up or have a set date to be picked up. Earlier this week I asked to be sent a signed copy of my lease contract, which I was informed that I would receive in 24 hours. I have yet to receive a copy of my signed contract. I have made all my payments except for the disposition fee and at this point feel as though I should not have to pay a disposition fee to NMAC. This process should not be that difficult and I have had to call them and confirm multiple steps of the process have been completed wasting my valuable time. I am unhappy with the service.

Complaint: I leased an automobile through Nissan-Infiniti LT. The lease was serviced by Infiniti Financial Services. I turned the car in to my local Infiniti dealer at the end of the lease term. A few weeks later I received an " End of Lease Liability Statement '' from Infiniti Financial Services stating a net liability of {$3000.00}. Charges included " Unsatisfied Contract Obligation '', '' Excess Wear and Use '', " Tax on Excess Wear and Use '', and " Remaining Rents Due '', among others. I wrote Infiniti Financial Services challenging these charges and they provided an illegible copy of the contract and did not address several of my questions. Concurrent with their correspondence, they turned my account over to a collection agency. Their actions have hurt my credit rating and are heavy-handed and unethical. I do not believe the bill is accurate and I do not believe I have an obligation to pay.
